And if drivers and conductors on the weighing site determine that the weighing data information is wrong, reporting an alarm signal to the weighing module through network equipment in communication connection with the interactive display. And if the weighing module detects the alarm signal, the weighing module considers that the automatic weighing condition is not met. Further, an abnormal weighing affair can be generated based on the alarm signal trigger, so that the weighing operator is prompted to communicate with the driver and the passenger through the on-site visual interphone and the HMI interactive display to process the abnormal affair.
Optionally, after the panoramic monitoring data, the interaction data, the blank holder detection data, the perimeter protection data, and the weighing result are transmitted to a remote control room through the network device, the method further includes: adding the weighing result to the weighing plan information to generate material weighing data information; and acquiring material data with the same identification as the material weighing data information in the operation management system, verifying the material weighing data information by adopting the material data, and judging whether to import the material weighing data information into the operation management system according to a verification result.
Specifically, a weighing value corresponding to a weighing result is added to the weighing plan information to obtain material weighing data information. And matching the material weighing data information and the material data of the same weighing ID according to the weighing ID of the material weighing data information. For example, the material weighing data information with the same weighing ID is extracted and at least one field content of the same field in the material data is matched, if the field contents are the same, the material weighing data information is considered to be matched with the material data, otherwise, the material weighing data information is considered to be not matched with the material data. And if the verification result is that the material weighing data information is matched with the material data, importing the material weighing data information into the operation management system for settlement. Otherwise, giving up to lead the material weighing data information into the operation management system.
It should be noted that the weighing data for the internally transported material is verified by the supplier or the demander within 24 hours. In the verification process, all information except the weighing value can be modified, and the information is introduced into the operation management system for cost management in no modification or over 24 hours of verification.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, the anti-cheating monitoring equipment is used for carrying out panoramic monitoring on a weighing area, interacting with a remote control room, carrying out blank pressing detection on whether wheels of a carrier vehicle are positioned in a weighing platform of the truck scale or not and carrying out perimeter protection on the electrical control cabinet, and transmitting panoramic monitoring data, interactive data, blank pressing detection data and perimeter protection data to the remote control room through network equipment; and the weighing platform deviation early warning is carried out through the automatic weighing control equipment, and when the condition that the automatic weighing condition is met is detected, the truck scale is controlled to finish weighing, and the weighing result is transmitted to the remote control room through the network equipment, so that personnel in the remote control room can carry out remote monitoring and exception handling. The embodiment of the invention changes the original one-to-one weighing operation mode into a one-to-many monitoring management mode, so that the human resource allocation of the weighing post can be reduced; in addition, real-time monitoring of a weighing field is achieved through the anti-cheating monitoring equipment, and the condition of weighing cheating in an unattended weight room can be effectively prevented.

Claims (10)
1. An anti-cheating weighing system, comprising:
the truck scale is used for weighing;
the electric control cabinet is arranged in a preset range of the truck scale, is in communication connection with the weighing sensor in the truck scale, and comprises an anti-cheating monitoring device, an automatic weighing control device and a network device;
the anti-cheating monitoring equipment is used for carrying out panoramic monitoring on a weighing area, interacting with a remote control room, carrying out blank pressing detection on whether wheels of a vehicle are positioned in a weighing platform of the truck scale or not, carrying out perimeter protection on the electric control cabinet, and outputting panoramic monitoring data, interaction data, blank pressing detection data and perimeter protection data to the network equipment;
the automatic weighing control equipment is used for carrying out weighing platform deviation early warning, controlling the truck scale to finish weighing and outputting a weighing result to the network equipment when detecting that an automatic weighing condition is met;
and the network equipment is used for transmitting the panoramic monitoring data, the interactive data, the edge pressing detection data, the perimeter protection data and the weighing result to a remote control room so as to enable personnel in the remote control room to carry out remote monitoring and exception handling.

The system of claim 1, wherein the anti-cheating monitoring devices comprise an RFID card reader, a car card snapshot car number identification device, a car roof video monitor, a car front video monitor, a car rear video monitor, a weighing area panoramic video monitor, a visual interphone, an interactive display, a weighing platform longitudinal anti-edge pressing controller and the electrical control cabinet perimeter anti-intrusion controller;
the RFID card reader is in communication connection with the network equipment and is used for reading and identifying the number information of the RFID truck at the head of the vehicle and sending an identification result to the network equipment;
the vehicle card snapshot vehicle number identification device is in communication connection with the network device and is used for snapshotting and identifying the vehicle number information of the carrying vehicle and sending an identification result to the network device;
the roof video monitor is in communication connection with the network equipment and is used for shooting video information of a roof area and sending the video information of the roof area to the network equipment;
the front video monitor is in communication connection with the network equipment and is used for shooting video information of a front area and sending the video information of the front area to the network equipment;
the vehicle rear video monitor is in communication connection with the network equipment and is used for shooting video information of a vehicle rear area and sending the video information of the vehicle rear area to the network equipment;
the weighing area panoramic video monitor is in communication connection with the network equipment and is used for shooting the weighing area panoramic video information and sending the weighing area panoramic video information to the network equipment;
the visual interphone is in communication connection with the network equipment and is used for collecting voice data and video data of drivers and passengers on a weighing site and sending the voice data and the video data to the network equipment;
the interactive display is in communication connection with the network equipment and is used for receiving operation information of drivers and passengers on the weighing site, sending the operation information to the network equipment, receiving weighing data information transmitted by the weighing sensor and displaying the weighing data information;
the weighing platform longitudinal anti-blank-pressing controller is in communication connection with the network equipment and is used for detecting whether wheels of a carrier vehicle are positioned in the weighing platform or not to obtain blank-pressing detection data and sending the blank-pressing detection data to the network equipment;
the electric control cabinet perimeter anti-intrusion controller is in communication connection with the network equipment and is used for carrying out perimeter protection detection on the electric control cabinet to obtain perimeter protection data and sending the perimeter protection data to the network equipment.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the automatic weighing control device comprises a scale platform deviation precaution;
the weighing platform deviation early warning device is in communication connection with the network equipment and used for generating a weighing platform deviation early warning signal when the weighing platform deviates and sending the weighing platform deviation early warning signal to the network equipment so as to carry out weighing platform deviation early warning.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the cable in the electrical control cabinet for transmitting signals is an armored cable.
5. An automatic weighing method, carried out by the anti-cheating weighing system according to any one of claims 1-4, comprising the steps of:
weighing the carrier vehicle through the truck scale;
panoramic monitoring is carried out through the weighing area of the anti-cheating monitoring equipment, the anti-cheating monitoring equipment interacts with a remote control room, edge pressing detection is carried out to determine whether wheels of a carrying vehicle are positioned in a weighing platform of the truck scale, perimeter protection is carried out on the electric control cabinet, and panoramic monitoring data, interaction data, edge pressing detection data and perimeter protection data are output to the network equipment;
weighing platform deviation early warning is carried out through the automatic weighing control equipment, and when the condition that automatic weighing is met is detected, the truck scale is controlled to finish weighing and a weighing result is output to the network equipment;
transmitting the panoramic monitoring data, the interactive data, the edge pressing detection data, the perimeter protection data and the weighing result to a remote control room through the network equipment so as to enable personnel in the remote control room to carry out remote monitoring and exception handling;
the anti-cheating monitoring equipment, the automatic weighing control equipment and the network equipment are integrated in the electrical control cabinet, and the electrical control cabinet is arranged in a preset range of the truck scale.

The method of claim 5, wherein the automatic weighing conditions include: the method comprises the following steps that a vehicle is not pressed, the number of the weighing vehicle corresponds to a weighing plan, the weighing weight does not jump abnormally in a weighing sampling period, the weighing sampling enters a steady-state circulation, the state of a weighing body of the truck scale is stable, and no active alarm signal is output.
7. The method of claim 6, further comprising generating a weighing plan by:
determining whether the materials to be weighed are inlet and outlet materials or internal transfer materials according to the type information of the materials to be weighed;
for the materials entering and leaving the factory, generating weighing plan information according to the corresponding order information and the factory entering check information;
and for the internal transfer materials, generating weighing plan information according to corresponding material supplier information or demand side information.
8. The method of claim 5, further comprising, while weighing the carrier vehicle by the truck scale:
and displaying the weighing data information through an interactive display so that drivers and passengers on the weighing site can determine whether the weighing data information is wrong or not.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein displaying the weighing data information via an interactive display comprises:
collecting weight information on a weighing platform of the truck scale;
when the weight information exceeds a set threshold value, determining that a carrying vehicle stops on the weighing platform, and triggering a weighing event;
identifying the vehicle number of the carrying vehicle through the anti-cheating monitoring equipment, and inquiring the operation management system according to the vehicle number to obtain weighing data information corresponding to the vehicle number;
and displaying the weighing data information through the interactive display.
10. The method of claim 5, wherein after transmitting the panoramic monitoring data, the interaction data, the binder detection data, the perimeter protection data, and the weighing results to a remote control room through the network device, further comprising:
adding the weighing result to the weighing plan information to generate material weighing data information;
and acquiring material data with the same identification as the material weighing data information in the operation management system, verifying the material weighing data information by adopting the material data, and judging whether to import the material weighing data information into the operation management system according to a verification result.
