The car dumper capable of accurately positioning the walking route of the car dumper comprises a base (1), fixing columns (2), fixing boxes (4), fixing devices (3), a top plate (5) and sliding rails (6), and is characterized in that the two fixing columns (2) are fixedly arranged on the left side and the right side of the top end of the base (1), a plurality of the fixing devices (3) are fixedly arranged on the inner sides of the two fixing columns (2) through fasteners respectively, the fixing boxes (4) are fixedly arranged on the rear sides of the two fixing columns (2), the top plate (5) is fixedly arranged on the top end of the fixing devices (3), the two sliding rails (6) are fixedly arranged on the front side and the rear side of the top end of the base (1) respectively, knocking assemblies are arranged on the left side and the right side of an inner cavity of the base (1) respectively, and swinging assemblies are arranged in the inner cavity of the fixing boxes (4), the inner cavity of the fixed box (4) is provided with a storage component;
each knocking component comprises a motor (7), a baffle (8), a screw rod (9), a sliding block (10), a vibration slide way (11), a first connecting rod (12), a second connecting rod (13), a vibration plate (14), a vibration cone (15) and a limiting component, wherein the motor (7) is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the inner cavity of the base (1), the baffle (8) is fixedly arranged at the bottom end of the inner cavity of the base (1), one end of the screw rod (9) is rotatably connected to the outer wall of the baffle (8) through a bearing, the other end of the screw rod is connected to the output end of the motor (7) through a shaft coupling in a locking manner, the sliding block (10) is screwed on the outer wall of the screw rod (9), the vibration slide way (11) is arranged at the top end of the base (1), one end of the first connecting rod (12) is rotatably connected to the top end of the sliding block (10) through a pin shaft, one end of the second connecting rod (13) is rotatably connected to the bottom end of the inner cavity of the base (1) through a pin shaft, the other end of the first connecting rod (12) is rotatably connected to the middle of the outer wall of the second connecting rod (13) through a pin shaft, the other end of the second connecting rod (13) penetrates through a vibration slide way (11) and extends to the top end of the base (1), the vibration plate (14) is rotatably connected to the top end of the second connecting rod (13) through a pin shaft, the vibration cone (15) is fixedly installed at the top end of the vibration plate (14), and the sliding block (10) is movably connected with the inner cavity of the base (1) through a limiting assembly;
the swinging assembly comprises a swinging slide way (18), a limiting slide way (19), rotating columns (20), a fixing plate (21), gears (22), connecting rods (23), a sprayer (24), a moving block (25), a rack (26), a moving rod (27), a fixing block (28) and a hydraulic cylinder (29), the swinging slide way (18) is arranged on the front side of the fixing box (4), the limiting slide way (19) is arranged on the rear side of the fixing box (4), the top ends of the rotating columns (20) are respectively connected to the top end of the fixing box (4) through bearings in a rotating mode, the fixing plate (21) is fixedly installed in an inner cavity of the fixing box (4), the gears (22) are respectively in interference fit with the outer walls of the rotating columns (20), one ends of the connecting rods (23) are fixedly installed on the outer walls of the rotating columns (20), the other end of the spray head penetrates through the inner cavity of the swing slideway (18) and extends to the front side of the fixed box (4), the spray heads (24) are fixedly installed at the other ends of the connecting rods (23), the moving block (25) is embedded in the inner cavity of the limiting slideway (19) in a sliding mode, the front side and the rear side of the moving block extend out of the inner cavity of the limiting slideway (19), the rack (26) is fixedly installed at the front side of the moving block (25), the moving rod (27) is fixedly installed at the bottom end of the rack (26), the fixed block (28) is fixedly installed at the bottom end of the moving rod (27), the hydraulic cylinder (29) is fixedly installed in the inner cavity of the fixed box (4) through a fastening piece, and the output end of the hydraulic cylinder is fixedly connected with the fixed block (28);
the storage assembly comprises a water tank (30), a water outlet (31) and a water inlet (32), the water tank (30) is fixedly mounted in an inner cavity of the fixed box (4), the water outlet (31) is formed in the bottom end of the water tank (30) and extends to the bottom end of the fixed box (4), and the water inlet (32) is formed in the right side of the outer wall of the water tank (30) and extends to the right side of the outer wall of the fixed box (4);
each limiting assembly comprises a limiting groove (16) and a limiting block (17), the limiting groove (16) is formed in the bottom end of the inner cavity of the base (1), the bottom end of the limiting block (17) is embedded in the inner cavity of the limiting groove (16) in a sliding mode, and the top end of the limiting block (17) is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the sliding block (10).
