and recording the identity card information of the personnel related to the service through the identity card reading equipment so as to obtain the basic information of the personnel.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of vehicle warehousing according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, when a vehicle enters a garage, vehicle number recognition and identity reading of related personnel are required to manufacture a service card capable of performing RFID recognition. The business card registration is completed after the client vehicle arrives at the entrance guard of the grain depot area and the registrant of the grain depot area obtains the relevant information by using the intelligent warehousing and ex-warehousing equipment.
In the embodiment of the invention, the license plate number of the vehicle is captured by the camera shooting acquisition equipment, and the vehicle is shot, so that the vehicle license plate information and the vehicle picture acquired by the vehicle basic information are acquired and input into the grain business management system. Capturing face information of personnel related to the service through camera shooting acquisition equipment; and recording the identity card information of personnel related to the service through the identity card reading equipment to acquire the basic information of the personnel, then registering the identity card information of recorded customers and drivers, recording the identity card information into a grain service management system, and making and issuing service cards after determining information such as grain variety information, service types and the like. And storing the corresponding relation among the vehicle basic information, the service type information, the personnel basic information related to the service and the identification information of the service card of the vehicle in the grain service management system. All information related to the service can be obtained by identifying the service card.
In step 102, a grain sample of the vehicle is inspected and an inspection result is obtained.
Preferably, wherein the inspecting the grain sample of the vehicle and obtaining the inspection result comprises:
the RFID intelligent equipment at the grain collection point wirelessly identifies the identification information of the service card, determines a vehicle according to vehicle information associated with the identification information of the service card, and prints a bar code corresponding to a grain sample of the vehicle;
and inspecting the grain sample, and when the grain sample is qualified, inputting the acquired inspection information into the bar code, and displaying the inspection information on a display screen.
As shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, after the business card is obtained, the grain sample collection and assay stages are sequentially performed. When grain samples are collected, the service card is automatically identified by the RFID intelligent equipment at the grain collection point to acquire associated information and automatically refreshes and pops up on the page of the collection point, so that corresponding vehicle information is selected, and then the bar codes of the grain samples of the vehicle are printed by the bar code printing equipment.
The bar code can be adjusted and printed again by the manager according to the requirement on the grain collecting interface of the grain service management system.
Then, in the grain testing stage, a tester uses a bar code scanning device to scan a bar code, when the bar code is qualified, information such as a test value, an age limit and a production place is input, a vehicle is arranged to enter a grain warehouse and a goods position in the grain warehouse, and test information (the type of grain, the water content of the grain, the dust content of the grain, the impurity content of the grain, the fullness of the grain and the production age of the grain) is stored and then sent to an outdoor LED large screen, and vehicle information is sent to a grain weighing link, wherein the weight at the moment is the sum of the weight of the vehicle and the weight of the grain.
If the inspection is unqualified, namely the grain of the vehicle does not meet the purchasing requirement, the inspector inspects the interface in the service management information system, marks the inspection opinions as 'return', and sends the vehicle information to the ex-warehouse link. If the grain reaches the standard, entering a grain weighing gross weight link (gross weight: weight of vehicle + weight of grain).
In step 103, when the inspection result is qualified, the RFID smart device at the weighing place wirelessly identifies the identification information of the service card, weighs the vehicle, and associates and stores the first weighing result and the identification information of the service card, so as to associate the first weighing result with the vehicle basic information of the vehicle.
Preferably, when the inspection result is qualified, the RFID smart device at the weighing place wirelessly identifies the identification information of the service card, weighs the vehicle, and stores the first weighing result and the identification information of the service card in an associated manner, so as to realize the association between the first weighing result and the vehicle basic information of the vehicle, including:
when the inspection result is qualified, the vehicle enters a weighing position, and the RFID intelligent equipment at the weighing position wirelessly identifies the identification information of the service card;
the weighing system detects whether the vehicle is in a complete weighing state through a vehicle detection ground induction coil;
when the vehicle is in a complete weighing state and the identification information of the service card is successfully read to the service information management system, weighing is carried out, and the vehicle weight value on the weighing scale is waited to be changed into a stable state;
when the weighing system detects that the vehicle weight value on the weighing scale is stable, the weighing system takes the weight value as a first weighing result and stores the first weighing result in association with the identification information of the service card of the vehicle so as to realize the association of the first weighing result and the vehicle basic information of the vehicle.
Preferably, wherein the method further comprises:
verifying the legality of the identification information of the service card, and informing the vehicle of weighing after the verification result is legal; sending an illegal prompt message and refusing the vehicle to weigh after the verification result is illegal; and
and in the grain warehousing process, monitoring the quality problem of grains, stopping grain warehousing operation when the quality problem exists, and directly switching to the step of obtaining a second weighing result.
As shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, in the weighing stage, the RFID smart device at the weighing place wirelessly recognizes the identification information of the service card, and obtains the information associated with the identification information of the service card, and automatically loads the information into the grain service information system. There is an infrared device around the wagon balance that can detect if the vehicle is completely weighing. If the vehicle blocks the infrared, the traffic lights on the outside of the wagon balance change to a red cross (x) indicating that the vehicle has failed to fully weigh up. If the vehicle is fully on the pound, the traffic lights outside the pound change to green check signs (√).
And on the premise that the service card is successfully identified, the signal lamp on the inner side of the wagon balance is changed from yellow to green, the voice prompts that the vehicle has been weighed, a driver asks the driver to get off the wagon, weighing operation is carried out after the driver gets off the wagon, a first weighing result is obtained, and the weighing operator clicks and stores the weighing result after confirming the weight and other operations.
If the service card identification is unsuccessful, namely the RFID antenna identification equipment around the wagon balance identifies that the information in the card is not successfully read into the service information management system, the signal lamp in the wagon balance keeps yellow, and voice prompt is given to 'the vehicle has been weighed, the driver is asked to go to the weighing room for card swiping', the driver needs to hold the service card to the weighing room at the moment, and the weighing person swipes the card through the desktop card reading equipment and then carries out subsequent operation.
When the vehicle reaches the grain warehouse after weighing the gross weight, the monitor supervises unloading the grain, and simultaneously, the handheld device capable of inputting the information is used for recording the relevant information. The grain quality is monitored by the monitor in the monitoring process, and sensory inspection is carried out again. If the quality problem of the grain is found in the monitoring and unloading process, the grain unloading operation is stopped, the grain which is put in storage is settled according to the original inspection result, and the rest grain enters the next flow as the tare weight of the vehicle until the grain is taken out of the storage.
Before weighing, the legality of the identification information of the service card is verified, and after the verification result is legal, the vehicle is informed to be weighed; and sending an illegal prompt message and refusing the vehicle to weigh after the verification result is illegal.
In step 104, after the grain warehousing operation is completed, the RFID intelligent device at the weighing position wirelessly identifies the identification information of the service card, the vehicle is weighed again, the net weight of the grain is determined according to the difference value of the second weighing result and the first weighing result, and settlement is completed according to the net weight of the grain.
As shown in fig. 2, in the embodiment of the present invention, after the grain unloading is completed, the weighing is re-performed to obtain the second weighing result, i.e., the weight of the railroad car. At this time, the operation that the service card is automatically identified by the RFID smart device still needs to be completed. After weighing is finished, the tare weight is automatically compared with the historical tare weight of the vehicle to judge whether the tare weight is abnormal or not and give a corresponding prompt, after the tare weight is confirmed, the system automatically calculates the deduction amount of each inspection item according to a deduction amount formula and determines the information such as the net weight of grains. When the grain seller enters the warehouse, if the balance is required in the same day in the flow, the tare weight page is called whether the balance option is selected to be 'yes'; if not, adopting a post settlement payment mode to select 'no' for settlement.
And in a settlement link, settling accounts according to the net weight of the grain of the client and the current grain price, and making money for the client. In the business settlement link, a grain depot area settlement clerk loads a settlement interface in the business information management system, the desktop card reading device reads the business card, the vehicle information of the grain seller, the head portrait information of a driver master, the bank card information, the net weight of grains, the gross weight and the tare weight information are read and confirmed again, and the money making operation is completed. The intelligent warehouse-in and warehouse-out settlement management function only provides settlement for scattered households needing to be settled in the process. The large client and the scattered user who settles afterwards do not need to carry out the settlement operation, and only settle the scattered user who needs to settle in the flow. And entering the ex-warehouse stage after the settlement is successful.
In step 105, when the vehicle arrives at the ex-warehouse location, the RFID intelligent device at the ex-warehouse location wirelessly recognizes the identification information of the service card, verifies the information associated with the identification information of the service card, and allows the vehicle to be ex-warehouse and recovers the service card after the verification is passed.
In the real-time mode of the invention, the exit registration is carried out after the customer vehicle finishes the warehousing service, the RFID intelligent device at the exit position wirelessly identifies the identification information of the service card, verifies the information associated with the identification information of the service card, and allows the vehicle to exit and recover the service card after the verification is passed.
The information system and the equipment thereof help operators to finish all links and linking points of the business process, and the system is more efficiently and normatively used. The realization of plan services such as warehousing, warehousing and storage of the full-flow service can be realized, and related data can be accessed, such as: plan adjustment of warehouse entry and exit, financial data settlement and updating, and warehouse grain data storage and updating.
Fig. 3 is a flow chart of vehicle ex-garage according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, the vehicle leaving process is the same as the vehicle entering process, and the difference is only in loading grain and unloading grain, and therefore, the detailed description is omitted here.
