The human imaging detector 1102 in the anti-cheating monitoring device 110 is used for monitoring whether a moving object exists in the first warning area, and if so, sending a warning signal that the warning area enters an abnormality through the information prompt screen 140.
The first RFID reading module 1201 in the RFID reading module 120 is configured to obtain the position information of the vehicle monitored by the eagle eye monitoring camera, and when the position information of the vehicle is that the vehicle starts to enter the vehicle weighing area, read the first RFID information set on the head of the vehicle, and send a prompt signal for driving the vehicle to the vehicle weighing area through the information prompt screen 140.

The vehicle personnel detection module 130 is configured to detect whether a person in the vehicle is not getting off, and if yes, send out a warning signal of abnormality of the vehicle personnel through the information prompt screen 140; if not, weighing the vehicle by the vehicle weighing equipment; wherein the vehicle occupant detection module 130 is disposed in a vehicle weighing area.
The blank holder detection device 150 is configured to obtain position information of the vehicle monitored by the eagle eye monitoring camera, and detect whether the vehicle is located in the vehicle weighing area when the position information of the vehicle is that the vehicle starts to enter the vehicle weighing area; when the fact that the vehicle is not in the vehicle weighing area is detected, sending a prompt message to the eagle eye monitoring camera to enable the eagle eye monitoring camera to restart monitoring of the second warning area; wherein the edge pressing detection device 150 is connected with the anti-cheating monitoring device 110.
The face recognition terminal 160 is used for verifying the vehicle information and the material weighing plan of the vehicle through the face information of the driver before the vehicle is weighed through the vehicle weighing device, and if the verification is correct, the vehicle is weighed through the vehicle weighing device; if the verification is wrong, a warning signal of abnormal vehicle information is sent out through the information prompt screen 140; after the vehicle is weighed by the vehicle weighing device, the weighing information of the vehicle is confirmed by the face information of the driver, and a prompt signal for the completion of the weighing of the vehicle is sent out by the information prompt screen 140.
In this embodiment, the second alert area may include a device such as the face recognition terminal 160. When the position information of the vehicle is that the vehicle does not enter the weighing area of the vehicle, the eagle eye monitoring camera 1101 can provide a panoramic surface and a close-up picture at the same time, and automatically detect out-of-range behaviors such as an entering area, an exiting area and the like of at least one mobile object in the second warning area, so as to prevent the mobile object from manually tampering with equipment in the second warning area. Alternatively, the eagle eye monitoring camera may be installed at an appropriate high position capable of detecting the second warning region; the device can be arranged at a proper high position of the boundary of the first warning area, and the mounting is beneficial in that the eagle eye monitoring camera can detect not only the second warning area but also the first warning area.
In this embodiment, it should be noted that, when the vehicle enters the vehicle weighing area to weigh, the person in the vehicle is allowed to move only in the second guard area after getting off. Thus, when the eagle eye monitoring camera 1101 detects that the position information of the vehicle is entering the vehicle weighing area, monitoring of the second guard area is suspended.
The human imaging detector 1102 includes an infrared human detector and a radar human detector. The infrared human body detector can receive infrared radiation emitted by a detected moving object, and then the infrared radiation is converted into a video thermal image of the moving object through a processor in the infrared human body detector, and the infrared human body detector can be arranged at a proper position capable of detecting a first warning area; the radar body detector can detect the motion, respiration and heartbeat signals of the moving object based on the ultra-wideband radar echo signals, and can be arranged at a proper position capable of detecting the first warning area.
In this embodiment, the eagle eye monitoring camera 1101 can identify the position information of the vehicle, and if no vehicle is present in the current weighing area of the vehicle, the current anti-cheating weighing system is in a warning state. In the alert state, whether a moving object exists in the second alert area is monitored by the eagle eye monitoring camera 1101, and whether a moving object exists in the first alert area is monitored by the human body imaging detector 1102. If the vehicle appears in the current vehicle weighing area, the current anti-cheating weighing system is in a weighing state. In the weighing state, the eagle eye monitoring camera 1101 pauses the monitoring of the second warning area, and monitors whether a moving object exists in the first warning area through the human body imaging detector 1102, so as to prevent the human cheating phenomenon in the first warning area. In the above method, whether the eagle eye monitoring camera 1101 or the human body imaging detector 1102 monitors that a moving object exists, a warning signal that the warning area enters an abnormality is sent out through the information prompt screen 140. Optionally, when the warning phenomenon exists, the anti-cheating weighing system enters a system locking state and does not weigh the vehicle.
In this embodiment, the RFID reading module 120 is connected to the anti-cheating monitoring device 110, so that the RFID reading module 120 can obtain the position information of the vehicle monitored by the eagle eye monitoring camera, and when the position information of the vehicle is that the vehicle starts to enter the weighing area of the vehicle, the first RFID information set on the head of the vehicle is read, and a prompt signal for driving the vehicle to the weighing area of the vehicle, such as "please weigh the vehicle", is sent out through the information prompt screen 140. Optionally, a red-green signal lamp may be further provided, and when the position information of the vehicle is that the vehicle starts to enter the vehicle weighing area, the green light is turned on, and at this time, a prompt signal for driving the vehicle to the vehicle weighing area is broadcast through the information prompt screen 140.
In the present embodiment, when the vehicle travels to the vehicle weighing area, the second RFID reading module 1202 reads the second RFID information provided at the cargo box of the vehicle and determines whether the first RFID information matches the second RFID information. The advantage of this arrangement is that if the vehicle is of a type in which the vehicle head and the vehicle trunk are separable, the vehicle head and the vehicle trunk of the vehicle are prevented from being artificially unpacked. If yes, a prompt signal that the vehicle information is normal is sent out through the information prompt screen 140; if not, a warning signal of abnormality of the vehicle information is sent out through the information prompt screen 140. Wherein the first RFID information can be arranged at a front glass of the head of the vehicle, and the second RFID information can be arranged at any side position of a cargo box of the vehicle.
In the present embodiment, when the vehicle travels to the vehicle weighing area, the edge pressing detection device 150 detects whether the vehicle is located within the vehicle weighing area to prevent the vehicle from incompletely entering the vehicle weighing area, so that the weighing result of the vehicle is inaccurate. If the vehicle is detected not to be positioned in the weighing area of the vehicle, a warning signal of the vehicle blank holder is sent out through the information prompt screen 140. In addition, whether the weighing of the vehicle is finished or not can be detected through the blank holder detection device 150, and if the weighing of the vehicle is finished, a prompt message is sent to the eagle eye monitoring camera so that the eagle eye monitoring camera restarts the monitoring of the second warning area.
In this embodiment, when the first RFID information read by the RFID reading module 120 and the second RFID information are successfully matched, and the blank holder detecting device 150 detects that the vehicle is located in the vehicle weighing area, the information prompt screen 140 broadcasts "stop vehicle, all the personnel in the vehicle get off the vehicle, and the personnel must not cross the second warning area, and go to the face recognition terminal to confirm information". The person in the vehicle walks to the face recognition terminal 160 and verifies the vehicle information and the material weighing plan of the vehicle by the face information of the driver.
Specifically, the face recognition terminal 160 obtains face information of the driver through the configured face camera, and matches the face information stored in the anti-cheating weighing system in advance. If the face information is not matched with the vehicle information of the vehicle, the anti-cheating weighing system enters a system locking state and does not weigh the vehicle. If the face information is successfully matched, the face information of the driver is matched with the vehicle information of the vehicle, the vehicle information and the material weighing plan of the vehicle are further verified through the face information of the driver, and if the verification is correct, the vehicle is weighed through the vehicle weighing equipment; if the verification is wrong, a warning signal of abnormal vehicle information is sent out through the information prompt screen 140; after the vehicle is weighed by the vehicle weighing device, face information of the driver is also required to be acquired through the face recognition terminal 160, so that the driver can confirm the weighing information of the vehicle, and a prompt signal for indicating that the weighing of the vehicle is completed, such as "weighing is completed and the vehicle is required to leave" is sent through the information prompt screen 140. When the vehicle is weighed, the anti-cheating weighing system records and stores a weighing log of the vehicle, wherein the weighing log includes the weighing time, the weighing result (i.e., whether the weighing was successful), whether or not there was a cheating action during the weighing process, and what was present.
It should be noted that, if the vehicle is repeatedly weighed for multiple times, the anti-cheating weighing system enters a system locking state, and does not weigh the vehicle, and sends a notification message of repeatedly weighing for multiple times to a remote monitoring person, which can be identified by the face recognition terminal 160. The advantage of this arrangement is that cheating actions of repeated weighing of the same vehicle can be prevented.
The anti-cheating weighing system comprises anti-cheating monitoring equipment, an RFID reading module, a vehicle personnel detection module, an information prompt screen, edge pressing detection equipment and a face recognition terminal. The application can realize real-time panoramic monitoring of the warning area through the anti-cheating monitoring equipment, and prevent the automatic weighing system from being tampered by someone on site; the RFID reading module is used for preventing the artificial bag mixing phenomenon of the vehicle head and the vehicle container; the cheating behavior of repeated weighing of the same vehicle for many times is prevented through the face recognition terminal. By executing the technical scheme of the application, the cheating behavior of the vehicle weighing process can be intelligently monitored in real time.
Example III
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of a method for weighing cheating prevention according to an embodiment of the present application. The embodiment can be applied to the situation of preventing the artificial cheating before and after the process of weighing the vehicle by using the vehicle weighing device. The method may be performed by a tamper resistant weighing system provided by any of the embodiments of the present application.
Referring to fig. 3, the method of the present embodiment includes, but is not limited to, the following steps:
s110, monitoring whether a mobile object enters the warning area through anti-cheating monitoring equipment, and if the mobile object enters the warning area, sending a warning signal that the warning area enters abnormality through an information prompt screen.
Optionally, the guard region includes a first guard region and a second guard region; the first warning area and the second warning area are not overlapped, and the first warning area surrounds the second warning area; the anti-cheating monitoring equipment comprises an eagle eye monitoring camera and a human body imaging detector.
Specifically, the specific process of this step can be implemented by the following two sub-steps:
s1101, identifying the position information of the vehicle through the eagle eye monitoring camera; when the position information of the vehicle is that the vehicle does not enter the weighing area of the vehicle, monitoring whether a moving object exists in the second warning area, if so, shooting an image of the moving object, and sending a warning signal that the warning area enters an abnormality through an information prompt screen; and stopping monitoring when the position information of the vehicle is that the vehicle weighing area is entered.
S1102, acquiring the position information of the vehicle monitored by the eagle eye monitoring camera through the human body imaging detector, monitoring whether a moving object exists in a first warning area when the position information of the vehicle does not enter a vehicle weighing area, and sending a warning signal that the warning area enters an abnormality through the information prompt screen if the moving object exists in the first warning area.
S120, reading first RFID information arranged on the head of the vehicle and second RFID information arranged on the container of the vehicle through an RFID reading module, and sending a warning signal of abnormality of the vehicle information through an information prompt screen if the first RFID information and the second RFID information are not matched.
Specifically, the specific process of this step can be implemented by the following two sub-steps:
s1201, acquiring the position information of the vehicle monitored by the eagle eye monitoring camera through a first RFID reading module, reading the first RFID information arranged on the head of the vehicle when the position information of the vehicle starts to enter a vehicle weighing area, and sending a prompt signal for driving the vehicle to the vehicle weighing area through an information prompt screen.
S1202, acquiring the position information of the vehicle monitored by the eagle eye monitoring camera through a second RFID reading module, reading second RFID information arranged on a cargo box of the vehicle when the position information of the vehicle is in a vehicle weighing area, and judging whether the first RFID information is matched with the second RFID information or not, if so, sending a prompt signal that the vehicle information is normal through an information prompt screen; if not, sending a warning signal of abnormal vehicle information through the information prompt screen.
S130, acquiring position information of the vehicle monitored by the eagle eye monitoring camera through the blank holder detection equipment, and detecting whether the vehicle is positioned in a vehicle weighing area when the position information of the vehicle starts to enter the vehicle weighing area; when the fact that the vehicle is not in the vehicle weighing area is detected, a prompt message is sent to the eagle eye monitoring camera head, so that the eagle eye monitoring camera head restarts monitoring of the second warning area, and the blank holder detection device is connected with the anti-cheating monitoring device.
S140, recognizing face information of a driver through a face recognition terminal, verifying vehicle information and a material weighing plan of the vehicle, and weighing the vehicle through a vehicle weighing device if the verification is correct; if the verification is wrong, a warning signal of abnormal vehicle information is sent out through an information prompt screen; after the vehicle is weighed by the vehicle weighing equipment, the weighing information of the vehicle is confirmed by the face information of the driver, and a prompt signal for finishing the weighing of the vehicle is sent out by the information prompt screen.
S150, detecting whether a person in the vehicle is not getting off or not through a vehicle person detection module, and if yes, sending out an abnormal warning signal of the vehicle person through an information prompt screen; if not, weighing the vehicle by the vehicle weighing equipment; wherein, vehicle personnel detection module sets up in the vehicle weighing area.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment, whether a mobile object enters the warning area is monitored through the anti-cheating monitoring equipment, and if the mobile object enters the warning area, a warning signal of abnormal entering of the warning area is sent through the information prompt screen; reading first RFID information arranged at the head of the vehicle and second RFID information arranged at the container of the vehicle through an RFID reading module, and sending a warning signal of abnormal vehicle information through an information prompt screen if the first RFID information and the second RFID information are not matched; acquiring the position information of the vehicle monitored by the eagle eye monitoring camera through the blank holder detection equipment, and detecting whether the vehicle is positioned in the vehicle weighing area when the position information of the vehicle starts to enter the vehicle weighing area; when the fact that the vehicle is not in the vehicle weighing area is detected, sending a prompt message to the eagle eye monitoring camera to enable the eagle eye monitoring camera to restart monitoring of the second warning area; recognizing the face information of a driver through a face recognition terminal, verifying the vehicle information and a material weighing plan of the vehicle, and weighing the vehicle through a vehicle weighing device if the vehicle information and the material weighing plan are verified to be correct; if the verification is wrong, a warning signal of abnormal vehicle information is sent out through an information prompt screen; after the vehicle is weighed by the vehicle weighing equipment, the weighing information of the vehicle is confirmed by the face information of a driver, and a prompt signal for finishing the weighing of the vehicle is sent out by an information prompt screen; detecting whether a person in the vehicle is not getting off or not through a vehicle person detection module, if yes, sending out an abnormal warning signal of the vehicle person through an information prompt screen; if not, weighing the vehicle by the vehicle weighing equipment; wherein, vehicle personnel detection module sets up in the vehicle weighing area. By executing the technical scheme of the application, the cheating behavior of the vehicle weighing process can be intelligently monitored in real time.
