Abstract
本发明公开一种3D打印定制半踝关节假体,包括胫骨远端假体、衬垫;所述胫骨远端假体的中部为圆台,圆台下部为支撑段,所述支撑段外周表面设置骨小梁结构;所述支撑段的底部设置凹形口,凹形口的两侧分别为外踝部、内踝部;所述衬垫连接于所述支撑段的底部的凹形口内。本发明的3D打印定制半踝关节假体,采用单极式,可最大程度保留患者的自身骨质,假体松动及感染风险小;本发明采用实体结构的胫骨远端假体保证整体力学强度,骨小梁结构有良好的骨长入和股爬行能力,提高假体的稳定性,衬垫可以缓冲运动过程中假体与人体距骨的冲击,符合生物力学要求。

技术领域
本发明涉及人工假体置换领域,具体涉及一种3D打印定制半踝关节假体。
背景技术
胫骨远端是恶性骨肿瘤的好发部位之一,而踝关节作为人体负重最大的关节,也常因此受累。在胫腓骨远端切除后,常规的治疗手段包括同种异体骨移植、自体腓骨移植、骨搬运等,但都免不了进行踝关节融合术,即永久性丧失踝关节功能,只可维持中立位。而踝关节假体的重建方式因其可保留大部分踝关节功能而被越来越多的人所接受。目前常见的踝关节假体多为双极式,即胫骨远端部件及距骨部件,假体安装复杂,且造成距骨不必要的骨质丢失,松动感染风险较大;现有技术的假体采用螺钉组件固定,有螺钉退落导致假体松动的风险。有必要研发一种半踝关节假体,在保留自身距骨的同时重建踝关节,恢复其功能,并且植入后稳定性高。
发明内容
为解决上述现有技术中的不足,本发明旨在提供一种3D打印定制半踝关节假体,单极式设计,最大程度保留自身骨质,植入后3D打印定制半踝关节假体稳定。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种3D打印定制半踝关节假体,包括胫骨远端假体、衬垫;所述胫骨远端假体的中部为圆台,圆台下部为支撑段,所述支撑段外周表面设置骨小梁结构;所述支撑段的底部设置凹形口,凹形口的两侧分别为外踝部、内踝部;所述衬垫连接于所述支撑段的底部的凹形口内。
进一步地,所述支撑段凹形口的中心设置有凹槽,所述凹槽顶部一周设置有卡槽,所述衬垫的顶部设置有与所述凹槽适配的凸台,所述凸台顶部一周设置有卡扣,通过卡扣连接于卡槽内,将衬垫连接于胫骨远端假体的支撑段底部的凹形口内。
优选的,所述凹槽和凸台呈跑道型。
进一步地,所述胫骨远端假体为实体结构,所述骨小梁结构为多孔结构,均采用钛合金材料3D打印制成。
优选的,所述骨小梁结构的厚度为2-4mm,多孔的间隙为0.2-0.6mm。
优选的,所述衬垫的材料是聚乙烯,所述衬垫的下表面根据患者的距骨匹配定制。
进一步地,所述外踝部、内踝部的侧壁设置有多个贯通孔,所述贯通孔朝向凹形口。
进一步地,所述胫骨远端假体的圆台上部为组配段,组配段呈圆锥台。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果有:
1)本发明的3D打印定制半踝关节假体装置,采用单极式,可最大程度保留患者的自身骨质,假体松动及感染风险小;
2)本发明的衬垫与胫骨远端假体固定牢靠,匹配度好,外踝部和内踝部设置的贯通孔,方便手术固定韧带和肌腱,利于患者术后恢复;
3)本发明采用实体结构的胫骨远端假体保证整体力学强度,骨小梁结构有良好的骨长入和股爬行能力,提高假体的稳定性,衬垫可以缓冲运动过程中假体与人体距骨的冲击,符合生物力学要求。

一种3D打印定制半踝关节假体,包括胫骨远端假体1、衬垫3;所述胫骨远端假体1的中部为圆台,圆台上部为组配段11,组配段11呈圆锥台,用于设置在人体的胫骨髓腔中;圆台下部为支撑段12,所述支撑段12外周表面设置骨小梁结构2;所述支撑段12的底部设置凹形口,凹形口的两侧分别为外踝部13、内踝部14;所述衬垫3连接于所述支撑段12的底部的凹形口内。
具体的,支撑段12凹形口的中心设置有凹槽,凹槽顶部一周设置有卡槽,所述衬垫3的顶部设置有与所述凹槽适配的凸台31,所述凸台31顶部一周设置有卡扣32,通过卡扣32连接于卡槽内,将衬垫3连接于胫骨远端假体1的支撑段12底部,优选的,所述凹槽和凸台31呈跑道型,一方面形状适配胫骨远端假体,确保连接强度,另一方面可以避免衬垫3转动,匹配度好。
具体的,所述胫骨远端假体1采用钛合金材料,所述胫骨远端假体1所述胫骨远端假体1和骨小梁结构2均采用3D打印制成,所述胫骨远端假体为实体结构,所述骨小梁结构为多孔结构,骨小梁结构的厚度为2-4mm,多孔的间隙为0.2-0.6mm;实体结构的胫骨远端假体可以保证整体力学强度,多孔结构的骨小梁结构有良好的骨长入和骨爬行能力,可以提高假体的稳定性;所述衬垫3的下表面根据患者的距骨定制,匹配度高;衬垫3的材料采用聚乙烯,聚乙烯材料的高密度、耐磨、具有缓冲作用的特性可以缓解在运动过程中的假体与人体距骨的冲击,符合生物力学要求。
进一步地,在外踝部、内踝部的侧壁设置有多个贯通孔15,所述贯通孔朝向凹形口,所述贯通孔15用于缝合固定韧带或者肌腱,以修复或者重建关节囊,方便手术操作,同时有利于患者的术后恢复。
本发明的假体适用于胫骨远端切除患者的踝关节假体置换,组配段植入胫骨髓腔中,单极式结构,安装简单,可最大程度保留患者的自身距骨,降低感染及假体松动风险;衬垫与胫骨远端假体固定牢靠,匹配度好,外踝部和内踝部设置的贯通孔,方便手术固定韧带和肌腱,利于患者术后恢复;实体结构的胫骨远端假体保证整体力学强度,骨小梁结构有良好的骨长入和股爬行能力,提高假体的稳定性,衬垫可以缓冲运动过程中假体与人体距骨的冲击,符合生物力学要求。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

1.一种3D打印定制半踝关节假体,包括胫骨远端假体(1)、衬垫(3);其特征在于:所述胫骨远端假体(1)的中部为圆台,圆台下部为支撑段(12),所述支撑段(12)外周表面设置骨小梁结构(2);所述支撑段(12)的底部设置凹形口,凹形口的两侧分别为外踝部(13)、内踝部(14);所述衬垫(3)连接于所述支撑段(12)的底部的凹形口内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的3D打印定制半踝关节假体,其特征在于:所述支撑段(12)凹形口的中心设置有凹槽,所述凹槽顶部一周设置有卡槽,所述衬垫(3)的顶部设置有与所述凹槽适配的凸台(31),所述凸台(31)顶部一周设置有卡扣(32),通过卡扣(32)连接于卡槽内,将衬垫(3)连接于胫骨远端假体(1)的支撑段(12)底部的凹形口内。
3.根据权利要求2所述的3D打印定制半踝关节假体,其特征在于:所述凹槽和凸台(31)呈跑道型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的3D打印定制半踝关节假体,其特征在于:所述胫骨远端假体(1)为实体结构,所述骨小梁结构(2)为多孔结构,均采用钛合金材料3D打印制成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的3D打印定制半踝关节假体,其特征在于:所述骨小梁结构(2)的厚度为2-4mm,多孔的间隙为0.2-0.6mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的3D打印定制半踝关节假体,其特征在于:所述衬垫(3)的材料是聚乙烯,所述衬垫的下表面根据患者的距骨匹配定制。
7.根据权利要求1所述的3D打印定制半踝关节假体,其特征在于:所述外踝部(13)、内踝部(14)的侧壁设置有多个贯通孔(15),所述贯通孔朝向凹形口。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一所述的3D打印定制半踝关节假体,其特征在于:所述胫骨远端假体(1)的圆台上部为组配段(11),组配段(11)呈圆锥台。
