Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ocean or inland waterway traffic, in particular to a ship-shaped wave-penetrating type anti-rolling lamp buoy structure.
Background
The light buoy is mainly used for guiding boats sailing in sea and inland waterway, and ensures the smooth sailing and the port entering and exiting of the boats. The conventional disc-shaped light buoy is large in size and mass, and can float and swing greatly under severe water conditions, or even sink into water. Meanwhile, the traditional disc-shaped buoy lamp adopts a method of fixing a steel anchor chain and a seabed sinking stone, and the steel anchor chain has a certain self-weight, so that higher requirements are provided for the buoyancy of the buoy lamp; on the other hand, in extreme water conditions, the water surface rises greatly, and the length of the anchor chain is constant, so that the light buoy may be submerged below the water surface.
Disclosure of Invention
According to the problems in the prior art, the invention discloses a ship-shaped wave-penetrating type anti-rolling lamp buoy structure which can effectively solve the problems that the traditional disc buoy is large in size and weight and is easy to greatly swing or even overturn under severe water conditions, and the specific technical scheme comprises the following steps: the device comprises a ship-shaped structure, wherein the ship-shaped structure is structurally provided with a solar device, a frame-type lamp structure and a battery compartment, the ship-shaped structure is connected with a ship-shaped anti-rolling structure, the ship-shaped anti-rolling structure is connected with a tail cylinder, a balance weight is connected to the tail cylinder, the device further comprises a combined type rope chain structure, and the combined type rope chain structure is connected to the bottom end of the ship-shaped anti-rolling structure.
Further, the ship type structure includes hull, a plurality of irregularly arranged circular flotation pontoon and keel structure, circular flotation pontoon and keel structure fixed connection are in the bottom of hull, the ship type structure is connected with ship type anti-sway structure through a plurality of irregularly arranged circular flotation pontoon, circular flotation pontoon provides sufficient buoyancy for whole light buoy.
The frame type lamp structure comprises a frame base body, a 3M reflector lamp sticker and a lamp body, wherein the lamp body is arranged in the middle of the top of the frame base body, and the 3M reflector lamp sticker is arranged on the side face of the frame base body.
The ship-shaped anti-rolling structure comprises an anti-rolling fin structure, lifting lugs and a lower ship body structure, wherein the anti-rolling fin structure is arranged on the peripheral side surfaces of the ship body, and two sides of the bottom end of the lower ship body structure are fixedly connected with the lifting lugs.
The combined type rope chain structure comprises an upper U-shaped steel rope chain, a floating ball, a soft rope and a lower steel rope chain, the U-shaped steel rope chain is fixedly connected to the lifting lug, the floating ball is connected to the soft rope, the bottom end of the soft rope is connected with the steel rope chain, and the bottom end of the steel rope chain is connected with a heavy stone.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the ship-shaped wave-penetrating type anti-rolling lamp buoy structure provided by the invention has strong stability, and can greatly reduce the problems of swinging, floating and sinking and the like of the lamp buoy under severe water conditions; the circular buoys irregularly arranged in the middle can effectively pass wind, waves and water flow, and reduce the impact of the wind, waves and water flow on the light buoy; the four anti-rolling fin structures on the lower ship-shaped structure can effectively reduce the rolling condition of the light buoy in the water body; the boat-shaped wave-penetrating type light buoy is of a split structure, the upper boat-shaped structure and the middle circular buoy are integrally detachable, transportation and split production are facilitated, and the process for processing is low; the composite rope chain at the bottom reduces the dead weight, and meanwhile, the floating ball on the soft rope can be designed to reserve a certain rope length for the whole composite rope chain. When the water surface rises, the light buoy can be always kept above the water surface, and the risk that the light buoy is completely immersed in the water is avoided.

Detailed Description
In order to make the technical solutions and advantages of the present invention clearer, the following describes the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention clearly and completely with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention:
as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the boat-shaped wave-penetrating type anti-rolling buoy structure has an upper boat-shaped structure 1, a plurality of irregularly arranged circular buoys 1.2 and a keel structure 1.3 which are integrally detachable. The solar device 2, the frame-type lamp structure 3 and the battery compartment 4 are arranged on the upper boat structure 1, and the solar device 2, the frame-type lamp structure 3 and the battery compartment 4 are interconnected by internal wiring in the boat structure. The ship-shaped anti-rolling structure 5 is connected with the ship-shaped structure 1 on the upper part through a plurality of irregularly-arranged circular buoys 1.2, four anti-rolling fin structures 5.1 are arranged on the ship-shaped anti-rolling structure 5, and lifting lugs 5.2 and a lower ship body structure 5.3 are arranged on two sides of the bottom end of the ship-shaped anti-rolling structure 5. The combined type rope chain structure 8 is mutually connected with a lifting lug 5.2 at the bottom end of the ship-shaped anti-rolling structure 5, the combined type rope chain structure 8 is divided into an upper U-shaped steel rope chain 8.1, a soft rope 8.3 connected with a floating ball 8.2 and a lower steel rope chain 8.4 connected with a sinking stone 8.5, the soft rope 8.3 at the middle part is reserved with a certain length, and when the water surface rises, the soft rope 8.3 can enable the ship-shaped structure at the upper part to be always kept above the water surface.
Furthermore, a plurality of irregularly arranged circular buoys 1.2 are made of high polymer materials, so that the buoy is environment-friendly, low in cost and capable of providing sufficient buoyancy for the buoy lamp.
Further, the self weight and the buoyancy difference of the combined type rope chain structure 8 and the boat type wave penetrating buoy enable the boat type structure on the upper portion to be always above the water surface, and the boat type buoy has certain gravity due to the fact that the combined type rope chain structure 8 gives downward pulling force to the boat type wave penetrating buoy, but the buoyancy of the boat type buoy is larger than the sum of the downward pulling force of the combined type rope chain structure 8 and the self weight of the whole boat type wave penetrating buoy, and therefore the final position is just enabling the boat type structure on the upper portion to be above the water surface.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be considered to be within the technical scope of the present invention, and the technical solutions and the inventive concepts thereof according to the present invention should be equivalent or changed within the scope of the present invention.
