背景技术
红茶在加工过程中发生以茶多酚酶促氧化为中心的化学反应,鲜叶成分变化较大,茶多酚减少90%以上,产生了茶黄素、茶红素等新成分和香气物质。红茶属全发酵茶,是以适宜的茶树新牙叶为原料,经萎凋、揉捻(切)、发酵、干燥等一系列工艺过程精制而成的茶。萎凋是红茶初制的重要工艺,红茶在初制时称为“乌茶”。红茶因其干茶冲泡后的茶汤和叶底色呈红色而得名。中国红茶品种主要有:祁红、霍红、滇红、越红、苏红、川红、英红等,尤以祁门红茶最为著名。
现有的蜜酿红茶在包装运输过程中,茶叶包装容易导致潮湿气体的进入,使得茶叶发霉,以及导致茶叶储存时间缩短,且导致茶叶变色的缺点。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了蜜酿红茶的包装运输方法,解决了上述背景技术中提出现有的蜜酿红茶在包装运输过程中,茶叶包装容易导致潮湿气体的进入,使得茶叶发霉,以及导致茶叶储存时间缩短,且导致茶叶变色的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:蜜酿红茶的包装运输方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、茶叶预处理:选取新鲜的茶叶,经萎凋和揉捻处理,并将茶叶表面涂覆蜂蜜;
S2、发酵并烘干茶叶:将步骤S1、茶叶预处理中的茶叶置于发酵设备内,并烘干茶叶;
S3、降温:将步骤S2、发酵并烘干茶叶中烘干后的茶叶放置于真空箱内,直至茶叶温度降低合适温度,并取出;
S4、检测茶叶品质:将步骤S3、降温中取出的茶叶送至质检部门,检测茶叶的品质,并将茶叶分类;
S5、茶叶分类储放并抽取真空:将步骤S4、检测茶叶品质中不同品质的茶叶分类放置于塑料包装袋内,并使用真空机对塑料包装袋抽取真空,并通入氮气,用于阻隔气体;
S6、茶叶再次包装:将塑料包装袋压入包装罐内,并将包装罐依次堆叠放置于包装盒内;
S7、运输:将快递单贴于包装盒的表面,根据快递单地址信息将包装盒放置于运输车内,运输。

发明中:包装罐的使用方法,具有包括以下步骤:
S601、将封盖11与罐体1旋开,将罐体1与封盖11分离;
S602、将放置有茶叶的真空包装袋塞入罐体1的内部,直至将真空包装袋完全塞入罐体1的内部,使得真空包装袋的顶部略低于罐体1顶部的边缘;
S603、将封盖11与罐体1再次旋紧,使得罐体1与封盖11形成密封空间;
S604、罐体1内的干燥剂6可对罐体1的内部空间干燥处理,以及防潮层2阻隔潮气的渗透;
S605、运输茶叶时,可将封盖11插入底槽7内部,使得罐体1依次堆叠,方便搬运和堆放;
S606、饮用茶叶时,可将外螺纹封盖13与封盖11旋开,并将锡纸12捅开,将真空包装袋撕开,即可通过通孔倒出。
综上,该蜜酿红茶的包装运输方法,使用时,首先,选取新鲜的茶叶,经萎凋和揉捻处理,并将茶叶表面涂覆蜂蜜,以及将茶叶置于发酵设备内,并烘干茶叶,接着,将茶叶中烘干后的茶叶放置于真空箱内,直至茶叶温度降低合适温度,并取出,送至质检部门,检测茶叶的品质,并将茶叶分类;
其次,将不同品质的茶叶分类放置于塑料包装袋内,并使用真空机对塑料包装袋抽取真空,并通入氮气,用于阻隔气体,接着,将封盖11与罐体1旋开,将罐体1与封盖11分离,并将放置有茶叶的真空包装袋塞入罐体1的内部,直至将真空包装袋完全塞入罐体1的内部,使得真空包装袋的顶部略低于罐体1顶部的边缘,随之,将封盖11与罐体1再次旋紧,使得罐体1与封盖11形成密封空间,而罐体1内的干燥剂6可对罐体1的内部空间干燥处理,以及防潮层2阻隔潮气的渗透;
然后,将包装罐依次堆叠放置于包装盒内,并将快递单贴于包装盒的表面,根据快递单地址信息将包装盒放置于运输车内,运输。

Claims (5)
1.蜜酿红茶的包装运输方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、茶叶预处理:选取新鲜的茶叶,经萎凋和揉捻处理,并将茶叶表面涂覆蜂蜜;
S2、发酵并烘干茶叶:将步骤S1、茶叶预处理中的茶叶置于发酵设备内,并烘干茶叶;
S3、降温:将步骤S2、发酵并烘干茶叶中烘干后的茶叶放置于真空箱内,直至茶叶温度降低合适温度,并取出;
S4、检测茶叶品质:将步骤S3、降温中取出的茶叶送至质检部门,检测茶叶的品质,并将茶叶分类;
S5、茶叶分类储放并抽取真空:将步骤S4、检测茶叶品质中不同品质的茶叶分类放置于塑料包装袋内,并使用真空机对塑料包装袋抽取真空,并通入氮气,用于阻隔气体;
S6、茶叶再次包装:将塑料包装袋压入包装罐内,并将包装罐依次堆叠放置于包装盒内;
S7、运输:将快递单贴于包装盒的表面,根据快递单地址信息将包装盒放置于运输车内,运输。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蜜酿红茶的包装运输方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S2、发酵并烘干茶叶中,发酵温度为25-43℃,湿度为40%-60%,发酵时间为36-72min,烘干温度为55-75℃,烘干时间为20-36min。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蜜酿红茶的包装运输方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S3、降温中,茶叶温度降低至25-35℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的蜜酿红茶的包装运输方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S6、茶叶再次包装中,包装罐,包括罐体、防潮层、底环槽板、隔架、隔网、干燥剂、底槽、底板、角柱、连接弹簧、封盖、锡纸和外螺纹封盖,所述罐体内涂覆有防潮层,且罐体与防潮层紧密贴合,所述罐体的底部设有底环槽板,且底环槽板外套设有隔架,所述隔架内设有隔网,且隔网焊接固定在隔架上,所述隔架与罐体内壁的底部之间填充有干燥剂,所述底环槽板上设有底板,且底板上设有若干个角柱,所述角柱内设有连接弹簧,所述底环槽板与角柱的连接处开设有通槽,所述罐体的顶部设有封盖,且罐体、底环槽板和封盖一体式固定,所述封盖设有通孔,且通孔内设有锡纸和外螺纹封盖,所述锡纸粘接固定在罐体上,所述外螺纹封盖螺纹固定在封盖上,所述封盖螺纹固定在罐体上,所述罐体的外壁表面贴有铭牌,用于记录茶叶信息。
5.根据权利要求4所述的蜜酿红茶的包装运输方法,其特征在于,所述包装罐的使用方法,具有包括以下步骤:
S601、将封盖与罐体旋开,将罐体与封盖分离;
S602、将放置有茶叶的真空包装袋塞入罐体的内部,直至将真空包装袋完全塞入罐体的内部,使得真空包装袋的顶部略低于罐体顶部的边缘;
S603、将封盖与罐体再次旋紧,使得罐体与封盖形成密封空间;
S604、罐体内的干燥剂可对罐体的内部空间干燥处理,以及防潮层阻隔潮气的渗透;
S605、运输茶叶时,可将封盖插入底槽内部,使得罐体依次堆叠,方便搬运和堆放;
S606、饮用茶叶时,可将外螺纹封盖与封盖旋开,并将锡纸捅开,将真空包装袋撕开,即可通过通孔倒出。
