Background
With the development of mobile internet technology, the number of applications installed in an electronic device by a user is increased, and functions are enriched, and for the applications installed in the electronic device, if an unread message exists in the applications, the electronic device can display an unread message corner mark (for example, a red dot) on an icon of the application, so that the user is prompted to view the unread message by displaying the unread message corner mark.
However, as the number of applications installed in the electronic device increases, when a user does not view the unread messages in each application in time (the unread messages in some applications do not need to be viewed), the unread message corner marks may always exist, thereby causing a plurality of unread message corner marks to be displayed in the desktop for a long time.
In order to avoid the desktop of the electronic device displaying a plurality of unread message corner marks, a user can close the unread message notification function; or through a 'one-key clearing' function, all the displayed unread message corner marks are cleared, but the unread message corner marks corresponding to important unread messages are cleared together in this way, so that a user misses some important unread messages. The electronic device thus has less flexibility in displaying the unread message identifications on the icons of the application.

Detailed Description
Technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments in the present application are within the scope of the protection of the present application.
The terms first, second and the like in the description and in the claims, are used for distinguishing between similar objects and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used may be interchanged, as appropriate, such that embodiments of the present application may be implemented in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein, and that the objects identified by "first," "second," etc. are generally of a type and not limited to the number of objects, e.g., the first object may be one or more. Furthermore, in the description and claims, "and/or" means at least one of the connected objects, and the character "/", generally means that the associated object is an "or" relationship.
The method for displaying the unread message identifier, provided by the embodiment of the application, is applied to a scene that the electronic device displays the unread message identifier (such as a red dot identifier) on an application identifier in a desktop, and a specific application scene can be determined according to actual use requirements.
Taking the example of the electronic device displaying the unread message identifier on the application identifier in the desktop as an example, when the electronic device receives a new unread message (i.e., the target message) through the target application program, the electronic device may determine, according to a preset condition preset by a user, whether the received unread message meets the preset condition to determine whether the unread message is a message of a preset type (i.e., whether the unread message identifier needs to be displayed on the application identifier corresponding to the desktop), so that when the electronic device determines that the received unread message meets the preset condition, the unread message identifier is displayed on the application identifier of the target application program. Furthermore, the electronic device may detect the line-of-sight focusing position of the user, so that the electronic device may cancel displaying the unread message identifier on the application identifier of the target application program when the line-of-sight focusing position of the user is the position of the application identifier of the target application program in the screen and the focusing time on the application identifier of the target application program is less than the preset time, so that the electronic device may flexibly adjust whether to display the unread message identifier on the application identifier of the target application program according to the line-of-sight focusing position and the focusing time of the user.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the application, the electronic device may determine whether to display the unread message identifier on the application identifier of the target application according to whether the received target message meets the preset condition, and flexibly adjust whether to display the unread message identifier on the application identifier of the target application according to the focusing position and the focusing duration of the user's line of sight. Thereby improving the flexibility of the electronic device to display the unread message identifications on the icons of the application program.
The method for displaying the unread message identifier provided by the embodiment of the application is described in detail below by means of specific embodiments and application scenes thereof with reference to the accompanying drawings.
An embodiment of the application provides a method for displaying an unread message identifier, and fig. 1 shows a flowchart of the method for displaying an unread message identifier, which is provided in the embodiment of the application, and the method can be applied to electronic equipment. As shown in fig. 1, the method for displaying the unread message identifier provided in the embodiment of the present application may include the following steps 201 to 203.
Step 201, in the case that the target message is received through the target application program, the electronic device determines whether the target message meets a preset condition.
In this embodiment of the present application, the preset condition is used to determine whether the target message is a preset type of message.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic device may determine whether the target message meets a preset condition under the condition that the target message is received by the target application, so as to determine whether the target message is a message of a preset type, and when the target message meets the preset condition, the electronic device may display an unread message identifier on an application identifier of the target application; and the electronic device may detect the line-of-sight focus position of the user to cancel displaying the unread message identifier on the application identifier of the target application program in the case where the line-of-sight focus position is the application identifier of the target application program and the focusing duration of the line-of-sight of the user on the application identifier of the target application program is less than the preset duration.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the target application is any application installed in the electronic device, and the target message is a received unread message corresponding to the target application.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the electronic device may determine whether the target application is a preset application, and/or determine whether the target message includes key information of a preset type, so as to determine whether the target message is a message of the preset type.
It should be noted that, the above-mentioned message of the preset type may be understood as an important message, an unread message that needs to be checked by the user in time, for example, a session message received by the chat application program, a payment message received by the payment application program, and the like.
Step 202, the electronic device displays the unread message identifier on the application identifier of the target application program under the condition that the target message meets the preset condition.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, when the electronic device determines that the target message meets the preset condition, the electronic device displays the unread message identifier on the application identifier of the target application program displayed in the desktop.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the unread message identifier is used to prompt the user that the target application program receives an important unread message, so as to prompt the user to view the unread message in time.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the display form of the unread message identifier may be a preset type of pattern identifier, where the preset type of pattern identifier may be any one of the following: red dot identification, star identification, etc.
An electronic device is exemplified as a mobile phone. As shown in fig. 2, when the mobile phone receives the target message through the target application program, if the mobile phone determines that the target message meets the preset condition, the mobile phone may display an unread message identifier 11 on the application identifier 10 of the target application program in the desktop, so as to prompt the user that the application program receives an important unread message.
Step 203, the electronic device detects a sight line focusing position of the user, and cancels displaying the unread message identifier on the application identifier of the target application program when the sight line focusing position is the application identifier of the target application program and the target duration is less than the preset duration.
In this embodiment of the present application, the target duration is a focusing duration of a line of sight of a user on an application identifier of a target application program.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the electronic device may detect the line of sight focusing position of the user in real time, so as to determine whether the user is focusing on the application identifier of a certain application program (i.e. determine whether the user needs to view the unread message in the certain application program) according to the line of sight focusing position of the user.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, the electronic device may detect, in real time, whether the user holds the electronic device through the gravity sensing device, so that when the user holds the electronic device and the electronic device is in a bright screen state, the electronic device starts to detect, in real time, a line of sight focusing position of the user.
It should be noted that, the electronic device may start the front camera to collect the rotation of the user's eyeball, calculate the direction of the user's sight through the distance and angle between the user's eyeball and the screen of the electronic device, and further locate the focus position of the user's sight, if the user's sight only stays briefly or the user puts down the electronic device, it is not strong to indicate that the user's intention to view the notification message.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, when determining that the focusing position of the line of sight of the user is the application identifier of the target application, the electronic device may further determine the focusing duration of the line of sight of the user on the application identifier of the target application, so as to more accurately determine whether the user needs to view the unread message in the certain application.
It should be noted that, the desktop of the electronic device includes a plurality of application identifiers, and part of the application identifiers in the plurality of application identifiers may include unread message identifiers, and the electronic device may determine, according to the focusing position of the line of sight of the user, an application program corresponding to the application identifier focused by the user, so as to determine whether the user has an intention to view the unread message in the application program, so as to adjust the status of the unread message identifier displayed on the application identifier of the application program.
When the electronic device receives the target message through the target application program, the electronic device can determine whether the target message is a message of a preset type by judging whether the target message meets the preset condition, so that the unread message identifier can be displayed on the application identifier of the target application program displayed in the desktop under the condition that the target message meets the preset condition. And under the condition that the electronic equipment detects that the focusing position of the sight of the user is the application identifier of the target application program and the focusing time length of the sight of the user on the application identifier of the target application program is smaller than the preset time length, canceling to display the unread message identifier on the application identifier of the target application program. When the electronic device receives the target message through the target application program, the electronic device can judge whether the target message meets the preset condition in advance so as to display unread message identifiers on the application identifiers of the target application program displayed in the desktop under the condition that the target message meets the preset condition, so that the electronic device can display the unread message identifiers on the corresponding application identifiers displayed in the desktop only when receiving the message meeting the preset condition, and the quantity of the unread message identifiers on the application identifiers displayed in the desktop is controlled. And the electronic equipment can detect the sight line focusing position of the user so as to cancel the display of the unread message identifier on the application identifier under the condition that the sight line focusing position of the user is on the application identifier comprising the unread message identifier and the focusing time length is smaller than the preset time length, thereby flexibly adjusting whether the unread message identifier is displayed on the application identifier or not and further improving the flexibility of the electronic equipment for displaying the unread message identifier on the icon of the application program.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3 in conjunction with fig. 1, after the step 201, the method for displaying an unread message identifier provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include the following step 301.
Step 301, when the target message does not meet the preset condition, the electronic device adjusts the display form of the application identifier of the target application program in a preset manner.
In this embodiment of the present application, the foregoing preset manner is any one of the following: stretching an application identifier of a target application program, overturning the application identifier of the target application program, and displaying a preset label on the application identifier of the target application program.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the application identifier of the stretching target application may include: application identification of a horizontal stretching target application program, application identification of a vertical stretching target application program, application identification of a diagonal stretching target application program and the like.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the application identifier of the flipping target application may include: application identification of a symmetrical flip target application, application identification of a center rotation target application, and the like.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, when the electronic device determines that the target message does not meet the preset condition, the electronic device does not need to display an unread message identifier on an application identifier of the target application program displayed in the desktop, and prompts the user that the target application program receives the unread message by adjusting a display form of the application identifier of the target application program.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, when the target message does not meet the preset condition, the electronic device prompts the user to receive the unread message by adjusting a display form of an application identifier of the target application program, without displaying the unread message identifier on the application identifier in the desktop, so that the number of unread message identifiers displayed in the desktop is reduced, and visual fatigue caused by a large number of unread message identifiers to the user is reduced.
It should be noted that, the target message does not meet the preset condition, which can be understood that the importance degree of the target message is low, and the user does not need to view the target message in time.
As shown in fig. 4, if the mobile phone determines that the target message does not meet the preset condition when the mobile phone receives the target message through the target application program, the mobile phone may transversely stretch the application identifier 10 of the target application program in the desktop to adjust the display form of the application identifier 10 of the target application program, so as to prompt the user that the unread message received by the application program is not an important message.
In the embodiment of the application, when the electronic device judges that the target message does not meet the preset condition, the electronic device can adjust the display form of the application identifier of the target application program in a preset mode to prompt the user that the target application program receives the new unread message, and the user is not required to prompt the target application program to receive the new unread message in a mode of displaying the unread message identifier on the application identifier of the target application program, so that the diversity of prompting the user of the application program to receive the unread message by the electronic device is improved.
Note that, in the case of executing the above step 301, the electronic device does not need to execute the above steps 202 and 203, that is, the technical solutions disclosed in the above steps 202 and 203 and the technical solutions disclosed in the above step 301 are parallel technical solutions.
Optionally, in this embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 5 in conjunction with fig. 1, before step 201, the method for displaying an unread message identifier provided in this embodiment of the present application may further include step 401 and step 402 described below, and step 201 may be specifically implemented by step 201a described below.
Step 401, the electronic device receives a first input of a user.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the user may input at the setting interface to preset the preset condition.
Step 402, the electronic device determines, in response to the first input, N first applications and M key information.
In the embodiment of the application, N and M are both positive integers.
Alternatively, in the embodiment of the present application, the user may pre-select a plurality of applications (i.e., N first applications) installed in the electronic device, and pre-set a plurality of keywords (i.e., M pieces of key information), thereby pre-setting a preset condition.
Step 201a, in the case that the target message is received through the target application program, the electronic device determines whether the target message meets at least one of the following: whether the target application program is an application program in the N first application programs; whether the target message includes at least one key information of the M key information.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, when the electronic device receives the target message through the target application, the electronic device determines whether the target application is included in the N predetermined first applications, so as to determine that the target message meets a preset condition when the target application is included in the N first applications.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, when the electronic device receives the target message through the target application, the electronic device determines, through text analysis, whether the target message includes any one of M pieces of predetermined key information, so as to determine that the target message satisfies a preset condition when the target message includes any one of M pieces of key information.
In this embodiment of the present invention, a user may input in advance on a setting interface to determine N first applications and M pieces of key information in advance, so that when an electronic device receives a target message through a target application, it may be determined whether the target application is an application in the N first applications, and/or whether the target message includes at least one piece of key information in the M pieces of key information, so as to determine whether the target message meets a preset condition, and thus flexibly determine whether an unread message identifier is displayed on an application identifier of the target application.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 6 in conjunction with fig. 3, after step 301, the method for displaying an unread message identifier provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include step 302 described below.
Step 302, the electronic device detects a sight line focusing position of a user, and converts a display form of an application identifier of a target application program into a default display form and displays an unread message identifier on the application identifier of the target application program when the sight line focusing position is the application identifier of the target application program and the target time period is longer than or equal to a preset time period.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, if the electronic device detects that the display form of the application identifier of the target application displayed at the focus position of the line of sight of the user is a preset manner, if the focus time period of the line of sight of the user on the application identifier of the target application is greater than or equal to the preset time period, the electronic device may determine that the user focuses on the target application, and the unread message corresponding to the target application is an important message, then the electronic device may convert the display form of the application identifier of the target application from the preset manner to a default display form, and display the unread message identifier on the application identifier of the target application, so as to mainly prompt the user that the target application includes the important unread message.
It should be noted that if the focused position of the user's line of sight stays at a certain application identifier for more than a preset time period and continues to hold the electronic device and unlock, the user is interested in the notification message of the application program and needs to look at the notification message preferentially, and if the display form of the application identifier of the application program is a preset mode, the unread message of the application program prompts the user by displaying the unread message identifier.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, the unread message corresponding to the same application may be repeatedly converted between two display forms according to the operation (i.e. the line-of-sight focusing condition) of the user.
It can be understood that in the embodiment of the application, by converting the display form of the application identifier with the striking strong reminding attribute (i.e. by displaying the unread message identifier) into the display form of the application identifier with the weak reminding attribute (i.e. displaying the application identifier by the target display form), the user is enabled not to pay attention to excessive unread message identifiers at the first time when the desktop of the electronic device is opened, the anxiety caused by a large number of unread message identifiers is relieved, and meanwhile, the situation that all the application identifiers comprise the unread message identifiers is prevented, and the essential function of the unread message identifiers is lost.
In this embodiment of the present application, a prompting manner of displaying an unread message in two display forms, specifically in an actual use process, may set multiple prompting manners, and classify the strength of the unread message notification, and prompt a user in accordance with the importance degree of the unread message by multiple different prompting manners.
In the embodiment of the application, the electronic device may convert the display form of the application identifier of the target application into a default display form and display the unread message identifier on the application identifier of the target application when the focus position of the user's line of sight is detected as the application identifier of the target application and the target time period is longer than or equal to the preset time period, so that the display state of the unread message identifier corresponding to the target application is adjusted in time according to the focus condition of the user's line of sight.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, after the step 301, the method for displaying an unread message identifier provided in the embodiment of the present application may further include the following steps 501 and 502.
