In this way, when the first interface of the first application program is displayed on the screen, split-screen display is performed, the relative positions of the first split-screen region and the second split-screen region of the split-screen display correspond to the relative positions of the first position and the second position, so that the split-screen can be entered at the edge of the screen by using one-hand gesture operation, the display positions of the split-screen regions can be determined according to the starting position and the ending position of the gesture, and the complexity of the operation of entering the split-screen display can be reduced.

Optionally, the user input unit 507 is further configured to: receiving a third input, wherein the third input is a sliding input which slides from a fourth position to a fifth position on the electronic device, the fourth position corresponds to the first split screen area, and the fifth position corresponds to the second split screen area;
the processor 510 is configured to: and responding to the third input, adjusting the display positions of the first split screen area and the second split screen area, wherein the adjusted second split screen area is positioned in the first direction of the first split screen area.
Optionally, the display unit 506 is further configured to: displaying the first interface in a first split screen area and displaying an interface corresponding to a second application program in a second split screen area under the condition that the first input is a sliding input to a first side area of the electronic equipment, wherein the second application program is different from the first application program;

It should be appreciated that in embodiments of the present application, the input unit 504 may include a graphics processor (Graphics Processing Unit, GPU) 5041 and a microphone 5042, with the graphics processor 5041 processing image data of still pictures or video obtained by an image capturing device (e.g., a camera) in a video capturing mode or an image capturing mode. The display unit 506 may include a display panel 5061, and the display panel 5061 may be configured in the form of a liquid crystal display, an organic light emitting diode, or the like. The user input unit 507 includes a touch panel 5071 and other input devices 5072. Touch panel 5071, also referred to as a touch screen. Touch panel 5071 may include two parts, a touch detection device and a touch controller. Other input devices 5072 may include, but are not limited to, a physical keyboard, function keys (e.g., volume control keys, switch keys, etc.), a trackball, a mouse, a joystick, and so forth, which are not described in detail herein. The memory 509 may be used to store software programs as well as various data including, but not limited to, application programs and an operating system. Processor 510 may integrate an application processor that primarily handles operating systems, user interfaces, applications, etc., with a modem processor that primarily handles wireless communications. It will be appreciated that the modem processor described above may not be integrated into the processor 510.
The embodiment of the present application further provides a readable storage medium, where a program or an instruction is stored on the readable storage medium, and when the program or the instruction is executed by a processor, the processes of the embodiment of the split screen display method are implemented, and the same technical effects can be achieved, so that repetition is avoided, and no further description is given here.
Wherein the processor is a processor in the electronic device described in the above embodiment. The readable storage medium includes a computer readable storage medium such as a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a random access Memory (Random Access Memory, RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and the like.

1. A split screen display method, the method comprising:
receiving a first input under the condition that a first interface corresponding to a first application program is displayed, wherein the first input is a sliding input which slides from a first position to a second position on electronic equipment, and the first position is positioned in a first direction of the second position;
responding to the first input, displaying the first interface in a first split screen area, and displaying a first target interface in a second split screen area;
wherein the first split screen area is located in the first direction of the second split screen area;
the displaying the first interface in the first split screen area and the first target interface in the second split screen area includes:
displaying the first interface in a first split screen area and displaying an interface corresponding to a second application program in a second split screen area under the condition that the first input is a sliding input to a first side area of the electronic equipment, wherein the second application program is different from the first application program;
displaying the first interface in a first split screen area and displaying a second interface of the first application program in a second split screen area under the condition that the first input is a sliding input to a second side area of the electronic equipment, wherein the first interface is an interface of the first application program logged in by a first account number, the second interface is an interface of the first application program logged in by a second account number, and the first account number is different from the second account number;
Wherein the first side region and the second side region are opposite.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the displaying the first interface in the first split screen area and before the displaying the first target interface in the second split screen area, the method further comprises:
displaying at least one identification information;
receiving a second input of target identification information in the at least one identification information, wherein the target identification information corresponds to a target application program;
the displaying the first interface in the first split screen area and the first target interface in the second split screen area includes:
and responding to the second input, displaying the first interface in a first split screen area, and displaying an interface corresponding to the target application program in a second split screen area.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein, in the case where the first input includes a first sub-input and a second sub-input, the first interface is displayed in a first split screen area and after the first target interface is displayed in a second split screen area, the method further comprises:
displaying a second target interface in a third split screen area;
the first sub-input is a sliding sub-input sliding from the first position to a third position, the second sub-input is a sliding sub-input sliding from the third position to the second position, the third position is located in a second direction of the first position, and the third position is located in a third direction of the second position;
The third split screen area corresponds to the first sub-input, the third split screen area is located in the second direction of the first split screen area, and the third split screen area is located in the third direction of the second split screen area.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the displaying the first interface in the first split screen area and the displaying the first target interface in the second split screen area is followed by:
receiving a third input, wherein the third input is a sliding input which slides from a fourth position to a fifth position on the electronic device, the fourth position corresponds to the first split screen area, and the fifth position corresponds to the second split screen area;
and responding to the third input, adjusting the display positions of the first split screen area and the second split screen area, wherein the adjusted second split screen area is positioned in the first direction of the first split screen area.
5. A split screen display device, the device comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving a first input under the condition that a first interface corresponding to a first application program is displayed, wherein the first input is a sliding input sliding from a first position to a second position on the electronic equipment, and the first position is located in a first direction of the second position;
The display module is used for responding to the first input, displaying the first interface in a first split screen area and displaying a first target interface in a second split screen area;
wherein the first split screen area is located in the first direction of the second split screen area;
the display module is specifically configured to:
when the first input is a sliding input to a first side area of the electronic equipment, responding to the first input, displaying the first interface in a first split screen area, and displaying an interface corresponding to a second application program in a second split screen area, wherein the second application program is different from the first application program;
when the first input is a sliding input to a second side area of the electronic device, responding to the first input, displaying the first interface in a first split screen area, and displaying a second interface of the first application program in a second split screen area, wherein the first interface is an interface of the first application program logged in by a first account number, the second interface is an interface of the first application program logged in by a second account number, and the first account number is different from the second account number;
Wherein the first side region and the second side region are opposite.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the display module comprises:
a first display unit for displaying at least one identification information in response to the first input;
a receiving unit, configured to receive a second input of target identification information in the at least one identification information, where the target identification information corresponds to a target application program;
and the second display unit is used for responding to the second input, displaying the first interface in the first split screen area and displaying the interface corresponding to the target application program in the second split screen area.
7. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein, in the case where the first input includes a first sub-input and a second sub-input, the display module specifically includes:
responding to the first input, displaying the first interface in a first split screen area, displaying a first target interface in a second split screen area, and displaying a second target interface in a third split screen area;

9. An electronic device comprising a processor, a memory and a program or instruction stored on the memory and executable on the processor, which when executed by the processor, implements the steps of the split screen display method of any of claims 1-4.
