The operation method of the invention improves the automation degree of round steel tumbling, saves human resources, reduces labor intensity, improves processing efficiency and greatly improves working safety.

A chain 44 is arranged in the U-shaped groove 43, one end of the chain 44 is elastically connected with the blanking frame 41, and the other end is fixedly connected with the blanking frame 41.
