Abstract

Description

互联的锁
本发明涉及一种锁,它具有一上无弹簧锁栓(辅助锁)和与其互联的下锁。互联具有慌乱保险功能,即当转动内部的下锁操作件时,上无弹簧锁栓将自动打开。
互联的锁有一个内部无弹簧锁栓转动件,当操作无弹簧锁栓时,转动件应指向选定的位置(通常注明“锁住”)。由于这种互联的锁可以是左手操作方式或右手操作方式,因此对于两种设置无弹簧锁栓转动件都应旋转到正确的指向“锁住”的位置。
上、下锁之间的垂直间距也不是一个单一的距离,具有保险功能的现有机构是为一垂直间距而设计的(美国专利4725085号),而且不易于按不同的垂直间距进行调节。
本发明的目的是提供一种具有保险功能的互联的锁,它很容易调节以适应不同的垂直间距。
根据本说明书的以下部分和附图,本发明的其他目的和优点将看得更加清楚,附图中:
图1是根据本发明的技术制造的一种互联锁的内部的零件斜视分解图;
图2是齿条架在无弹簧锁栓推出位置的示意图;

图1表示一互联的锁的内半部。其上锁是一无弹簧锁栓(未示出),在门外有一个用钥匙开的锁,它可包括一D形主轴8,主轴穿过门和在内部的安装板11上合适的孔10进入转动件16的矩形端14上合适的孔12。矩形端14连接到圆柱形导轴18上,该轴18进入组装盒22内的上孔20,在转动件16和组装盒22之间有一垫片24。在矩形端14上有一波纹状弹簧(wave spring)26和一小齿轮28,它们通过固定夹30固定在适当的位置上,固定夹30安放在矩形端的槽32上。通过使转动件转动约90°到所示的垂直位置或通过转动锁中的钥匙结果也使转动件处于所示的垂直锁住位置,无弹簧锁栓(未示出)可伸出或缩回。
内部的下锁操作件可为一简单的把手或圆形把手40,它具有一插入部42,该插入部穿过组装盒的下孔44延伸并由固定环46卡住。驱动锁定插入件48有一圆柱形毂50和一半圆形部分52。第一接片54从半圆柱形部分52沿径向伸出,以便插入到把手插入部的一个槽56内,第二接片58从圆柱形毂向外径向延伸,通过半圆件60上的孔59插入到把手插入部42的相对的槽62中。半圆件60连接到锁机构上而控制传统的门闩(未示出)。因此通过转动把手或转动锁中的钥匙可打开下锁。为使把手保持在水平方向,放在扭转弹簧套64中的扭转弹簧(未示出)与组装盒上的接头66相联。扭转弹簧套64和半圆件60从中通过的凸轮68由一固定夹70固定到把手插入部42上。
当把手沿某一方向转动时,为缩回无弹簧锁栓而提供了无弹簧锁栓缩回机构,它包括一齿条架71,其形状为矩形且由组装盒22上成对相互对置的导向部分72可滑动地容置。在齿条架的上部有一开口74,开口的一侧有沿垂直方向延伸的齿76,该齿76与小齿轮28上的齿77相啮合。齿条架的底部由一对对置的腿部78限定,当齿条架处于其最低位置(图2)即转动件位于锁住位置(转动件的方位由箭头79示出)时,腿部78与凸轮的二个外伸臂80相接合。把手40沿顺时针或逆时针方向转动将导致该两个凸轮臂80之一与齿条架腿部78之一顶触而驱动齿条架向上移到无弹簧锁栓伸出位置(腿部内端可倾斜,以使把手随着转动件的方位位于无弹簧锁栓放开位置之后而连续旋转)。
当把手沿某一方向转动到栓的推出位置(从水平到竖直方向约旋转过90°)时,齿条架将向上移动到其最高位置(图3)。箭头79又示出转动件的方位。在无弹簧锁栓弹出和缩回位置(图2和图3)时,通过保持螺丝83的环形头部82和小齿轮凸缘84防止齿条架脱开。(保持螺丝83拧到组装盒支柱86上,该支柱位于一齿条架槽内,齿条架槽有一长条状的上部88和一环形部90,该环形部比保持螺丝的环形头部82大)。
当转动件转到水平位置时,保持螺丝与齿条架上的大孔90同轴,小齿轮的方位是其盖的平直部分平行于齿条架而能取下齿条架。为使把手从右手操作方式转换成左手操作方式(为清楚起见把手应从图1所示的方位转过180°),转动件定到水平方向(图4)。保持螺丝的头部和齿条架槽的环形部同轴,凸缘84的平边92与齿条76平行并有一间隔。此时可将齿条架取下且将其翻转,同时将小齿轮(和转动件)调转180°,以使齿条架再次装入组装盒内(图5)。齿条架从无弹簧锁栓推出位置移到缩回位置将使转动件顺时针旋转110°(如果面向机构内侧)而不是逆时针旋转约90°,推出该栓必须使转动件顺时针转动约90°(面向机构的门外部分的内侧)而不是逆时针转动约90°。由于这种设计,使得在打开栓的整个运动过程中,加在把手上的载荷将是不变的。
本发明已公开了在内部带有简单把手的锁,在钥匙取出时该锁会自动锁上,其他的组合是可能的,例如内部和外部下操作件都是简单的把手,或外部操作件是可锁上的。其他的组合也是可能的。

Claims (6)

1、一种互联的锁,其包括:
一上无弹簧锁栓组件,它包括一可转动的主轴和一固定在所述主轴上的转动件,所述转动件从二个对称的打开位置之一转到锁住位置,以及一固定在所述旋转件上的小齿轮;
一下把手组件,它包括一转动部件,一固定到所述转动部件上的操作件,以及一带有用于与所述操作件一起转动的对置臂的凸轮及一支撑所述转动件和所述操作件的组装盒;
一沿垂直方向可移动的齿条架,它包括一对与所述对置的两个臂相接触的相邻的腿部,一沿垂直方向延伸的齿条,所述的齿条可有选择地设置,因此,所述的齿条或者位于所述小齿轮的一侧使所述的转动件顺时针从打开的方位之一转到中间锁住方位,或者位于所述小齿轮的另一侧使所述的转动件逆时针从另一打开方位转到所述的中间锁住方位。
2、按照权利要求1所述的互联的锁,其中,所述的小齿轮包括除在选定的齿条架位置外而防止所述的齿条架脱下的装置。
3、按照权利要求2所述的互联的锁,其中还包括:
一长条状槽,它包括一扩大的环形部;
一保持螺丝装置,它穿过所述的槽并包括一头部,该头部的尺寸选择为可通过所述长条状槽的所述扩大的环形部;
所述扩大的槽部的位置选择成在所选定的齿条架拆卸位置可折下所述齿条架。
4、按照权利要求3所述的互联的锁,其中所选定的齿条架位置位于所述的转动件锁住和打开位置之间。
5、按照权利要求4所述的互联的锁,其中所述的转动件在所述选定的齿条架位置处处在水平方向。
6、按照权利要求4所述的互联的锁,其中所述的保护装置包括一带有平边的盖子,当所述的齿条架处于所选定的位置时该平边与所述齿条平行且间隔开。
