The specific embodiment 1 of the binding and hanging face finishing machine of the invention:
the fine dried noodle packaging line comprises a fine dried noodle binding machine, a binding fine dried noodle finishing machine and a packaging machine, wherein the fine dried noodle binding machine and the packaging machine are in the prior art and are not described in detail, and the binding fine dried noodle finishing machine is mainly introduced in the embodiment.
The grouped bundled fine dried noodles are not orderly conveyed, so that the subsequent packaging efficiency is influenced, and therefore the grouped bundled fine dried noodles need to be sorted by a bundled fine dried noodle sorting machine. The bundling vermicelli finishing machine in the embodiment mainly adjusts the width of the group of bundling vermicelli and enables the end faces of the group of bundling vermicelli to be flush.
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, the noodle binding and finishing machine includes a frame 1 and a noodle conveying mechanism 2, the noodle conveying mechanism 2 is used for conveying groups of binding noodles, in this embodiment, four binding noodles are grouped into one group, and a plurality of groups of binding noodles are arranged at intervals in the conveying direction of the noodle conveying mechanism 2. In the embodiment, the grouped binding fine dried noodles are conveyed forwards, and the binding fine dried noodles in the grouped binding fine dried noodles are arranged left and right.
The fine dried noodle conveying mechanism 2 comprises a chain wheel which is rotatably assembled on the frame 1 and an annular transmission chain 21 which is wound on the chain wheel, and a push plate 22 is hinged on the annular transmission chain 21. In this embodiment, two annular transmission chains 21 are provided, the link hinge axes of the annular transmission chains 21 extend in the left-right direction, the two annular transmission chains 21 are arranged at left-right intervals, and the left end and the right end of the push plate 22 are respectively hinged on the two annular transmission chains 21.
The push plate 22 includes a hinge seat 221 and a plate body 222 fixed on the hinge seat 221, a side plate surface of the plate body 222 is a flush surface that is flush with the group of the bundling fine dried noodles in a pushing and matching manner, the hinge seat 221 is hinged on the endless transmission chain 21, in this embodiment, a hinge axis of the hinge seat 221 coincides with a hinge axis of one link of the endless transmission chain 21. The hinge base 221 includes two U-shaped base bodies 2211 and fixing rods 2212 fixed to the two base bodies 2211, and the plate body 222 is fixed to the fixing rods 2212. Two ends of the fixing rod 2212 are fixed to the two base bodies 2211, respectively. The U-shaped holder body 2211 comprises two parallel portions 2213 and a connecting portion 2214 connecting the two parallel portions 2213, the two parallel portions 2213 are long and short, the direction of the U-shaped groove opening of the holder body 2211 is opposite to the direction of the plate surface of the push plate 22, two ends of the fixing rod 2212 are fixed on the connecting portion 2214, a supporting column 2215 is arranged on the connecting portion 2214, and two ends of the fixing rod 2212 are fixed on the holder body 2211 through the supporting column 2215. The hinge seat 221 is hinged to the endless transmission chain 21 through a seat body 2211, the seat body 2211 is hinged to the endless transmission chain 21 through two parallel portions 2213, two ends of a hinge shaft 2216 of the seat body 2211 are assembled in the middle of the two parallel portions 2213, and the two parallel portions 2213 are arranged at left and right intervals. In order to avoid the annular transmission chain, the connecting part 2214 and the two parallel parts 2213 form an avoiding groove 2217 communicated with the U-shaped groove, and the notch of the avoiding groove 2217 faces to be perpendicular to the notch of the U-shaped groove.
In order to realize the stable conveying of the group of bundled fine dried noodles by the fine dried noodle conveying mechanism 2, in this embodiment, the rack 1 is provided with a bearing plate 11 for bearing the group of bundled fine dried noodles, the top surface of the bearing plate 11 is a fixed bearing surface 111, and the annular transmission chain 21 is arranged on the upper side of the fixed bearing surface 111.
After the group of the bundled fine dried noodles are conveyed by the conveying belt 3 at the upstream of the bundling fine dried noodle finishing machine, the group of the bundled fine dried noodles are pushed to slide forwards on the fixed bearing surface 111 under the action of the push plate 22, and in the process that the group of the bundled fine dried noodles are pushed to move by the push plate 22, the end surfaces of the group of the bundled fine dried noodles are in surface contact with the push plate 22, so that the end surfaces of the group of the bundled fine dried noodles are finished, and the end surfaces of the group of the bundled. The movement of the pushing plate 22 has an operating condition for pushing the group of the binding fine dried noodles to slide on the fixed bearing surface 111 and an idle condition for separating the group of the binding fine dried noodles.
The endless drive chain 21 includes an operating state section 211 for driving the operating state push plate 22 to move, an empty load lifting state section 212 for lifting the empty load push plate 22, an empty load lowering state section 213 for lowering the empty load push plate 22, and an empty load connecting state section 214 for driving the empty load push plate 22 to move. The empty lift condition section 212 extends upwardly in the direction of motion of the pusher plate 22 and is downstream of the active condition section 211, and the empty lowering condition section 213 extends downwardly in the direction of motion of the pusher plate 22 and is upstream of the active condition section 211. The empty load connection state section 214 is located above the working state section 211 and connects the empty load lifting state section 212 with the empty load lowering state section 213. The no-load lifting state section 212 is located at the front side of the no-load lowering state section 213, the no-load lifting state section 212 extends vertically, the no-load lowering state section 213 is arc-shaped, and the no-load connection state section 214 and the working state section 211 are arranged in parallel and extend horizontally.
The push plate 22 is vertically arranged and in a working state in the working state section 211, the push plate 22 is in an idle state in the rest section except the working state section 211, wherein the push plate 22 is in a vertical state in the idle connection state section 214, the push plate hinge end 223 is at the top and the push plate free end 224 is at the bottom when the push plate 22 moves in the working state section 211, and the push plate hinge end 223 is at the bottom and the push plate free end 224 is at the top when the idle connection state section 214 moves.
Because the group of the bundled fine dried noodles and the bearing surface are in a sliding fit relationship, the pushing force exerted by the pushing plate 22 on the group of the bundled fine dried noodles is large, and the pushing plate 22 needs to be limited from swinging back and forth. In this embodiment, the rack 1 is provided with a working limiting strip, and the working limiting strip is provided with a working rotation stopping matching surface, which is used for matching with the push plate 22 in a rotation stopping matching manner when the push plate 22 is in a working state, so as to limit the swing of the push plate 22 and ensure the push plate 22 to move horizontally in the front-rear direction. As shown in fig. 5, three working position-limiting strips are provided, three working position-limiting strips are arranged in a shape like a Chinese character 'pin', an upper working position-limiting strip 121 is arranged on the upper side, a lower working position-limiting strip 122 is arranged on the lower side, a working rotation-stopping matching surface 1211 of the upper working position-limiting strip 121 faces down, a working rotation-stopping matching surface 1222 of the lower working position-limiting strip 122 faces up, the width of the upper working position-limiting strip 121 is large, the width direction of the working position-limiting strip is the left-right direction, two connecting plates 123 are arranged on two sides of the width direction of the upper working position-limiting strip 121, the two connecting plates 123 extend downwards, the lower ends of the two connecting plates 123 are provided with horizontal folding edges close to each other, the two lower working position-limiting strips 122 are fixed on the horizontal folding edges of the two connecting plates 123, and the.
When the push plate 22 is in the working state section 211, the hinge seat 221 is located below the upper working limit strip 121 and above the lower working limit strip 122, a first side surface 225 facing the inside of the annular transmission chain 21 when the push plate 22 is in the working state on the hinge seat 221, a second side surface 226 facing away from the annular transmission chain 21, the first side surface 225 is matched with the working rotation stop matching surface 1211 of the upper working limit strip 121, and the second side plate is matched with the working rotation stop matching surface 1221 of the lower working limit strip 122 to realize rotation stop of the push plate 22. Because the push plate 22 is hinged on the annular transmission chain 21, when the swing amplitude of the push plate 22 on the annular transmission chain 21 is too large, the stability is poor, and in order to improve the stability of the whole mechanism, in the embodiment, the posture of the push plate 22 also needs to be adjusted when the push plate 22 is in an idle state.
The machine frame 1 is provided with an idle limiting strip 13, the upper side surface of the idle limiting strip 13 is an idle rotation stopping matching surface 131 which is in rotation stopping matching with the first side surface 225 of the hinge seat 221, and the idle rotation stopping matching surface 131 is in rotation stopping matching with the push plate 22 when the push plate 22 is driven by the idle connection state section 214 to limit the swing of the push plate 22; during the movement of the push plate 22, the hinge seat 221 slides on the idle rotation stop mating surface 131.
When the push plate 22 moves from the working state section 211 to the empty load lifting state section 212, in order to avoid interference of the contact between the push plate 22 and the grouped bundling fine dried noodles to the grouped bundling fine dried noodles during lifting, it is required to ensure that the push plate 22 moves upwards in the working state, as shown in fig. 3, the front end of the endless transmission chain 21 is in transmission connection with two chain wheels, wherein the chain wheel at the upper side is a lifting section, a circular truncated cone coaxial with the lifting section chain wheel 231 is arranged axially beside the lifting section chain wheel 231, the circumferential surface of the circular truncated cone is a lifting section cylindrical guide surface 232, and the axis corresponding to the lifting section cylindrical guide surface 232 coincides with the axis of. As shown in fig. 6 to 10, in the present embodiment, two pairs of width-adjusting wheels 4 are provided, in the conveying direction of the noodle conveying mechanism 2, the distance between two width-adjusting wheels 4 at the upstream is larger than the distance between two width-adjusting wheels 4 at the downstream, in the present embodiment, the wheel center distance of two pairs of width-adjusting wheels 4 in the conveying direction of the group of binding noodles is smaller than the length of the corresponding binding noodles, and two adjacent width-adjusting wheels 4 can simultaneously act on a group of binding noodles. Through the two-stage gradual extrusion effect, the stability of the extrusion process of the grouped bundled fine dried noodles is improved.
In order to better push the grouped bundling fine dried noodles, the width of the push plate 22 is usually larger than that of the grouped bundling fine dried noodles, the width dimension of the push plate 22 is larger than the diameter of the grouped bundling fine dried noodles, in order to make the grouped bundling fine dried noodles compactly arranged, the distance between the two width adjusting wheels 4 of the same pair is the width of the grouped bundling fine dried noodles, in order to avoid interference, the width adjusting wheel 4 is provided with an avoiding groove 41 for avoiding the push plate 22, and the avoiding groove 41 is a through groove extending along the axial direction of the width adjusting wheel 4, so that the width adjusting wheel 4 forms a cam. In order to adjust the distance between the two width adjusting wheels 4 of the width adjusting wheel pair, in the embodiment, the drive shaft bevel gear 53 and the drive shaft 52 are in circumferential rotation stop and axially sliding fit, the drive shaft 52 is provided with a rotation stop key, and the drive shaft bevel gear 53 is provided with a rotation stop fit groove which slides along the axial direction with the rotation stop key. The width-adjusting wheel driving mechanism 5 includes two position-adjusting seats 55, and in this embodiment, the two position-adjusting seats 55 are disposed, and the two position-adjusting seats 55 correspond to the two drive shaft bevel gears 53 of the same pair one by one and form a pair of position-adjusting seats 55. The drive shaft bevel gear 53 and the corresponding width adjusting wheel 4 are rotatably assembled on a position adjusting seat 55 corresponding to the drive shaft bevel gear 53. The position adjusting seat 55 is assembled on the frame 1 along the axial direction of the driving shaft 52, a guide rail 56 is arranged on the frame 1, and the position adjusting seat 55 is assembled on the guide rail 56 in a guiding way.

the width adjusting wheel is provided with an avoiding groove for avoiding the pushing piece.
