The horizontal moving mechanism 3 comprises a motor 31, a screw rod 32, a sliding rod 33 and a supporting plate 34, wherein the motor 31 is fixed beside the sedimentation tank 8, the output end of the motor 31 is connected with the screw rod 32, the screw rod 32 is meshed with one end of the supporting plate 34, the other end of the supporting plate 34 is penetrated by the sliding rod 33, and two ends of the sliding rod 33 are inserted into bearings of the sedimentation tank 8.
The negative pressure extracting mechanism 4 comprises a negative pressure pump 41, a discharging pipe 42, a feeding pipe 43 and a vertical plate 44, wherein the negative pressure pump 41 is arranged on the supporting plate 34, an inlet of the negative pressure pump 41 is connected with the feeding pipe 43, an outlet of the negative pressure pump 41 is connected with the discharging pipe 42, the top surface of the vertical plate 44 is connected with the supporting plate 34, and a negative pressure channel 7 is processed inside the vertical plate 44;
the negative pressure channel 7 comprises a left channel 71, a middle channel 72, a right channel 73, a transfer cavity 74 and a spiral channel 75, wherein the transfer cavity 74 is arranged at the joint of the supporting plate 34 and the vertical plate 44, one end of the left channel 71, one end of the middle channel 72 and one end of the right channel 73 are sequentially communicated with the transfer cavity 74, the other ends of the left channel 71, the middle channel 72 and the right channel 73 are connected to the feeding pipe 43, the bottom of the transfer cavity 74 is communicated with the spiral channel 75, and the conveying mechanism 5 is arranged in the spiral channel 75.
The conveying mechanism 5 comprises a lantern ring 51, a rod body 52, a spiral blade 53 and a motor 54, wherein the lantern ring 51 is inserted into a middle channel 72, one end of the lantern ring 51 is placed in a transfer cavity 74, the top end of the rod body 52 is inserted into the lantern ring 51 to rotate, the rod body 52 is sealed with the lantern ring 51, the bottom end of the rod body 52 is inserted into the spiral channel 75 to be connected with the motor 54, the spiral blade 53 is fixed on the rod body 52, and the spiral blade 53 is hermetically connected with the spiral channel 75, a negative pressure hole 521 is formed in the middle of the rod body 52 in a penetrating mode, the top end of the negative pressure hole 521 is communicated with the middle channel 72, the bottoms of the negative pressure holes 521 are symmetrically distributed on the periphery of the bottom of the rod body 52, the negative pressure holes 521 suck materials into the spiral channel 75, the spiral channel 75 is blocked, the height is too large, the required suction force is larger, when residues are sucked through the negative pressure holes 521 at the bottom of the rod body, the spiral blade 53 rotates in a matching mode, the materials near the negative pressure hole 521 are quickly lifted into the transfer cavity 74, the suction force of the materials is utilized to suck the materials away, the height of the materials is reduced, the requirement on the suction force is reduced, the energy consumption required by the whole equipment is reduced, the conveying amount of the materials is also improved, the air contained in the negative pressure suction process is avoided, the materials are difficult to directly rise, the materials on the bottom surface are directly sucked and conveyed to the spiral channel 75 through the negative pressure hole 521 after being scraped by the scraper blade 61, and the materials are lifted by the spiral blade 53 and are continuously accumulated in the transfer cavity 74, so that the problem that the air is difficult to suck is avoided.
The scraping mechanism 6 comprises a scraping plate 61 and a partition plate 62, the scraping plate 61 is respectively fixed on the bottom edge of a vertical plate 44, the partition plate 62 is fixed on the vertical plate 44 at equal intervals, the position of a negative pressure hole 521 is reserved between the partition plate 62, multiple groups of motors 54 are connected in series, the multiple groups of conveying mechanisms 5 and the scraping mechanism 6 are arranged, the length of the superposed materials just can cover the width of the sedimentation tank 8, and the scraping mechanism 6 moves back and forth, so that sediments at the bottom of the sedimentation tank 8 can be sucked up.
The partition plate 62 is in a prism shape, the scraper 61 is an inclined surface, the scraper 61 reciprocates to scrape sediment, the sediment is conveyed to the spiral channel 75 through the negative pressure hole 521, and the scraped material is conveyed towards the direction of the negative pressure hole 521 just by the scraper 61 and the partition plate 62.
The invention provides another technology, and the pool cleaning method comprising the concrete pool cleaning device comprises the following steps:
step one, cleaning preparation; after the concrete in the sedimentation tank 8 is treated, part of residues are located in the sedimentation tank 8, whether the working running states of the tailing cleaning pump 2, the horizontal moving mechanism 3, the negative pressure extraction mechanism 4, the conveying mechanism 5 and the scraping mechanism 6 are normal or not is checked, if the working running states are normal, the tailing cleaning pump is started, if the working running states are abnormal, the tailing cleaning pump is overhauled, and if the working running states are abnormal, the tailing cleaning pump is started;
step two, starting under negative pressure: when the negative pressure pump 41 works to extract air in the feeding pipe 43 and simultaneously extract gas in the transfer cavity 74, the air pressure of the transfer cavity 74 is lowered, the air pressure synchronized by the negative pressure holes 521 is lowered, a mixture of liquid and solid in the sedimentation tank 8 is extracted, one part of the mixture enters the transfer cavity 74, the other part of the mixture enters the spiral channel 75, and a liquid level sensor in the transfer cavity 74 sends a signal to the conveying mechanism 5 when detecting the liquid level;
step three, three-way conveying: the motor 54 is operated and the helical blades 53 are rotated to deliver the liquid and solid mixture into the transfer chamber 74, drawing the liquid and solid mixture out through the discharge conduit 42 due to the synchronized operation of the left channel 71, the middle channel 72 and the right channel 73, and sending a signal to the motor 31 when a pressure sensor at the orifice of the discharge conduit 42 detects the flow of the liquid.
Step four, reciprocating movement: the motor 31 drives the screw 32 to rotate, and the supporting plate 34 moves along the sliding rod 33, so as to drive the scraper 61 to move, scrape sediment on the bottom wall of the sedimentation tank 8 and cooperate with the negative pressure hole 521 to draw liquid and fixed mixture.
