本发明涉及船舶机械领域,尤其是涉及一种新型双电机减震弹簧卷扬机。
背景技术
卷扬机,用卷筒缠绕钢丝绳或链条提升或牵引重物的轻小型起重设备,又称绞车。卷扬机可以垂直提升、水平或倾斜拽引重物。卷扬机分为手动卷扬机和电动卷扬机两种。现在以电动卷扬机为主。可单独使用,也可作起重、筑路和矿井提升等机械中的组成部件,因操作简单、绕绳量大、移置方便而广泛应用。主要运用于建筑、水利工程、林业、矿山、码头等的物料升降或平拖。

本发明为了解决目前问题,为此提供了一种新型双电机减震弹簧卷扬机,包括卷筒、双电动机、制动器、减速器、机架、减震弹簧,所述双电动机运转,带动机架运转,所述减速器运转,带动制动器运转,所述减震弹簧设置在机架底部。
本发明的有益效果是:卷扬机把电能经过电动机转换为机械能,即电动机的转子转动输出,卷扬机所能承受的力巨大,工作状态稳定。所述卷扬机安装有双电机,在工作过程中所施的力可以达到双倍,工作效率也可以提高。所述减震弹簧在卷扬机工作时,弹簧通过收缩,起到减震作用,保持其工作状态的稳定。
