The front folding edge part and the rear folding edge part comprise a scissor fork mechanism, a folding edge part, a width adjusting device, a folding edge pushing assembly and a lifting assembly. The width adjusting device is composed of a width adjusting driving motor, a width adjusting transmission screw rod and a width adjusting guide shaft, and the width adjusting driving motor drives to realize automatic adjustment. The scissor fork mechanism consists of a plurality of connecting rods and a pin shaft, each edge folding connecting rod and the pin shaft form a revolute pair, and the scissor fork mechanism can be stretched. The lower surface of the folding piece is generally spherical, so that the carton is prevented from being scratched. As shown in fig. 1-3, a forming device 1 for automatically adjusting specification, the forming device 1 is used for folding the paper box to complete the packaging of the tile pile, and is characterized by comprising: the paper folding machine comprises a paper folding machine frame main body 10, a paper folding transverse machine frame, a left folding assembly, a right folding assembly, a front folding assembly, a rear folding assembly, a small folding assembly and a brick discharging conveying assembly.
The paper folding frame main body 10 provides a mounting position for components in the forming device 1; the paper folding transverse frame comprises a left paper folding transverse frame 11 arranged on the left side of the paper folding frame main body 10 in the width direction and a right paper folding transverse frame 12 arranged on the right side of the paper folding frame main body 10 in the width direction, and the left paper folding transverse frame 11 and the right paper folding transverse frame 12 can move along the width direction of the paper folding frame main body 10 so as to adjust the distance between the left paper folding transverse frame 11 and the right paper folding transverse frame 12; the left and right folding assembly comprises a left folding part 13 arranged on the left paper folding transverse frame 11 and a right folding part 14 arranged on the right paper folding transverse frame 12, and the left folding part 13 and the right folding part 14 are respectively used for folding the left side and the right side of the carton; the front and rear folding assemblies comprise a front folding part 15 arranged on the front side of the paper folding machine frame main body 10 in the length direction and a rear folding part 16 arranged on the rear side of the paper folding machine frame main body 10 in the length direction, the front folding part 15 and the rear folding part 16 can move along the length direction of the paper folding machine frame main body 10 to adjust the distance between the front folding part 15 and the rear folding part 16, and the front folding part 15 and the rear folding part 16 are respectively used for folding the front side and the rear side of the carton; the front folding part 15 and the rear folding part 16 are arranged between the left paper folding transverse frame 11 and the right paper folding transverse frame 12.
The left paper folding transverse frame 11 and the right paper folding transverse frame 12 are connected through a transverse frame driving device 1141, the transverse frame driving device 1141 is at least two, the transverse frame driving device 1141 comprises a transverse frame speed reducer and a transverse frame transmission shaft, the left paper folding transverse frame 11 is installed at one end of the transverse frame transmission shaft through a left transverse frame screw rod nut seat, the right paper folding transverse frame 12 is installed at the other end of the transverse frame transmission shaft through a right transverse frame screw rod nut seat, and the transverse frame transmission shaft can be a transmission screw rod or two transmission screw rods respectively connected with the left paper folding transverse frame 11 and the right paper folding transverse frame 12.

The horizontal rack speed reducer is connected with the horizontal rack transmission shaft through a chain transmission mechanism, the chain transmission mechanism comprises a driving gear connected with the horizontal rack speed reducer, a driven gear connected with the horizontal rack transmission shaft, and a transmission chain connected with the driving gear and the driven gear, and the chain transmission mechanism is arranged to increase the output torque of the horizontal rack speed reducer.
The transverse frame driving device 1141 is provided with two sets, wherein one set is used for connecting the left paper folding transverse frame 11 and the front end of the right paper folding transverse frame 12, and the other set is used for connecting the left paper folding transverse frame 11 and the rear end of the right paper folding transverse frame 12, so that the stability of the left paper folding transverse frame 11 and the right paper folding transverse frame 12 in the width direction can be ensured.
The brick discharging conveying assembly comprises a left brick discharging conveying mechanism 114 arranged on the left paper folding transverse rack 11 and a right brick discharging conveying mechanism 124 arranged on the right paper folding transverse rack 12, and the left brick discharging conveying mechanism 114 and the right brick discharging conveying mechanism 124 are used for conveying the cartons to move along the length direction of the paper folding rack main body 10. The left brick discharging conveying mechanism 114 comprises a left brick discharging conveying motor arranged at the front end of the left paper folding transverse rack 11, a driving wheel connected with the left brick discharging conveying motor, a driven wheel arranged at the rear end of the left paper folding transverse rack 11, and a left brick discharging conveying belt arranged on the driving wheel and the driven wheel, wherein the left brick discharging conveying belt is arranged along the length direction of the left paper folding transverse rack 11; the right brick discharging conveying mechanism 124 comprises a right brick discharging conveying motor arranged at the front end of the right paper folding transverse rack 12, a driving wheel connected with the right brick discharging conveying motor, a driven wheel arranged at the rear end of the right paper folding transverse rack 12, and a right brick discharging conveying belt arranged on the driving wheel and the driven wheel, wherein the right brick discharging conveying belt is arranged along the length direction of the right paper folding transverse rack 12; the left brick discharging conveyor belt and the right brick discharging conveyor belt jointly convey the paper boxes and the ceramic tile stacks to the rear end from the front end of the paper folding rack main body 10.
As shown in fig. 1, the forming device 1 further includes a hem jacking assembly, the hem jacking assembly includes a left jacking assembly 113 disposed on the left paper folding transverse frame 11, a right jacking assembly 123 disposed on the right paper folding transverse frame 12, a front jacking assembly 17 disposed on the front hem part 15, and a rear jacking assembly 18 disposed on the rear hem part 16, and the jacking assemblies are used for jacking the carton and the tile stack. The left jacking assembly 113, the right jacking assembly 123, the front jacking assembly 17 and the rear jacking assembly 18 are distributed in a rhombus shape, the left jacking assembly 113 is arranged in the middle of the left paper folding transverse frame 11 along the length direction, the right jacking assembly 123 is arranged in the middle of the right paper folding transverse frame 12, and the front folding part 15 and the rear folding part 16 are arranged between the left paper folding transverse frame 11 and the right paper folding transverse frame 12, so that the front folding part 15 and the rear folding part 16 can be always positioned in the middle between the left paper folding transverse frame 11 and the right paper folding transverse frame 12 by adjusting the distance between the left paper folding transverse frame 11 and the right paper folding transverse frame 12 and the distance between the front folding part 15 and the rear folding part 16 respectively, and the left jacking assembly 113, the right jacking assembly 123, the front jacking assembly 17 and the rear jacking assembly 18 are further distributed in a rhombus shape all the time, guarantee the stability of jacking subassembly to carton and ceramic tile buttress jacking in-process, prevent rocking of carton and ceramic tile buttress.
