The protective net 11 can be a metal protective net 11, and the protective net 11 is covered on the end of the pipe body; the rope 12 may be a wire rope, and one end of the rope 12 is connected to the protection net 11 by a pull ring for pulling the protection net 11.
The winding drum 13 and the ratchet 14 are coaxially arranged, the winding drum 13 is rotatably arranged in the middle of the frame 100, the other end of the rope 12 is wound on the winding drum 13, and the ratchet 14 rotates to drive the winding drum 13 to rotate.
The middle part of the ratchet 14 is provided with a force application hole, the force application tool can be a crank, and the head part of the crank extends into the force application hole, so that the ratchet 14 is driven to rotate by rotating the crank.
The pawl 15 is rotatably mounted on the frame 100 on one side of the ratchet 14, the head of the pawl 15 extends into the tooth groove of the ratchet 14 to restrict the rotation of the ratchet 14, and the rotation of the ratchet 14 is released by separating the pawl 15 from the ratchet 14.
The working process of the protection device 10 provided by the invention is as follows:
the pawl 15 is separated from the ratchet 14 by rotating the pawl 15, then the ratchet 14 is rotated by the crank to rotate the drum 13 by the ratchet 14, and the rope 12 is tightened against the protection net 11, and finally, the drum 13 is restricted from rotating by the head of the pawl 15 protruding into the tooth groove of the ratchet 14, and the rope 12 is prevented from slackening.
The advantages of the guard 10 provided by the present invention are:
the rope 12 can be conveniently and rapidly tensioned through the matching of the ratchet wheel 14, the pawl 15, the winding drum 13 and the rope 12, so that the protective net 11 is tightly coated on the end part of the pipe body, and the rope 12 can be effectively prevented from being loosened.
