Abstract
The invention provides a farmland common pipe ditch, which comprises a drainage ditch, a plurality of inspection wells and at least one pipe rack; the maintenance wells are arranged on the drainage ditch at intervals according to a fixed distance range; the pipeline frame is arranged on the drainage ditch. The farmland common pipe ditch combines various pipelines and water conservancy irrigation and drainage ditches in the farmland, can adapt to various rotation modes such as paddy and dry fields, has the characteristics of small occupied area, small engineering quantity, stable structure, damage resistance, convenience in maintenance and updating and the like, and greatly improves the resource utilization rate and the management efficiency.

The invention relates to the field of farmland engineering construction, in particular to a farmland common pipe ditch.
Background
In the modern construction engineering of farmland, the current practice is to separately arrange various pipelines, water delivery canals and drainage ditches. As the agricultural production needs, the field ditches are mostly hardened by exposition, and the phenomena of weed clustering and silting damage are very serious; various pipelines in the field are mostly overhead or deeply buried underground, the construction difficulty is high, various inconveniences also exist in later maintenance, and the construction and the maintenance can not be carried out synchronously because of returning to different management departments, so that the waste of resources and financial resources is undoubtedly caused. At present, the common pipe trench based on the comprehensive design concept is applied to the construction of large-scale urban infrastructure, but the technical scheme and the configuration are not suitable for the field of farmland construction. Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides the common pipe ditch for the farmland, which combines various pipelines in the farmland with water conservancy irrigation and drainage ditches, can adapt to various rotation modes such as paddy and dry fields, has the characteristics of small occupied area, small engineering quantity, stable structure, damage resistance, convenient maintenance and updating and the like, and greatly improves the resource utilization rate and the management efficiency.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a common pipe ditch for farmland, comprising a drainage ditch, a plurality of inspection wells and at least one pipe rack; the maintenance wells are arranged on the drainage ditch at intervals according to a fixed distance range; the pipeline frame is arranged on the drainage ditch.
Preferably, the drainage ditch comprises at least one drainage ditch section, each drainage ditch section comprises two side protection plates, and the top part, the middle part and the lower part of each side protection plate respectively form a plurality of notches; the side guard plate is formed with a reinforcing rib.

The following description of the preferred embodiments of the present invention will be provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, which are set forth in the accompanying drawings of fig. 1-7, and will make the functions and features of the invention better understood.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a farmland common pipe trench according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a drainage trench 1, a plurality of inspection wells 2, and at least one pipe rack 3; the maintenance well 2 is arranged on the drainage ditch 1 every 50-80 meters, so that soil and stone impurities in the filtering ditch are blocked, the cleaning is convenient, and the installation and maintenance of various pipelines are convenient; the pipeline shelf 3 is provided on the drainage ditch 1.
The drainage ditch 1 comprises at least one drainage ditch section, each drainage ditch section comprises two side guard plates 11 for protecting soil, an underframe plate 12 for protecting soil, a middle frame plate 13 for supporting soil and an upper frame plate 14 for protecting soil, and a plurality of notches 111 are formed at the top, the middle and the lower parts of the side guard plates 11 respectively; the skirt 11 is formed with reinforcing ribs 112.
A plurality of first square tenons 15 matched with the notches 111 are respectively formed on two sides of the bottom frame plate 12, the middle frame plate 13 and the upper frame plate 14, and a plurality of square holes are formed on the bottom frame plate 12, the middle frame plate 13 and the upper frame plate 14; the bottom frame plate 12, the middle frame plate 13 and the upper frame plate 14 are in mortise-tenon connection between the two side guard plates 11 through the first square tenon 15 and the notch 111; the section structure of the shape of Chinese character 'ri' is formed, and the section structure has certain strength and plays a role in soil stabilization and slope protection.
The line racks 3 are placed on the middle shelf plate 13 and the upper shelf plate 14. Various pipelines such as various water pipes, cables, optical cables and the like can be arranged on the pipeline frame 3, and various infrastructure functions such as irrigation, drainage, electric power, telecommunication and the like are realized.
The pipe racks 3 are formed with a plurality of circular hole grooves having different radii. Can conveniently bear various pipelines to hide in the pipe ditch.
The manhole 2 is formed by a plurality of square hole grating plates in a surrounding mode; the upper part of the manhole 2 is provided with a movable bucket mouth 21 which is assembled with a drainage ditch section, can be conveniently detached, cleaned and replaced, has a certain filtering function and can block floating objects in a water body of the pipe ditch. A drop pool 22 is formed at the lower part of the manhole 2, so that the falling water impact is relieved, and the function of sand settling is achieved; the bottom of the drop basin 22 is laid with a draining board 23, and the draining board 23 can be moved, so that the sediment can be easily lifted and cleaned.
The invention adopts the structural form of a common pipe ditch, and has the second purpose that firstly, pipeline irrigation, open ditch drainage and various pipelines are integrated in a linear space, and secondly, various field pipelines are integrally arranged by utilizing the open ditch drainage, so that the problems that the traditional farmland modernization construction occupies too much cultivated land, excavates too much earthwork, is damaged too much after a ditch is hardened and the like are difficult to solve are solved.
The invention provides a farmland common pipe ditch, which is a building method of the farmland common pipe ditch and comprises the following steps:
step 1: digging of ditches
And (3) excavating a ditcher or manually excavating a strip-shaped soil ditch to remove weeds and sludge, so as to prepare for subsequent construction. Blank soil ditches of 100cm are reserved at certain intervals to serve as installation positions of the manhole 2, and the rest soil ditches serve as ditch installation areas.
Step 2: installation of manhole 2 and side guard plate 11 and underframe plate 12

The pipeline rack is installed on the middle rack plate 13, and then various pipelines are embedded into the notches 111 of the pipeline rack, so that the pipeline can be protected by installing the upper rack plate 14.
And 4, step 4: backfill soil
And appropriately backfilling original soil between the side protection plate 11 and the soil ditch gap, and making a slope on the land parcel and the top of the ditch.
According to the method for constructing the farmland common pipe trench, provided by the invention, the paddy field is used as an implementation environment, the occupied cultivated land area is reduced to about 50 square meters in the planting range per mu, and compared with the traditional construction method, the occupied cultivated land area is reduced to about 90 square meters, and the cultivated land area can be saved by about 40 square meters. Calculated according to the frequency of digging again at least once during the use, about 50 cubes of earth excavation is reduced per mu, and meanwhile, the maintenance frequency and the maintenance cost are reduced.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the utility pipe ditch is used as a facility pipe ditch combined irrigation pipe ditch, the soil ditch is excavated, the depth of the soil ditch is 74cm, the width of the soil ditch is 36cm, then the side guard plate 11, the bottom frame plate 12 and the middle frame plate 13 of the drainage ditch 1 are installed, the movable type pipe rack 3 is installed on the middle frame plate 13, the position is limited by the notch 111 of the side guard plate 11, and pipes such as cables with small diameters are placed on the middle pipe rack 3. Then, the upper frame plate 14 is attached, the movable pipe frame 3 is attached to the upper surface of the upper frame plate 14, and the side guard plate 11 is positioned by the square groove hole, and the water pipe for agricultural irrigation having a diameter of 110cm is attached to the upper pipe frame 3. The movable bucket mouth 21 at the upper part of the manhole 2 is butted with a farmland ditch for draining water.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, a farmland common pipe trench according to a second embodiment of the present invention has a structure substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, except that the drainage trench section includes two side guard plates 11, a bottom frame plate 12 and an upper frame plate 14; the line racks 3 are placed on the upper frame plate 14.
The present embodiment is used as an irrigation pipe ditch, and comprises excavating soil ditch with depth of 74cm and width of 36cm, installing the side guard plate 11, the bottom frame plate 12 and the upper frame plate 14 of the drainage ditch 1, placing the pipe rack 3 on the upper frame plate 14, limiting through the notch 111 of the side guard plate 11, and placing the water pipe for field irrigation with diameter of 110cm on the pipe rack 3. The movable bucket mouth 21 at the upper part of the manhole 2 is butted with a farmland ditch for draining water.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 7, a farmland common pipe trench according to a third embodiment of the present invention has a structure substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, except that a plurality of second square tenons engaged with the notches 111 are formed at both sides of the pipe line frame 3; the pipeline bracket 3 is connected between the two side guard plates 11 through a second square tenon and a notch 111 in a mortise-tenon manner.
The embodiment is used as an ecological open pipe ditch, firstly a soil ditch is dug, the depth of the soil ditch is 74cm, the width of the soil ditch is 36cm, then a side protection plate 11 of the drainage ditch 1 is installed, a fixed type pipeline bracket 3 is installed at the height of the bottom layer and the height of the middle layer, and various pipelines are arranged on the pipeline bracket 3 through the locking of a notch 111 of the side protection plate 11. And finally planting the aquatic weed seeds in the soil ditch, and forming the ecological canal ditch after the aquatic weed grows up.

A farmland common pipe ditch is characterized by comprising a drainage ditch, a plurality of inspection wells and at least one pipe rack; the maintenance wells are arranged on the drainage ditch at intervals according to a fixed distance range; the pipeline frame is arranged on the drainage ditch.
2. The agricultural common pipe drain of claim 1, wherein the drain ditch comprises at least one drain ditch section, each drain ditch section comprising two side guards, the top, middle and lower portions of the side guards forming a plurality of notches, respectively; the side guard plate is formed with a reinforcing rib.

The farmland common raceway of claim 2 wherein the drainage ditch section further comprises a bottom shelf, a middle shelf and/or an upper shelf; a plurality of first square tenons matched with the notches are formed on two sides of the bottom frame plate, the middle frame plate and the upper frame plate respectively, and a plurality of square holes are formed on the bottom frame plate, the middle frame plate and the upper frame plate; the bottom frame plate, the middle frame plate and/or the upper frame plate are/is connected between the two side guard plates through the first square tenon and the notch mortise-tenon joint.
