Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, a limiting cavity 5 can be formed in the bearing base 4, a limiting device 6 can be arranged inside the limiting cavity 5, the limiting device 6 is located below the maintenance bed 8 and can be used for supporting the maintenance bed 8, the external outline size of the maintenance bed 8 is matched with the size of the limiting cavity 5, the maintenance bed 8 can be placed in the limiting cavity 5 and located on the limiting device 6, the limiting cavity 5 can limit the maintenance bed 8 in the horizontal direction, the maintenance bed 8 is prevented from shaking in the horizontal direction, the limiting device 6 can limit the maintenance bed 8 in the vertical direction, the maintenance bed 8 is prevented from shaking in the vertical direction, and the in-cabin maintenance of a patient is facilitated.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the limiting device 6 may include a limiting table 603, the limiting table 603 is located below the nursing bed 8, in this embodiment, the external contour of the limiting table 603 matches with the size of the limiting cavity 5, the top surface of the limiting table 603 coincides with the bottom surface of the nursing bed 8, a plurality of telescopic cylinders 601 are disposed below the limiting table 603, in this embodiment, 4 telescopic cylinders 601 are disposed and evenly disposed at four corners of the limiting table 603, the height of the nursing bed 8 may be adjusted by the telescopic cylinders 601, when the nursing bed 8 is taken out, the limiting table 603 may be driven to move upwards by extending the movable shaft of the telescopic cylinders 601, so that the nursing bed 8 extends out of the limiting cavity 5, and the nursing bed 8 is convenient to take out.
Referring to fig. 1, 4 and 5, in some embodiments, a linear sliding groove 604 may be disposed on one side of the limiting table 603 close to the maintenance bed 8, in this embodiment, two linear sliding grooves 604 are symmetrically disposed on the limiting table 603 along a horizontal center line, and a pulley 7 may be disposed on one side of the maintenance bed 8 close to the limiting table 603, in this embodiment, two pulleys 7 adapted to the linear sliding grooves 604 are symmetrically fixed on the horizontal center line of the maintenance bed 8, the maintenance bed 8 may be slidably connected to the linear sliding groove 604 of the limiting table 603 through the linear pulley 7, the pulley 7 may slide in the linear sliding groove 604, when a patient needs to enter and exit the maintenance cabin, the movable shaft of the telescopic cylinder 601 is extended to drive the limiting table 603 to move up to be parallel to the top surface of the bearing base 4, the front cabin 2 is opened, so that the maintenance bed 8 slides along the linear sliding groove 604, and a part of the maintenance bed 8 extends out of the maintenance cabin, the patient can conveniently get in and out of the maintenance cabin, and the maintenance bed 8 can be conveniently replaced.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in some embodiments, the limiting device 6 may further include a plurality of limiting springs 602, the limiting springs 602 may be uniformly and fixedly arranged below the limiting table 603 in an array, the weight of the limiting table 603 may be smaller than a preset weight, the sum of the weights of the limiting table 603 and the maintenance bed 8 is greater than the preset weight, the preset weight may be a weight that can make the compression deformation amount of the limiting springs 602 be 2cm, when the maintenance bed 8 is not placed on the limiting table 603, the limiting table 603 and the top surface of the bearing base 4 are located on the same horizontal plane, the movable end of the telescopic cylinder 601 is not in contact with the surface of the limiting table 603, when the maintenance bed 8 is placed on the surface of the limiting table 603, the limiting springs 602 are deformed and contracted by the gravity of the limiting table 603 and the maintenance bed 8, so that the limiting table 603 moves down to the inside of the limiting cavity 5 to limit the maintenance bed 8, and prevent the maintenance bed 8 from shaking.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in some embodiments, an observation window 17 is disposed on one side of the top surface of the main cabin 1, which is far away from the fixing base 9, a temperature control lamp strip 18 is fixedly disposed inside the main cabin 1 and at a position corresponding to the observation window 17, and the temperature and the brightness inside the main cabin 1 are adjusted through the temperature control lamp strip 18, so that the internal temperature of the maintenance cabin is kept in an optimal state during maintenance of a patient, post-operation repair of the patient is facilitated, and external personnel can observe the condition of the patient maintained in the maintenance cabin through the observation window 17, so as to timely handle the emergency of the patient.
In some embodiments, the main cabin 1 is provided with a regulating device outside, the regulating device is used for regulating the limiting device 6 and the medicine supply device 10 inside the maintenance cabin, and the regulating device can control the medicine supply device 10 to perform automatic injection or replacement of medicines and nutrient solution and can control the limiting device 6 to raise or lower to adjust the height of the maintenance bed 8, thereby further increasing the automatic integration of the maintenance cabin.
The principle of the integrated maintenance cabin provided by the embodiment of the invention is as follows:
because the integrated maintenance cabin comprises the bearing base 4 and the main cabin body 1, the main cabin body 1 is fixed above the bearing base 4, the front cabin body 2 and the rear cabin body 3 are respectively positioned at two sides of the bearing base 4, the front cabin body 2 and the rear cabin body 3 are respectively hinged with the bearing base 4, the bearing base 4 is provided with a limiting cavity 5, a limiting device 6 is arranged in the limiting cavity 5, the top surface of the limiting device 6 is provided with the maintenance bed 8, the top surface of the inner part of the main cabin body 1 is fixedly provided with a fixed seat 9, the fixed seat 9 is fixedly provided with a medicine supply device 10, the inner part of the rear cabin body 3 is respectively provided with an oxygen supply tank 12 and a moisture retention tank 13, the limiting device 6 in the main cabin body 1, the medicine supply device 10 and the maintenance bed 8 are both subjected to parameter adjustment and limitation through the external equipment of the main cabin body 1, the front cabin body 2 and the rear cabin body 3 can both rotate to open at two ends of the main cabin body 1, the main cabin body 1 and the rear cabin body 3 are both cavities, the main cabin body 1 is communicated with the inner part of the rear cabin body 3, preceding cabin body 2 is the entity structure, adopt and supply medicine device 10 to carry out the automatic injection or the change of medicine and nutrient solution, carry out the regulation of patient's each position height of lying through maintenance bed 8, the jar of moisturizing 13 and the jar 12 of oxygen suppliment guarantee maintenance under-deck environment, the supply of messenger's patient guarantee medicine when the inside nursing of maintenance under-deck and the suitable of environment, make the automatic integration of patient postoperative maintenance, the patient postoperative of being convenient for resumes, the energy of the maintenance of using manpower sparingly, facilitate the use.

Claims (10)
1. An integrated maintenance capsule, characterized in that it comprises:
a bearing base (4) which is provided with a curing bed (8);
a main cabin (1) fixed above the curing bed (8);
the medicine supply device (10) is arranged inside the main cabin body (1), and the medicine supply device (10) is used for automatically changing medicines;
an oxygen supply tank (12) which is installed inside the integrated maintenance cabin, wherein the oxygen supply tank (12) is used for supplying oxygen to the main cabin body (1);
and the moisturizing tank (13) is arranged inside the integrated maintenance cabin, and the moisturizing tank (13) is used for controlling the humidity in the main cabin body (1).
2. An integrated maintenance module according to claim 1, wherein said maintenance module further comprises:
the front cabin body (2) is hinged to one side of the bearing base (4);
the rear cabin body (3) is hinged to the other side of the bearing base (4), and the oxygen supply tank (12) and the moisturizing tank (13) are arranged inside the rear cabin body (3).
3. The integrated maintenance module according to claim 1, wherein the main body (1) is internally provided with a fixed seat (9);
the drug delivery device (10) comprises:
one side of the adjusting mechanism is fixed on the fixed seat (9);
a plurality of injection pots (1008), one end of each injection pot (1008) is fixed on the fixing base (9);
and a drug injection tube (1009) fixed to the adjustment mechanism and located below the drug injection canister (1008), wherein one end of the drug injection tube (1009) is inserted into any one of the drug injection canisters (1008) by controlling the adjustment mechanism.
4. An integrated maintenance module according to claim 3, wherein said adjustment mechanism comprises:
an index plate (1002) positioned below the medicine injection pot (1008), the medicine injection tube (1009) being fixed to the index plate (1002);
the servo motor (1001) is fixed on the fixing seat (9), and the servo motor (1001) is used for driving the dividing disc (1002) to rotate, so that the dividing disc (1002) drives the medicine injection pipe (1009) to move to the corresponding medicine injection tank (1008);
one end of the pneumatic telescopic rod (1010) is fixed to the dividing plate (1002), and the pneumatic telescopic rod is used for adjusting the medicine injection pipe (1009) to be inserted into or extend out of the medicine injection tank (1008).
5. An integrated maintenance module according to claim 1, wherein:
the nursing bed (8) is provided with a plurality of telescopic air bags (802), the telescopic air bags (802) are provided with auxiliary communicating pipes (804), and the auxiliary communicating pipes (804) are provided with electromagnetic valves (805);
and (3) enabling gas to enter the telescopic air bag (802) from the auxiliary communication pipe (804) by adjusting the electromagnetic valve (805).
6. An integrated maintenance module according to claim 5, wherein:
the nursing bed (8) is provided with an air pump (801), the air pump (801) is provided with a main communicating pipe (803), the main communicating pipe (803) is communicated with the auxiliary communicating pipes (804), and the air pump (801) is used for inflating the telescopic air bags (802).
7. An integrated maintenance module according to claim 1, wherein:
spacing cavity (5) have been seted up in bearing base (4), spacing cavity (5) inside is equipped with stop device (6), stop device (6) support in the bottom of maintenance bed (8), the outline of maintenance bed (8) with the size matching of spacing cavity (5).
8. An integrated maintenance capsule according to claim 7, characterized in that said limiting means (6) comprise:
a position limiting table (603) supported below the curing bed (8);
and the telescopic cylinders (601) are positioned below the limiting table (603), and the height of the limiting table (603) is adjusted through the telescopic cylinders (601).
9. An integrated maintenance module according to claim 8, wherein:
a linear sliding groove (604) is formed in one side, close to the curing bed (8), of the limiting table (603);
one side of the curing bed (8) close to the limiting table (603) is fixedly provided with a pulley (7), and the pulley (7) can slide in the linear sliding groove (604).
10. An integrated maintenance module according to claim 1, wherein:
the main cabin body (1) is provided with an observation window (17), and the main cabin body (1) is internally provided with a temperature control lamp strip (18) which corresponds to the observation window (17).
