Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the description of the specific embodiments is intended to be illustrative of the invention and is not intended to limit the invention. Furthermore, the technical features mentioned in the embodiments of the present invention may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
The inventor has applied for an intelligent dishwasher and an intelligent cooking machine before the invention, wherein the patent application of the intelligent dishwasher and the intelligent cooking machine can be regarded as the patent application related to the invention. The embodiment of the invention can combine the intelligent dish-washing machine, the intelligent cooking machine and the kitchen sink, fully utilize the space above and below the sink, greatly save the space of the kitchen, and solve the major defect that the dish-washing machine is inconvenient to install after the kitchen is decorated. Furthermore, both the water receiving and the water draining of the dishwasher/cooking machine become very convenient.
The intelligent dishwasher and the intelligent cooking machine according to the embodiments of the present invention may refer to the patent application related to the intelligent dishwasher and the patent application document related to the intelligent cooking machine previously applied by the present inventors. Therefore, for the sake of brevity, statements regarding apparatus and systems, such as the bottom-spinning apparatus, are not repeated in every patent, and the contents of each patent are hereby incorporated by reference. The embodiment of the invention relates to a bottom leaking spray device in a patent application submitted by the inventor, which consists of a bottom leaking pipe system and a bottom rotary spray system, wherein a rotary spray plug in the bottom rotary spray system mainly comprises a rotary spray head, a rotary filter screen, a rotary spray rod and a rotary joint; the bottom leakage pipe system mainly comprises a vertical leakage pipe and a transverse drainage pipe. The bottom leakage spraying device can clean food in a pot body of a cooking machine (an electric cooker, a cooking machine and the like) by spraying water, rotating and moving up and down through a rotary spray plug, and filter rice washing water and discharge food residues. In addition, the filed patent application also comprises a top rotary spraying device and a side wall rotary spraying device. The embodiment of the invention also relates to an intelligent dish washing machine in the filed patent application, wherein bowls are reversely placed in a dish washing working area, the back sides of the bowls are cleaned firstly, then the bowls are transferred to the cleaning working area for further cleaning by adopting a mechanical arm and a sucking disc or a mechanical arm, and finally the bowls are placed in a cupboard or a clean bowl placing area.
Before describing embodiments of the present invention, it should be noted that for the sake of brevity, some simplifications may appear in the description of the embodiments of the present invention, such as:
1. in the description of the embodiments of the present invention, "washing" or "washing" means, in addition to washing or washing in the general sense, in many cases, washing dishes with hot water to which a detergent is added and drying the dishes.
2. In the description of the embodiments of the present invention, "bowl" and "bowl" generally refer to bowls and dishes, and sometimes include other dishes, such as "carrying dish washing method", wherein "bowl" includes "bowl, dish, and elongated chopsticks, cutlery, etc.

The embodiment of the invention provides a water tank type dishwasher, and is described by combining the drawings of the specific embodiment.
Fig. 1 to 8 are schematic views of an embodiment of the present invention, in which a water tank 91, a water tank cover plate 2 capable of being opened and closed, a cover plate rotating shaft and a rotating shaft rotating joint 26, a rotating driving rod 70 is a multi-rod sleeve structure, in the two-layer sleeve structure, an inner rod 70a, an outer rod 70b, an outer rod upper stop ring 702, and an outer polygonal column 701 is arranged at the upper end of the rotating driving rod.
Sink "lid rotation drive head" 70c, bowl basket follower 444 engaged with the lid drive head.
The bowl 56 and the bowl basket 44 are used for placing bowls. Bowl basket follower sleeve 441 can cooperate with a rotary drive rod, material rack 442, bowl basket support rollers 443. The bowl basket is in the sink 91 or the bowl basket is in the drain tube 71.

fig. 1 and 2 are a side view and a top view of a sink dishwasher with a rotatable bowl basket according to an embodiment of the present invention, respectively, and it is noted that, in the top view of fig. 2, since the left sink is occupied by the label of the bowl basket, a part of the devices in the left sink is placed in the right sink to supplement the left sink, and the positions of the water leaking cylinders in the two sinks do not correspond to each other and are only schematic diagrams.
A sink dishwasher, comprising: water tank 91, water tank cover 2, and shower head 74 (not shown): sink bottom spray head 74 a/sink side spray head 74b, bowl basket 44 and bowl 56 (not shown): 56a/56b, a rotation drive rod 70 (not shown): 70a/70b, sink "cover rotation drive head" 70c, bowl and basket follower 444. The dishes to be washed are placed in the bowl basket 44, the dishes stand up 56a and the dishes are placed upside down 56 b. The bowl basket 44 is cylindrical and is designed to be removable: when the bowl is washed, the bowl basket is mounted, and when the bowl is washed, the bowl basket is taken away, so that the water tank has multiple purposes.
For the rotating drive rod 70 at the bottom of the sink: 70a/70b, the upper portion 701 of the rotary drive rod may be engaged with the bowl basket lower follower 441 by a slight rotation during manual placement of the bowl basket. When the water tank cover plate 2 is closed, the rotating driving rod 70 drives the bowl basket to rotate around the vertical shaft, and the spray head 74 is arranged on the bottom 74 a/side 74 b/middle 74 c/water tank cover plate 74d of the water tank, so that bowls are cleaned through the spray head.
Alternatively, a sink "deck rotation drive head" 70c is provided on the sink deck 2 to cover the deck 2, the deck drive head 70c engaging a bowl basket follower 444 at the center of the bowl basket to rotate the bowl basket 44. Alternatively, the bowl and basket follower 444 is free to rotate in one direction, such as clockwise, and the lid rotation drive head 70c engages the bowl and basket follower 444, such that the lid rotation drive head rotates in a counter-clockwise direction, thereby rotating the bowl and basket. At this time, optionally, a roller 443 is installed below the bowl basket to support the bowl basket to rotate.
Alternatively, a rotary drive rod 70 may be provided with an outer polygonal column 701 at the top, and a mating bowl-basket lower follower may be provided by an inner polygonal cylinder sleeve 441, inner polygonal cylinder sleeve 441 being coupled to bowl-basket support 442. The stop device 702 on the rotation driving rod supports the inner polygonal column 441, so that the bottom of the bowl basket is not contacted with the bottom surface of the water tank, the friction force between the bowl basket and the bottom of the water tank when the bowl basket rotates is reduced, and the bowl basket can be supported by the rotation driving rod. A roller mechanism, such as a roller 443, can also be installed at the bottom of the bowl basket to reduce the friction between the bowl basket and the bottom of the sink.
The drain pipe 71 includes a drain pipe 83 (not shown): waste water drain 83 a/circulating water drain 83b, and solenoid valves 84a/84b, respectively. Strainer 51 in the water-leaking cylinder: the inner filter screen 51a of the wrapping rotary driving rod and the outer filter screen 51b close to the inner wall of the water leakage barrel can be connected by adopting filter screens and are made into a concave shape, and filtered residues are temporarily stored. The dishwashing water is filtered by the strainer 51, heated by the heating device 101a, and sent to the nozzles 74 through the circulating water pipe 83 b.
The dishwasher can also be equipped with a strainer 51c at the bottom of the sump, and filtered water is re-fed into the spray head 74 via a heater 101c, a circulating water pipe 83c and a solenoid valve 84 c.
Obviously, a separate water supply tank for the heated reservoir may be provided so that water from the reservoir may be sprayed from the spray head to wash the dishes, filtered and returned to the reservoir.
A mounting structure of the head 74: the nozzle body 740 is provided with a big brim at the spout 741, the nozzle body 740 passes through the wall of the water tank, a sealing gasket 742 is arranged between the big brim and the wall of the water tank, the nozzle is fixed on the wall of the water tank by a nut 746, and a sealing gasket and a gasket 744 are arranged between the nut and the wall of the water tank. The position of the spray head arranged at the bottom of the water tank can be higher than other positions.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the "large brim" at the spout 741 is a nozzle cap, the nozzle cap is larger than the nozzle body, the nozzle body has threads, the nozzle is mounted on a mounting plate, the mounting plate has mounting holes, the mounting holes have a diameter slightly larger than the nozzle body and smaller than the nozzle cap, and the nozzle is fixed on the mounting plate through a gasket, a waterproof ring and a nut. To avoid the effect of running water on the bottom of the tank spray head 74a, either the height of the spray head "brim" is raised or the projections 74a1 are raised where the spray head is installed. The same can be done with the shower head 74d on the sink deck, and the shower head 74d on the sink deck is close to the deck rotation axis to reduce the reaction torque of the water jet.
Also shown in fig. 1 is the use of robotic arm 41 in conjunction with spray head 30 to clean the back of a bowl, particularly inverted bowl 56.
Fig. 3, referring to fig. 1 and 2, is a schematic view of a modified structure of the sink dishwasher according to the embodiment of the present invention, that is, the rotary driving rod 70 is moved out of the drain cylinder and directly passes through the bottom of the sink 91 to drive the bowl basket 44. The gutter cover 2 has spray heads 74d, other spray heads not shown in the gutter. The sink dishwasher is further provided with a water leakage barrel 71, which usually further comprises a water leakage barrel cover 717, and a small hole 7171 is arranged on the water leakage barrel 71, so that water and fine slag can flow into the water leakage barrel 71, but larger slag is prevented from entering the water leakage barrel 71. The water leakage cylinder cover 717 can be used for all water leakage cylinders. The water leaking cartridge cover 717 can be designed to be removable for use when desired. When the driving rod is rotated in the water leakage cylinder 71, an opening 7172 may be formed in the middle of the water leakage cylinder cover 717 to facilitate the penetration of the driving rod.
The water leakage cylinder 71 includes a water discharge pipe 83: waste water drain 83 a/circulating water drain 83b, and solenoid valves 84a/84b, respectively. The strainer 51 in the water-leaking cartridge may be made concave to temporarily store the filtered residue. The dishwashing water is filtered by the filter net 51, heated by the heating device 101a, and sent to the nozzles 74 and the rotary drive lever 70 through the circulating water pipe 83 b.
The dishwasher can also be equipped with a strainer 51c directly on the bottom of the sink, and the filtered water is fed again through the heater 101c, the circulating water pipe 83c and the solenoid valve 84c into the shower head 74 and the rotary drive rod 70.
Fig. 3 also shows that it is possible to clean both standing and inverted bowls.
FIG. 4 is a schematic view of a sink dishwasher lid and a sink side opening in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. The wind flow from the fan 912 passes through the heater 913 and the wind channel 914 and is ejected from the nozzle 915 (the cover plate 2 is opened), so that the device inside the water tank 91, such as the water tank wall, the bowl basket 44 and the bowls, can be dried. For a dishwasher with a basket that rotates, the spout 915 may be designed to be in a vertical orientation.
Or the fan 912 exhausts air to prevent water vapor in the water tank from escaping when the water tank cover plate 2 is opened.
In the embodiment of the invention, a rotary joint is arranged at the rotating shaft of the water tank cover plate, and water or gas is introduced into the water tank cover plate; and/or, a conductive slip ring is arranged at the rotating shaft of the water tank cover plate and is used for communicating the electric signal with the water tank cover plate. The rotating shaft of the cover plate 2 is provided with a rotary joint 26 which can send water to a spray head 74d in the cover plate. Spray head 74d may also be a rotary spray head or a rotary spray arm 74d 1. The spray head 74d can be used to clean bowls in various positions in the sink, such as the upright bowl 56a or the inverted bowl 56 b. The present invention fully contemplates various spray heads such as cone spray heads, fan spray heads, rotary spray heads.
In order to conveniently open or close the water tank cover plate, magnets/electromagnets are arranged on the water tank cover plate and the water tank, and the polarities of the electromagnets are changed by changing the direction of current in the electromagnets, so that the same polarities of the magnets/electromagnets are repelled, and the cover plate can be opened; the opposite polarities attract each other, and the cover plate can be closed. Also can adopt the mode of hook/button on the similar electric rice cooker to at apron pivot department installation rebound spring, the helping hand is opened the basin apron.
FIG. 5 is a schematic view of a sink dishwasher in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention for cleaning a single dish. The bottom of the water tank 91 is provided with a water leakage tube 71 which is provided with a bowl basket or a supporting frame 44. The bowl basket bowls are placed on the supporting frame 44, or are suspended in the water leakage barrel 71 by the suction cups 30, or the suction cups 30 pick up the bowls and are attached to the supporting frame 44.
The front end of the inner rod 70a and/or the outer rod 70b of the rotary driving rod is connected with a spray head 74c1 and/or 74c2, and water can be sprayed to clean the interior of the bowl. The water leakage cylinder wall is provided with a spray head 74e which can spray water vapor to clean bowls. The nozzle on the suction cup 30 can also spray water and gas to clean bowls. Each spray head can also extract air to remove water vapor diffused during dish washing, and the spray head is called a distributed air extracting hole/air extracting groove. The suction cup 30 is usually carried by a robot arm (local) 41, that is, the robot arm 41 carries the suction cup (or robot) 30 and the spray head 74f, and the suction cup 30 and the spray head 74f can be combined into a whole, which is called a suction cup and spray head integrated system, or simply a suction cup 30. In cooperation with such a dish washing manner, the sink cover 2 can be automatically opened and closed, for example, the sink cover 2 can be opened and closed using the telescopic bar 2 a.
The bowls or the nozzles are adjusted according to different bowls. In the structure of fig. 5, the height of the bowl support 44 can be adjusted by rotating the driving rod 70b, so as to drive the bowl support 44 to rotate; or the suction disc 30 drives the bowl to adjust the height of the bowl and drive the bowl to rotate; the rotation driving lever 70a can move up and down and rotate; the bowls are placed on the support frame 44, and the spray head on the suction cup 30 can be adjusted.
The air exhaust duct 83d is used for exhausting the water vapor diffused during the dish washing, and is called a centralized air exhaust port.
A water discharge pipe 83a, a water circulation pipe 83b, and a heater 101 a. The cover 2 is opened or closed as necessary.
Summarizing, a method of transfer-type washing of bowls is available, such as washing the back of bowls, in particular the bottom of bowls on the back in fig. 1 or fig. 4, then transferring the bowls with the robot arm 41 and the suction cup 30 into the drain cylinder in fig. 5 for washing the interior of the bowls and for further overall washing of the bowls. And transferring the bowls to the bowl placing area after the cleaning is finished. For the special case of only one bowl, the water leaking cylinder of fig. 5 can be used for complete cleaning.
Fig. 6 is a modification of fig. 5, namely, a water leakage tube is divided into two water leakage tubes 71a and 71b, which respectively perform the functions of the water leakage tube of fig. 5. A water tank 91, a water tank cover 2, a drain pipe 83a, and a circulation water pipe 83 b. Fig. 6 illustrates that other variants of the cartridge exist. These are all within the scope of the claims of the present invention. In fig. 6, a bottom spout unit 50 is used as the water leakage tube 71b, unlike the water leakage tube of the normal water tank. The advantage of fig. 6 is that the water leakage tube 71a focuses on completing the washing of the bowls, while the water leakage tube 71b focuses more flexibly on completing other functions such as heating, filtering, cleaning the filter screen, breaking the residue, etc. As for the form of the bottom-side rotary spraying device adopted by the water leakage cylinder 71b, reference may be made to the related patent of the intelligent cooking apparatus or the intelligent dishwasher of the present inventor.
FIG. 7 is a schematic view of a sink dishwasher with a drain cylinder coupled to an open pump in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. The sink 91 has a bowl basket 44 therein. The sink cover 2 has a sensor 27 (e.g., a magnetic sensor) between the cover and the sink to sense the opening or closing of the sink cover. Obviously, an angle sensor can be installed at the rotating shaft of the cover plate of the sink to sense the opening condition of the cover plate 2.
The bottom of the water tank is provided with a water leakage cylinder 71, a water discharge pipeline 83, a solenoid valve 84 on the water spray pipe and a heating device 101. The rotary drive rod 70 and the water leakage cylinder are provided with a sealing device 82. The motor 54 drives the rotation driving rod 70 to rotate through the transmission 55.
The rotary spray arm 781 has an open water pump 782 therein for pumping water from the water leakage tube into the rotary spray arm 781 and spraying the water from the spray holes 783. The rotary spray arms 781 are rotated by the reverse thrust of water when spraying water, thereby cleaning the dishes in the bowl basket 44.
The rotating spray arm 781 is supported by a support sleeve 784 having an opening 785 such that water in the water leak cartridge enters the support sleeve 784 through the opening 785 and is delivered to the rotating spray arm 781 through the open water pump 782.
The dish washing water is filtered by the inner and outer sieves 51a and 51b, and then passes through the open water pump 782 after being reheated, so that the water can be reused.
When the rotary spray arm 781 is rotated by the reaction force of the inclined spray itself, a part of the kinetic energy is inevitably lost. Another rotation mode of the rotating spray arm is to use a dual nested rotating driving rod structure shown in fig. 1 to 5, refer to a mechanical conversion device similar to fig. 6, so that the rotating spray arm can rotate against the direction of the reaction force, and the speed of the water jet can be increased, and the rotation speed of the rotating spray arm can be better controlled.
The basket 44 is designed to be movable, and is mounted during dishwashing, and is moved out of the tub 91 after dishwashing. The rotary spray arms 781 are also designed to be easily installed and removed, such as by snap-fitting, so as not to interfere with the use of the sink. The filter screen in the water leakage cylinder is easy to be made into a detachable mode so as to be convenient to clean.
FIG. 8 is a schematic view of a drawer dishwasher in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. Bowl basket 44 is in drawer 91a, and referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, bowl basket 44 is in drawer 91a, rotating drive rod 70:70a/70b pass directly through the bottom of drawer 91a to drive the bowl basket 44 to rotate. The bottom of the drawer 91a is provided with a spray head 74a, the side wall of the drawer is provided with a spray head 74b, the center of the rotary driving rod is provided with a spray head 74c, and the top 2a of the drawer dishwasher is provided with a spray head 74d which can spray water downwards. The sink dishwasher is further provided with a water leakage barrel 71, and the water leakage barrel 71 further comprises a water leakage barrel cover 717, which can allow water and fine slag to flow into the water leakage barrel 71, but prevent larger residues from entering the water leakage barrel 71. The water leakage cylinder cover 717 can be used for all water leakage cylinders. The water leaking cartridge cover 717 is designed to be removable for use when needed. When it is necessary to install the rotation driving rod in the water leakage cylinder 71, an opening may be formed in the middle of the water leakage cylinder cover 717 to facilitate the penetration of the rotation driving rod.
The water leakage cylinder 71 includes a water discharge pipe 83: waste water drain 83 a/circulating water drain 83b, and solenoid valves 84a/84b, respectively. The strainer 51 in the water-leaking cartridge may be made concave to temporarily store the filtered residue. The dishwashing water is filtered by the filter net 51, heated by the heating device 101a, and sent to the nozzles 74 and the rotary drive lever 70 through the circulating water pipe 83 b.
The dishwasher can also be equipped with a strainer, a heating device and a circulation device at the bottom of the drawer, and the washing water is filtered by the strainer 51c and then re-introduced into the spray heads 74a/74b/74c/74 d/rotary driving rod 70 through the heater 101c, the circulation water pipe 83c and the solenoid valve 84 c.
The required wash water line, drain line and required power/electrical signal for drawer dishwashers may be connected by lengthened lines or cables.
FIG. 9 is a schematic top view of a drawer dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention, wherein the baskets 44 are provided in a drawer 91a, and a drawer panel 91b, which is provided with pulleys 91c1/91c2 on the side thereof, is capable of moving along a rail 91d of the drawer dishwasher. To facilitate the washing of the drain bobbin 71, the drain bobbin 71 is arranged near a corner of the drawer panel 91 b. To make full use of the drawer space, means for dispensing the cleaning agent 211, the cleaning salt 212 and the dishwashing agent 213 may be designed at the other corners of the drawer.
Fig. 10 and 11 are schematic views of a sink-dishwasher in combination with a sink-rice cooker, by which functions of the sink, rice cooker and dishwasher are accomplished. Wherein the electric cooker body 92 (also the electric cooker body 92 is a water tank electric cooker) can also be used as a small water tank.
In FIG. 10, sink 91 doubles as a dishwasher, such as the dishwasher of the present invention, with a basket 44, bottom spray heads 74a1/74a2, and side spray heads 74 b. Other sink dishwashers are also possible. The electric cooker body 92, including the bottom leakage spraying device 50, can refer to the related patent of the inventor about the intelligent cooking equipment), and can complete the functions of automatically adding rice, washing rice, cooking and washing a pot. The rice storage box 922 and the rice cooker body 92 are longitudinally arranged. A normal faucet 41 or a robotic arm faucet 41 capable of dispensing water (see fig. 11 and 12).
Fig. 11 and 12 show another combination of a sink, a sink dishwasher and a sink cooker, namely a dual sink plus cooker. Water tank 91 and a water leakage tube 71a, electric rice cooker 92a, electric rice cooker rice storage box 922 and electric rice cooker body are vertically placed, and faucet 41 or mechanical arm faucet 41: 41a/41b/41c are placed at different locations. The other sink 93 doubles as a sink dishwasher such as the one in which the basket 44 of the present invention is rotatably combined with the spray head 74 b.
The sink 91 (or sink 93) can also double as other dish washers, such as a sink smart dish washer, where the faucet 41 is a mechanical arm faucet with a suction cup 30 (or manipulator) and a smart recognition device, and can spray water. The mechanical arm faucet can refer to the intelligent dishwasher related patent that the inventor has filed. The sink intelligent dishwasher is used for a portable intelligent dishwasher, that is, the bowl 56 (bowl code 230) is placed upside down in the sink 91 (refer to fig. 1, the bowl 56b is placed upside down in the sink), the back of the bowl is cleaned (for example, the back of the bowl 56b is cleaned as the spray head 74d in fig. 1), then the bowl 56 is picked up by the suction cup or the mechanical arm on the mechanical arm faucet 41, and is conveyed to the pot 92a for cleaning or is cleaned in the sink 93 or the sink drain cylinder 92 b. At the end of the wash, the dishes are finally placed in a clean bowl placement area, such as the sink 93 or on the lid of the sink dishwasher 93. When the kinds of dishes are various, the sink 93 may also be used as a bowl-to-be-washed placement area of the intelligent sink dishwasher. In the rice cooker 92a, reference is made to the related patent already filed by the inventor, in which the rotary plug 50 can block the opening at the bottom of the pot body 1, and the rotary plug can be lifted to respectively filter the rice washing water or discharge food residues, and the rice washing water or the residues are discharged through the drain pipe 83. The rotary spray plug 50 is provided with a spray head (no reference numeral marked) which can clean the electric cooker body or the bowls, and the electric cooker body is also provided with a spray head (reference numeral marked) which can clean the bowls. The device has the functions of cleaning, filtering and deslagging, can be used for an electric rice cooker, a soybean milk machine, a bread maker and the like, and can be used as a fruit and vegetable cleaning machine.
As shown in fig. 12, the drain pipe 83 of the electric cooker 92a may be connected to the drain cylinder 71 of the sink 93 (or a side wall of the sink 93, not shown), and food residue in the drain pipe 83 discharged through the drain pipe 51 in the drain cylinder 71 may be filtered out.
To basin intelligence dish washer, what have the operability most is that the bowl utensil adopts the back-off form to wash. Because the bowls are picked up by the sucking disc or the mechanical arm, the bowl is most conveniently picked up from the back of the bowl; the mode which is most convenient for cleaning the bowls is also to clean the back and the inside of the bowls which are placed in an inverted manner; the most hygienic way to pick up and move the bowls is also from the back of the bowls. Therefore, the process of the intelligent dish washer is repeated in a cycle of placing (stacking) the inverted bowls in a longitudinal and transverse mode, cleaning the back of a certain bowl, picking up the bowl by a mechanical arm bearing sucker or a mechanical arm, cleaning the interior and other rest parts of the inverted bowl and placing the cleaned bowl.
Finally, corresponding summary is provided for the drawings included in the embodiments of the present invention, and the embodiments of the present invention provide a sink bowl basket rotary dishwasher, specifically refer to fig. 1 to 6, a sink water drain cylinder open type water pump dishwasher, specifically refer to fig. 7, a drawer type dishwasher, specifically refer to fig. 8, a sink electric cooker, specifically refer to fig. 10 and 11, and a side wall air-jet drying or air-extraction steam-removal dishwasher, see fig. 4. The water leakage cylinder is combined with the rotary driving rod to clean a single bowl, as shown in figures 5 and 6. The rotary driving rod, the water leakage barrel and the filtering and heating device are shown in figure 3. Sink dishwasher lid auto-opening device, see fig. 5. The bowl is cleaned by reversing the way, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 3, fig. 4, fig. 5 and fig. 6. The working mode of the intelligent dishwasher is that in a bowl washing work area, bowls are reversely buckled, the back faces of the bowls are washed (shown in figure 1), suckers and mechanical arms pick up the bowls, the bowls are transferred to a washing device to be washed inside the bowls (shown in figures 5 and 6), and then the bowls are transferred to a cupboard or a bowl storage place, which is shown in figures 11 and 12. The four corners of the dishwasher are provided with a cleaning agent, washing salt, a brightener and a water leakage cylinder, as shown in figure 9.
In addition, some of the default depictions in fig. 1 to 12, for example, the dishwasher's sump cover can be opened or closed as desired (automatic opening devices are designed); when the bowl basket rotates, the spray head sprays water to the bowls in the bowl basket; or the bowl basket is not moved, and the spray arm is rotated to spray water to the bowl basket; because the rotary driving rod is longer, particularly the inner rod of the rotary driving rod with the nested structure is slender, a coupler can be adopted to eliminate product tolerance; the sealing ring and the like are used for ensuring the sealing performance of the rotary driving rod; the lower part of the rotary driving rod is generally cylindrical so as to facilitate rotation, and the upper part of the rotary driving rod can be a polygon prism so as to facilitate driving the bowl basket to rotate. And so on. But the skilled person has background knowledge to understand these default descriptions.
According to the embodiment of the invention, the dish washing machine is combined with the water tank or the drawer, the space above and below the water tank or the drawer is fully utilized, the space of a kitchen is greatly saved, the major defect that the dish washing machine is inconvenient to install after the kitchen is decorated is solved, in addition, the dish washing machine is very convenient to collect and drain water, and the water tank and the dish washing machine can be used simultaneously, so that the area of the kitchen is saved, the existing water tank is convenient to replace, the dish washing efficiency is improved, and the intelligent dish washing is realized.
In an embodiment of the invention, a sink dishwasher with a basket rotating mode is provided, and the washing efficiency of the dishwasher can be improved by multiple times. The rotary spray arm type water tank dish-washing machine in the embodiment of the invention can adopt a mode of replacing the water tank and a mode of replacing a water leakage cylinder of the existing water tank (meanwhile, a water tank cover plate is added). In addition, the embodiment of the invention can also clean the bowl placed in an inverted buckle manner, and adds a transfer type dish washing machine, or an intelligent dish washing machine: the bowls are placed in a reversed and vertical mode, the backs and the interiors of the bowls are cleaned in different dish washing work areas (the work areas under special conditions can be combined into one), and the bowls are moved to a clean bowl placing area or a cupboard after being washed.
In an embodiment of the invention, a rotary driving rod device is provided, wherein the rotary driving rod penetrates through the bottom of a water tank to drive a dish basket of a dish washing machine or a rotary spray head or a rotary spray arm to rotate. Further, embodiments of the present invention combine a rotary drive shaft with a sink drain cartridge into a dishwasher device or sink. Advantages of using such a device include: the water tank can also be used as the water leakage cylinder of the existing water tank; the bowl basket of the sink dish-washing machine is convenient to install, and the sink is not too deep; when the bowl is not washed, the rotary driving rod is arranged below the bottom of the water tank, and the bottom of the water tank is flat, so that the use of the water tank is not influenced; the dish washing water is more convenient to filter and heat; the water leakage cylinder and the filter screen can be cleaned by rotating the driving rod; the rotating driving rod can spray water to clean bowls; the water leakage cylinder wall can be provided with a nozzle for cleaning bowls; the single bowl can be placed in the water leakage cylinder for cleaning, and the water leakage cylinder can well eliminate water flow splashed by spraying. A novel dish washing machine is formed by utilizing a water leakage cylinder of a water tank, a rotary driving rod device and an open type water pump. The dish washing machine is compact in structure, stable in operation, convenient to disassemble and wash the filter screen, and capable of preventing the rotary driving rod from overflowing to influence the leveling of the bottom of the water tank, and the dish washing machine with the water tank can be further realized by replacing the water leakage cylinder of the water tank under the condition that the water tank is not replaced.
In one embodiment of the invention, a cover plate rotation driving device is provided, wherein a cover plate rotation driving rod is arranged on a sink cover plate and covers the cover plate, and the driving rod is meshed with a bowl basket driven device in the center of a bowl basket to drive the bowl basket to rotate. Optionally, the bowl basket follower is free to rotate in a certain direction, for example, clockwise, and after the cover plate rotation driving rod is engaged with the bowl basket follower, the cover plate rotation driving rod rotates counterclockwise, so as to drive the bowl basket to rotate.
In an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a sink dishwasher, comprising: the device comprises a water tank, a water tank cover plate, a spray head, a bowl basket and a bowl basket rotating mechanism; the bowl washing device comprises a bowl basket, a water tank cover plate, a bowl basket rotating mechanism, a plurality of spray heads and a plurality of water spraying nozzles, wherein the bowl basket to be washed is placed in the bowl basket, the water tank cover plate is closed, the bowl basket rotating mechanism drives the bowl basket to rotate around a vertical shaft, the spray heads are installed at the bottom and/or the side surface and/or the water tank cover plate of a water tank, and strong water flow is sprayed from different positions and. And a filtering, heating and circulating water utilization device is added to save water. Furthermore, the rotary driving rod is combined with the water leakage cylinder of the water tank, so that the structure is more reasonable and compact, and the use is more flexible and convenient.
In an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a sink dishwasher using an open water pump, including: a water tank, a water tank cover plate, an open type water pump, a rotary spray arm, a bowl basket, a heating device and a circulating water device. The bowl to be washed is placed in the bowl basket, and the cover plate of the water tank is closed. The open type water pump and the rotary spray arm are arranged in the water leakage barrel, the motor drives the spray rod in the water leakage barrel to rotate, the open type water pump is driven to rotate, water flow is sprayed upwards from the spray nozzle on the rotary spray arm, and bowls in the bowl basket are cleaned.
In the embodiment of the invention, a method for cleaning inverted bowls is provided, wherein the bowls are cleaned by utilizing top and side nozzles of a water tank dish washer, nozzles on the wall of a water leakage barrel, nozzles on a rotary driving rod and nozzles on a mechanical arm.
In the embodiment of the invention, a method for combining a water tank dishwasher with an electric rice cooker is provided, and the problems of cooking and dish washing are solved. Further, the invention also discloses a scheme of the sink combined sink dish washing machine (such as a bowl basket rotating and open type water pump) and an intelligent sink dish washing machine. It should be noted that the description of the present invention and the accompanying drawings illustrate preferred embodiments of the present invention, but the present invention may be embodied in many different forms and is not limited to the embodiments described in the present specification, which are provided as additional limitations to the present invention and to provide a more thorough understanding of the present disclosure. Moreover, the above technical features are combined with each other to form various embodiments which are not listed above, and all the embodiments are regarded as the scope of the present invention described in the specification; further, modifications and variations will occur to those skilled in the art in light of the foregoing description, and it is intended to cover all such modifications and variations as fall within the true spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.

Claims (10)

1. A dish washing machine is characterized by comprising a water tank, a water tank cover plate, a rotatable dish basket, a spray head, a mechanical arm and a sucker;
the bottom of the water tank is provided with a spray head, and the spray head at the bottom is heightened to form a bulge; the mechanical arm is provided with a spray head; a spray head is arranged on the side surface of the water tank and/or a spray head is arranged on the cover plate of the water tank; the spray head at the bottom of the water tank and the spray head on the mechanical arm can spray water or gas in a time-sharing manner so as to obtain higher spraying pressure;
the water tank is provided with a bowl basket rotation driving device, and the rotation driving device is in transmission fit with the bowl basket to drive the bowl basket to rotate; the bowl basket is used for placing the bowls, the bowl basket rotates to drive the bowls to rotate, and the spray head can spray water flow or air flow to the bowls in the bowl basket to clean the bowls;
the water tank cover plate can be automatically opened or closed;
the water tank can be used as a dish washing work area of the dish washing machine, the bowls are placed in a to-be-washed bowl area in a reverse buckling mode, the mechanical arm bears the sucker to pick up the bowls, the bowls are transferred from the to-be-washed bowl placing area to the dish washing work area to be washed, and then the bowls are placed in a bowl washing work area;
the dishwasher comprises a mechanical arm water faucet capable of discharging water, and the mechanical arm water faucet can spray water to clean bowls; the mechanical arm faucet comprises a mechanical arm and a sucker; an intelligent recognition device is arranged on the mechanical arm water faucet; the spray head on the mechanical arm or the sucker can spray water/gas to clean bowls.
2. The dishwasher of claim 1, comprising a bowl, the bowl having a bowl code.
3. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the dishwasher is capable of drying dishes or baskets in the sump by opening the sump cover, rotating the baskets and spraying high temperature gas into the sump from the gas nozzles in the side walls of the sump.
4. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein electromagnets are installed on the sink cover plate and the sink, and the polarities of the electromagnets are changed by changing the polarity of the voltage, so that like polarities repel each other and the sink cover plate can be opened, and unlike polarities attract each other and the sink cover plate can be closed; or the telescopic rod is used for automatically opening or closing the sink cover plate.
5. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the sump cover plate has spray nozzles, and the back surface of the inverted dish is washed by the spray nozzles of the sump cover plate.
6. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein water spray nozzles are installed at four corners of the sump, and/or high temperature air spray nozzles are installed, and/or a cleaning agent dispensing device is installed, and/or a cleaning salt dispensing device is installed, and/or a dish brightening agent dispensing device is installed, and/or a drain pipe is installed.
7. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the rotary drive comprises a rotary drive head on the sump cover, the rotary drive head cooperating with a driven drive on the basket to rotate the basket when the sump cover is closed.
8. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the rotary drive means comprises a rotary drive rod located at the bottom of the sump, the rotary drive rod passing through the bottom of the sump to rotate the basket.
9. The dishwasher of claim 1, wherein the upper end of the rotary driving rod is an outer polygonal cylinder, and the driven device on the basket is an inner polygonal cylinder sleeve, which cooperate with each other to drive the basket to rotate.
10. The dishwasher of claim 1, further comprising an electric cooker including a drain pipe connected to the drain cylinder of the adjacent sink and capable of draining water in the drain pipe into the strainer of the drain cylinder of the adjacent sink.
