本发明涉及智能健身技术领域,特别是涉及一种双电机抖动抵消健身装置。
背景技术
随着时代的发展和社会的进步,人们的身体健康越来越得到重视,从而现在健身装置越来越普及,健身可以改善心情、抗击慢性疾病、控制体重、让心脏和肺功能得到加强、促进更佳的睡眠。但是,随着生活节奏的加快,人们的生活压力增大,导致大多数人的生活作息相当紧凑和忙碌,平常没有足够的时间进行运动锻炼,等到休假或有空闲想要进行运动锻炼时,却又受限于场地及其他因素的影响而无法顺利进行。
目前,市场上健身器材,品种繁多,功能各异。其中拉力健身比较简单,从而得到有效普及,保健用拉力健身装置仍有改进之处。传统的可调节拉力的拉力健身器材非常的笨重,占地面积较大,而较小较轻的拉力单杠又不能改变拉力大小,使人们锻炼非常不方便。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种将健身拉绳设于驱动电机上,通过驱动电机作为拉力驱动,在配合控制系统用于控制驱动电机的拉力,实现智能健身的双电机抖动抵消健身装置。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种双电机抖动抵消健身装置,包括箱体、对称安装于箱体内的两组支撑架、安装于两组支撑架且相对设置的两组驱动电机、连接于两组驱动电机的拉绳盘、绕设于拉绳盘且延伸至箱体外的健身拉绳、及电控制连接于驱动电机的控制系统;所述控制系统包括主控制器、电源模块、通信模块、驱动电路、及采样模块,所述电源模块与主控制器和通信模块电连接,所述通信模块与主控制器电连接,所述采样模块与驱动电机和主控制器电连接,所述驱动电路与电源模块、主控制器和驱动电机电连接。
对上述方案的进一步改进为,所述箱体设有控制面板,所述控制面板与通信模块连接。
对上述方案的进一步改进为,所述支撑架包括顶板、及安装于顶板并朝下延伸的固定板,所述驱动电机安装于所述固定板。
对上述方案的进一步改进为,所述驱动电机包括基座、设于基座外沿的定子组件、设于基座内的转轴组件、连接于转轴组件并罩设于定子组件的转子组件、及设于基座的电机控制板,所述电机控制板与驱动电路连接。
对上述方案的进一步改进为,所述基座包括内置端、外置端、及贯通于内置端和外置端的旋转安置腔,所述转轴组件可旋转安装于旋转安置腔,所述内置端设有安置台,所述外置端开设有内置槽,所述安置台外沿设有凸环,所述凸环开设有安装孔,所述安置台开设有若干个避空位,所述外置端开设有穿孔,所述穿孔连通至避空位,所述穿孔位于内置槽一侧。

本发明的有益效果是:
相比传统的健身装置,本发明为拉力健身器材,将健身拉绳设于驱动电机上,通过驱动电机作为拉力驱动,在配合控制系统用于控制驱动电机的拉力,实现智能健身;此外,本发明采用两组对称的驱动电机配合驱动拉绳盘带动健身拉绳传动,可相互抵消拉绳健身过程中的抖动和震动,同时也降低单电机的负载,提升稳定性,整体结构可靠,使用寿命长。控制过程中,控制系统通过通信模块接收输入的相应拉力指令,主控制器获取指令后通过控制算法输出相应的程序给到驱动电路,驱动电路将控制驱动电机三相电流的流入或关断,再通过采样模块对驱动电机的电流采样来与输入指令进行不断对比和调整,使得驱动电机的输出拉力达到输入指令值,通过以上的操作即可实现任意拉力的调整。具体是,设置了箱体、对称安装于箱体内的两组支撑架、安装于两组支撑架且相对设置的两组驱动电机、连接于两组驱动电机的拉绳盘、绕设于拉绳盘且延伸至箱体外的健身拉绳、及电控制连接于驱动电机的控制系统;所述控制系统包括主控制器、电源模块、通信模块、驱动电路、及采样模块,所述电源模块与主控制器和通信模块电连接,所述通信模块与主控制器电连接,所述采样模块与驱动电机和主控制器电连接,所述驱动电路与电源模块、主控制器和驱动电机电连接。采用双支撑架和双驱动电机配合下,用于将拉绳盘固定,在配合控制系统的智能控制作用下,实现了智能电机控制,智能性强。

具体实施方式
为了便于理解本发明,下面将参照相关附图对本发明进行更全面的描述。附图中给出了本发明的较佳实施例。但是,本发明可以以许多不同的形式来实现,并不限于本文所描述的实施例。相反地,提供这些实施例的目的是使对本发明的公开内容的理解更加透彻全面。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者也可以存在居中的元件。当一个元件被认为是“连接”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或者可能同时存在居中元件。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本发明的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本发明的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施例的目的,不是旨在于限制本发明。
如图1~图11所示,一种双电机抖动抵消健身装置,包括箱体1、对称安装于箱体1内的两组支撑架11、安装于两组支撑架11且相对设置的两组驱动电机2、连接于两组驱动电机2的拉绳盘3、绕设于拉绳盘3且延伸至箱体1外的健身拉绳31、及电控制连接于驱动电机2的控制系统4;所述控制系统4包括主控制器41、电源模块42、通信模块43、驱动电路44、及采样模块45,所述电源模块42与主控制器41和通信模块43电连接,所述通信模块43与主控制器41电连接,所述采样模块45与驱动电机2和主控制器41电连接,所述驱动电路44与电源模块42、主控制器41和驱动电机2电连接。
箱体1设有控制面板12,所述控制面板12与通信模块43连接,通过控制面板12可用于操作控制,操作方便,结构简单可靠,使用方便。
支撑架11包括顶板111、及安装于顶板111并朝下延伸的固定板112,所述驱动电机2安装于所述固定板112,通过顶板111配合固定板112用于驱动电机2的固定安装,安装方便,结构稳定。
如图4~图7所示驱动电机2包括基座21、设于基座21外沿的定子组件22、设于基座21内的转轴组件23、连接于转轴组件23并罩设于定子组件22的转子组件24、及设于基座21的电机控制板25,所述电机控制板25与驱动电路44连接,驱动电机2在工作过程中,通过电机控制板25来控制电机传动,传动过程是通过转子组件24和定子组件22配合实现传动,转轴组件23配合转子组件24在基座21内部稳定传动,传动精度高。
基座21包括内置端211、外置端212、及贯通于内置端211和外置端212的旋转安置腔213,所述转轴组件23可旋转安装于旋转安置腔213,所述内置端211设有安置台211a,所述外置端212开设有内置槽212a,所述安置台211a外沿设有凸环,所述凸环开设有安装孔,所述安置台211a开设有若干个避空位211b,所述外置端212开设有穿孔,所述穿孔连通至避空位211b,所述穿孔位于内置槽212a一侧,通过内置端211和外置端212分别用于内部结构安装和外部结构连接,旋转安置腔213用于转轴组件23进行连接固定,安装方便,各个避空位211b和安置台211a配合电机控制板25进行安装,结构可靠。
定子组件22包括铁芯221、及均布于铁芯221的线圈222,所述铁芯221环向均布有若干太阳筋223,所述线圈222绕设于所述太阳筋223,所述内置端211的外径对应铁芯221的内径开设有若干紧固槽,通过太阳筋223配合线圈222的绕设,结构简单,稳定性强。
转轴组件23包括安装于旋转安置腔213的轴承件231、及可旋转安装于轴承件231的旋转轴232,所述旋转轴232一端与转子组件24连接、另一端安装有固定元件233;所述旋转安置腔213开设有第一限位槽和第二限位槽,所述轴承件231设有两个的轴承,两个轴承分别安装于第一限位槽和第二限位槽,采用双轴承用于将旋转轴232安装,安装方便,结构稳定。
转子组件24包括连接于转轴组件23的外端盖241、连接于外端盖241并对应于定子组件22外沿的连接环242、及安装于连接环242并与定子组件22对应的转子元件243,所述连接环242远离外端盖241一侧连接有内端盖244,所述内端盖244可旋转连接于外置端212的外径,外端盖241配合连接环242用于结构连接,转子元件243配合定子组件22实现电机的传动,传动稳定。
外端盖241设有加固台241a,所述加固台241a开设有连接孔,所述连接孔设有限位台,所述外端盖241通过连接孔与转轴组件23连接;所述内端盖244连接有连接轴承,所述连接轴承套设于外置端212的外径,外端盖241通过加固台241a配合限位台的连接,连接方便,结构稳定。
拉绳盘3与外端盖241固定连接,所述健身拉绳31设有握持拉环32,通过握持拉环32配合健身拉绳31操作,结构稳定可靠。
如图8~图11所示,主控制器41为MCU处理器,所述通信模块43为通信接口,所述通信接口与操作面板11连接,所述采样模块45为电流采样模块45、其用于对驱动电机2进行电流采样,采用MCU处理器作为主控制器41,在配合通信接口来实现智能控制,控制效果好,智能性强。
本发明为拉力健身器材,将健身拉绳31设于驱动电机2上,通过驱动电机2作为拉力驱动,在配合控制系统4用于控制驱动电机2的拉力,实现智能健身;此外,本发明采用两组对称的驱动电机2配合驱动拉绳盘3带动健身拉绳31传动,可相互抵消拉绳健身过程中的抖动和震动,同时也降低单电机的负载,提升稳定性,整体结构可靠,使用寿命长。控制过程中,控制系统4通过通信模块43接收输入的相应拉力指令,主控制器41获取指令后通过控制算法输出相应的程序给到驱动电路44,驱动电路44将控制驱动电机2三相电流的流入或关断,再通过采样模块45对驱动电机2的电流采样来与输入指令进行不断对比和调整,使得驱动电机2的输出拉力达到输入指令值,通过以上的操作即可实现任意拉力的调整。具体是,设置了箱体1、对称安装于箱体1内的两组支撑架11、安装于两组支撑架11且相对设置的两组驱动电机2、连接于两组驱动电机2的拉绳盘3、绕设于拉绳盘3且延伸至箱体1外的健身拉绳31、及电控制连接于驱动电机2的控制系统4;所述控制系统4包括主控制器41、电源模块42、通信模块43、驱动电路44、及采样模块45,所述电源模块42与主控制器41和通信模块43电连接,所述通信模块43与主控制器41电连接,所述采样模块45与驱动电机2和主控制器41电连接,所述驱动电路44与电源模块42、主控制器41和驱动电机2电连接。采用双支撑架11和双驱动电机2配合下,用于将拉绳盘3固定,在配合控制系统4的智能控制作用下,实现了智能电机控制,智能性强。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (8)
1.一种双电机抖动抵消健身装置,其特征在于:包括箱体、对称安装于箱体内的两组支撑架、安装于两组支撑架且相对设置的两组驱动电机、连接于两组驱动电机的拉绳盘、绕设于拉绳盘且延伸至箱体外的健身拉绳、及电控制连接于驱动电机的控制系统;所述控制系统包括主控制器、电源模块、通信模块、驱动电路、及采样模块,所述电源模块与主控制器和通信模块电连接,所述通信模块与主控制器电连接,所述采样模块与驱动电机和主控制器电连接,所述驱动电路与电源模块、主控制器和驱动电机电连接;
所述驱动电机包括基座、设于基座外沿的定子组件、设于基座内的转轴组件、连接于转轴组件并罩设于定子组件的转子组件、及设于基座的电机控制板,所述电机控制板与驱动电路连接;
所述主控制器为MCU处理器,所述通信模块为通信接口,所述通信接口与控制面板连接,所述采样模块为电流采样模块、其用于对驱动电机进行电流采样;
控制系统通过通信模块接收输入的相应拉力指令,主控制器获取指令后通过控制算法输出相应的程序给到驱动电路,驱动电路将控制驱动电机三相电流的流入或关断,再通过采样模块对驱动电机的电流采样来与输入指令进行不断对比和调整,使得驱动电机的输出拉力达到输入指令值,通过以上的操作即可实现任意拉力的调整。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双电机抖动抵消健身装置,其特征在于:所述箱体设有控制面板,所述控制面板与通信模块连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双电机抖动抵消健身装置,其特征在于:所述支撑架包括顶板、及安装于顶板并朝下延伸的固定板,所述驱动电机安装于所述固定板。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双电机抖动抵消健身装置,其特征在于:所述基座包括内置端、外置端、及贯通于内置端和外置端的旋转安置腔,所述转轴组件可旋转安装于旋转安置腔,所述内置端设有安置台,所述外置端开设有内置槽,所述安置台外沿设有凸环,所述凸环开设有安装孔,所述安置台开设有若干个避空位,所述外置端开设有穿孔,所述穿孔连通至避空位,所述穿孔位于内置槽一侧。
5.根据权利要求4所述的双电机抖动抵消健身装置,其特征在于:所述定子组件包括铁芯、及均布于铁芯的线圈,所述铁芯环向均布有若干太阳筋,所述线圈绕设于所述太阳筋,所述内置端的外径对应铁芯的内径开设有若干紧固槽。
6.根据权利要求5所述的双电机抖动抵消健身装置,其特征在于:所述转轴组件包括安装于旋转安置腔的轴承件、及可旋转安装于轴承件的旋转轴,所述旋转轴一端与转子组件连接、另一端安装有固定元件;所述旋转安置腔开设有第一限位槽和第二限位槽,所述轴承件设有两个的轴承,两个轴承分别安装于第一限位槽和第二限位槽。
7.根据权利要求6所述的双电机抖动抵消健身装置,其特征在于:所述转子组件包括连接于转轴组件的外端盖、连接于外端盖并对应于定子组件外沿的连接环、及安装于连接环并与定子组件对应的转子元件,所述连接环远离外端盖一侧连接有内端盖,所述内端盖可旋转连接于外置端的外径。
8.根据权利要求7所述的双电机抖动抵消健身装置,其特征在于:所述外端盖设有加固台,所述加固台开设有连接孔,所述连接孔设有限位台,所述外端盖通过连接孔与转轴组件连接;所述内端盖连接有连接轴承,所述连接轴承套设于外置端的外径,所述拉绳盘与外端盖固定连接,所述健身拉绳设有握持拉环。
