Background
The photovoltaic power generation is based on the principle of photovoltaic effect, solar energy is directly converted into electric energy by using a solar cell, and a photovoltaic power generation system is mainly composed of three parts, namely a solar cell panel, a controller and an inverter, mainly composed of electronic components and does not relate to mechanical parts, so that the photovoltaic power generation equipment is extremely refined, reliable, stable, long in service life and simple and convenient to install and maintain.

However, the method still has the obvious defects in the using process: 1. although the device has the spraying function, the photovoltaic panel cannot be brushed while spraying, so that the cleaning effect is very effective, and attachments on the photovoltaic panel are difficult to effectively clean; 2. when the device is used, the spraying liquid cannot be recycled, so that the consumption is overlarge, the cleaning cost is increased, and the environmental protection is not facilitated; 3. the cleaning mechanism in the device is relatively fixed, is complex to disassemble and not easy to replace and maintain, and further influences the use.

the water collecting mechanism comprises supporting legs, the supporting legs are fixed on a bottom plate, a water collecting tank is fixedly arranged at one end, away from the bottom plate, of each supporting leg, a water delivery pipe is communicated with the bottom of the water collecting tank, the water delivery pipe is communicated with a delivery hose after passing through a water pump, the delivery hose is communicated with a water storage tank, an inner concave plate is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the water collecting tank, a filter screen is clamped in a groove of the inner concave plate, a spring is connected and arranged between the filter screen and the groove wall of the inner concave plate, an upper mounting block is arranged at the bottom of the filter screen in a sliding mode through a sliding rail, a scissor frame is hinged to the upper mounting block, the bottom end of the scissor frame is hinged to a lower mounting block, the lower mounting block is arranged in the inner cavity of the water collecting tank in a sliding mode, an extension rod is fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the water collecting tank, and a rotating shaft is hinged to the extension rod, the rotary shaft is fixedly provided with a plurality of groups of blades, water storage grooves are formed in the blades, and the end portions of the blades are fixedly provided with impact blocks.

2. the water collecting mechanism is arranged in the photovoltaic cleaning device, so that liquid used for cleaning the photovoltaic panel can be recovered and reused after being filtered, resource waste is avoided, and dust removal cost is reduced;
3. the water collecting mechanism comprises a filter screen, when liquid flows to a water collecting tank after photovoltaic panels are cleaned, the liquid falls into a water storage tank and drives a blade to rotate, and when the blade rotates, on one hand, an impact block at the end part of the blade impacts the filter screen intermittently, so that the filter screen vibrates, and the filter screen is prevented from being blocked;
4. the concave brush plate is detachably arranged, so that the brush can be conveniently replaced after being worn, and the use is more convenient.
The invention provides photovoltaic dust removal equipment which can spray and scrub a photovoltaic plate, spray liquid can be recycled after being filtered, the dust removal cost is reduced, the dust removal effect is better, a hairbrush is easy to replace after being worn, the use is convenient, and the photovoltaic dust removal equipment is very worthy of popularization.

The working principle is as follows: when the photovoltaic panel 4 needs to be cleaned and dedusted, the motor 701 is started, the motor 701 drives the screw rod 702 to rotate, the sliding plate 704 moves along the screw rod 702, the sliding plate 704 drives the moving plate 708 through the supporting block 705, the moving rod 706 and the connecting block 707, and the moving plate 708 moves along the guide frame 709, on one hand, one connecting block 707 drives the water storage tank 802 through the L-shaped fixing frame 801, so that cleaning liquid in the water storage tank 802 is sprayed out from the spray head 804 through the water outlet pipe 803 to spray the photovoltaic panel 4, on the other hand, the other connecting block 707 drives the mounting rod 806 through the L-shaped supporting frame 805, under the action of the mounting screw 810, the clamping plate 809, the clamping block 808 and the concave brush board 807 are fixedly mounted together, therefore, the concave brush board can drive 811 brushes to move, and therefore, through the matching of the spray head 804 and the concave brush board 807, the spraying and the cleaning of the photovoltaic panel 4 are realized, effectively improving the dust removal effect.
During the starting process of the motor 701, the spray head 804 and the brush 811 move synchronously, the brush 811 sweeps the liquid on the photovoltaic panel 4 towards the water collecting tank 902, on one hand, the liquid firstly falls on the blade 914, a water storage tank 915 is arranged on the blade 914, the liquid impacts and is stored in the water storage tank 915 in the flowing process, so that the blade 914 becomes heavy, the blade 914 descends under the action of gravity to rotate, the blade 914 drives the impact block 916 to impact the filter screen 907 intermittently in the rotating process, the filter screen 907 compresses or stretches the springs 908 at different positions, therefore, impurities attached to the filter screen 907 are removed in the vibrating process, the smooth circulation of the backflow liquid is prevented from being influenced after being blocked, on the other hand, the filter screen 907 continuously presses and stretches the scissor bracket 910 downwards through the upper mounting block 909 in the vibrating process, so that the scissor bracket 910 is compressed and stretched accordingly, and then mix the liquid in the header tank 902, avoid it to appear the layering and deposit, make the texture of cleaning solution more even, effectively improve clean dust removal's effect, after the cleaning solution is retrieved through filtering, can open water pump 904, follow raceway 903, delivery hose 905 pump to water storage box 802 with the cleaning solution, make the cleaning solution can cyclic utilization, reduce the wasting of resources, reduce clean dust removal's cost.
When the brush 811 is damaged due to long-term use, the mounting screw 810 can be screwed off in a rotating manner, and then the fixture block 808 on the mounting rod 806 is taken out from the clamping groove formed between the concave brush plate 807 and the clamping plate 809, so that the mounting rod 806 is separated from the concave brush plate 807, and after the new concave brush plate 807 and the brush 811 are replaced, the brush is reversely mounted, so that the brush 811 is simple to operate and easy to use.
