[ detailed description ] embodiments
The following detailed description and technical contents of the present invention are described with reference to the drawings, which are provided for reference and illustration purposes only and are not intended to limit the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a mobile electronic device, comprising: the portable electronic device comprises a main frame 1, a back cover 3, an expansion box 4, a card reading module 5 and a battery module 6, and particularly further comprises a touch panel 2. The expansion box 4, the card reading module 5 and the battery module 6 are used to jointly form an expansion assembly (no reference symbol), and the expansion assembly has the effect of expanding and using the card reading module 5 and the battery module 6 at the same time.
The main frame 1 has two frame surfaces 11, 12 opposite to each other, and a main board not shown is disposed in the main frame 1. The touch panel 2 is stacked and fixed on one of the frame surfaces 11, but in other embodiments not shown in the drawings, a display screen or other electronic products may be fixed on the frame surface 11, which is not limited in the present invention.
The back cover 3 is overlapped and fixed on the other frame surface 12, so that the back cover 3 covers the main frame 1. The back cover 3 is provided with an extended window 31 and has an outer cover surface 32 exposed outward. The extended window 31 is connected to the main frame 1, specifically, to the main board.
The expansion box 4 is disposed corresponding to the expansion window 31 and fixed on the outer cover surface 32 of the back cover 3, so that the expansion box 4 covers and closes the expansion window 31. As shown in fig. 3 to 8, an expansion chamber 4a (see fig. 8), a power supply chamber 4b (see fig. 8), and a communication port 4311 (see fig. 5) communicating between the expansion chamber 4a and the power supply chamber 4b may be formed in the expansion box 4 in various manners; the expansion box 4 has a connection port 421 (see fig. 2 and 3) connected to the power supply cavity 4b and an operation port 411 (see fig. 8 and 10) connected to the expansion cavity 4a, and the connection port 421 is connected to the expansion window 31 as shown in fig. 2.
The card reading module 5 is disposed in the expansion cavity 4a, and preferably, the card reading module 5 is disposed and fixed on the outer side 4312 of the cover body; the battery module 6 is disposed in the power cavity 4b, so that the expansion box 4, the card reading module 5 and the battery module 6 are combined together to form the expansion assembly. Wherein, the card reading module 5 is connected to the motherboard via a signal wire (not shown) via the connection port 4311 and the wiring port 421; the battery module 6 is connected to the motherboard through a power wire (not shown) via the connection port 421. In other words, the signal wires and the power wires are both electrically connected to the motherboard through the connection ports 421.
Therefore, the card reading module 5 and the battery module 6 are electrically connected to the motherboard at the same time, so that the mobile electronic device of the invention can be used for multi-function expansion, including prolonging the power supply time by using the battery module 6 and using various readable and writable cards (such as smart cards) by using the card reading module 5, and particularly, the battery module 6 and the card reading module 5 can be used for expansion at the same time. In addition, the combined expansion component can also be used alone, for example, as a mobile power supply (when the power module 6 is started) or as a card reader (when the card reading module 5 is started).
The expansion box 4 is not limited to the above-mentioned expansion cavity 4a (see fig. 8), power supply cavity 4b, communication port 4311 and connection port 421, but in this embodiment, the expansion box 4 includes a first housing 41, a second housing 42 and a cover 43. The first case 41 and the second case 42 are combined with each other into a housing in which an in-box space 40 (shown with reference to fig. 4) is formed. The cover 43 covers the inside space 40 and is fixed to the second housing 42, so that the power supply chamber 4b is formed between the cover inside (not labeled with a reference numeral) and the second housing 42, and the expansion chamber 4a is formed between the first housing 41 and the cover outside 4312. As shown in fig. 8, the battery module 6 is preferably sandwiched and positioned between the cover 43 and the second housing 42.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 8 and fig. 2, the back cover 3, the second housing 42, the power supply cavity 4b, the cover 43, the expansion cavity 4a and the first housing 41 are sequentially stacked in one direction (e.g., upward), and the first housing 41 is far away from the back cover 3. The first housing 41 defines the operation opening 411, the second housing 42 defines the connection opening 421, and the cover 43 defines the communication opening 4311 as shown in fig. 5.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 3 to 8, the cover 43 has a cover plate 431 and a fence 432 connected to the periphery of the cover plate 431, that is, the fence 432 surrounds the cover plate 431. The cover outer 4312 may be the outer side of the entire cover 43, and therefore may be the outer side of the cover plate 431 plus the outer side of the enclosure wall 432, or may be the outer side of only the cover plate 431, which is not limited in the present invention. An inner surface 422 of the second housing 42 is provided with a groove 4221, as shown in fig. 3, the groove 4221 is in a surrounding shape, so that the cover 43 is inserted and fixed into the groove 4221 by the enclosing wall 432, so that the cover 43 covers the inner surface 422 of the second housing 42.
In order to make the aforementioned expansion assembly of the present invention waterproof, besides adding a waterproof adhesive (not shown) in the groove 4221 so that the space between the enclosing wall 432 and the groove 4221 can be waterproof by the waterproof adhesive, a surrounding and elastic gasket 45 may be added on the cover plate 431 adjacent to the periphery as shown in fig. 3 and 8, and the card reading module 5 is located in the gasket 45; the first housing 41 is provided with a protruding rib 412 surrounding in a circle and protruding relative to the gasket 45, and when the protruding rib 412 is pressed on the gasket 45 by the protruding end of the gasket when the expansion box 4 is assembled, the gasket 45 will be elastically depressed by the extrusion of the protruding rib 412, so as to achieve the waterproof effect.
In addition, as shown in fig. 8 to 10, the operation opening 411 is exposed outside the expansion box 4, and in order to make the operation opening 411 have a waterproof effect, a protruding rib 413 which surrounds and protrudes corresponding to the operation opening 411 may be disposed on the outer side of the first housing 41; a door 44 capable of being opened and closed is covered on the expansion box 4 corresponding to the operation opening 411, and a gasket 46 made of elastic material corresponding to the rib 413 is adhered to the inner surface of the door 44. Thus, as long as the door 44 is closed, the protruding rib 413 can press against the gasket 46 with its protruding end, and at this time, the gasket 46 will be elastically depressed by the pressing of the protruding rib 413, so as to achieve the waterproof effect.
As shown in fig. 2, when the expansion box 4 is fixed on the outer cover surface 32 of the back cover 3 corresponding to the expansion window 31, in order to generate waterproof and dustproof effects between the expansion box 4 and the periphery of the expansion window 31 of the back cover 3, a gasket 47 may be additionally provided at an adjacent surface of the expansion box 4 adjacent to the back cover 3, so as to generate waterproof and dustproof effects between the expansion box 4 and the back cover 3 by using the gasket 47.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, but all equivalent structural changes made by using the contents of the present specification and drawings are included in the scope of the present invention, and are disclosed herein.
