Abstract
本发明提供了一种抗氧化剂作为防治煤自燃阻化剂的应用,抗氧化剂为茶多酚或白藜芦醇或β‑胡萝卜素,茶多酚或白藜芦醇或β‑胡萝卜素制备的阻化液浓度均为3wt%时阻化效果最优。本发明首次将茶多酚、白藜芦醇和β‑胡萝卜素用作防治煤自燃的阻化剂,且无毒无腐蚀作用;分别加入上述三种抗氧化剂后的煤样中起关键作用的活性官能团数量减少,在氧化过程中最大放热峰均产生了滞后现象,朝高温点发生了移动,且最大放热峰值均有不同程度的降低,显著地抑制了煤的氧化放热。

技术领域
本发明属于阻化剂技术领域,具体涉及一种抗氧化剂作为防治煤自燃阻化剂的应用。
背景技术
我国煤炭资源量丰富,有力支撑着国民经济的发展。在矿井下,煤炭在适宜的温度、一定的空气含量和湿度条件下易被氧化,其结构发生了物理和化学的变化,不断积聚能量和热量,使得煤体的温度逐渐升高,促进了氧化速度不断的加快,产生和释放了更多的热量,当达到了燃点时煤炭开始燃烧,最终可能引起爆炸事故,造成人员伤亡和财产损失。另外,煤自燃还会带来严重的环境问题,产生的有毒有害气体会污染大气,威胁人类的健康,同时还会使温室效应加剧,为社会的发展和进步带来不利。
鉴于我国煤炭发展的实际情况,并坚持绿色协调可持续的发展道路,亟需开发出一种方便高效安全环保的阻化剂以满足生产需要。抗氧化剂在人们日常生产活动中占有不可或缺的地位,一般多用于医药、食品、化工和生物等方面。抗氧化剂以防止物质发生氧化为主,同时可以清除或中和游离的自由基,可以有效地抑制氧化作用。由于抗氧化剂种类丰富,安全绿色,方便提取和制备,众多学者对此展开了研究。通过前人对抗氧化剂的研究,可以发现抗氧化剂可以有效减少自由基,阻止官能团发生氧化反应,并且种类丰富,具有绿色安全等优点。因此,可以借鉴其他领域对抗氧化剂的研究结果,将其作为一种新型阻化手段应用到抑制煤自燃方向上。
传统阻化剂存在较大的缺陷:难以对特定煤种起到阻化作用,随着时间的增长,阻化剂吸收的水分受到温度的影响会慢慢蒸发,或者形成的薄膜逐渐消失,阻化能力降低,并且大部分阻化材料在温度特别高时会发生热分解,生成的物质难以分散在煤炭表面,这样会导致阻化剂的阻化作用没有达到最佳,大大的降低了阻化性能。而且绝大部分阻化剂多多少少都具有一定的腐蚀性,腐蚀性大小影响着阻化剂防灭火的适用范围。因此,合理选择一种灭火能力强且无腐蚀性的阻化剂尤为重要。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明利用茶多酚或白藜芦醇或β-胡萝卜素作为防治矿井煤自燃的化学阻化剂,上述三种抗氧化剂热分解温度高,且均无毒无腐蚀性。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种抗氧化剂作为防治煤自燃阻化剂的应用,抗氧化剂为茶多酚或白藜芦醇或β-胡萝卜素。
优选地,所述茶多酚阻化液的浓度为3wt%。
优选地,所述白藜芦醇和蒸馏水配制成白藜芦醇阻化液作为防治煤自燃化学阻化剂,所述白藜芦醇阻化液的浓度为1wt%-7wt%。
优选地,所述白藜芦醇阻化液中白藜芦醇的浓度为3wt%。
优选地,所述β-胡萝卜素和蒸馏水配制成β-胡萝卜素阻化液作为防治煤自燃化学阻化剂,β-胡萝卜素阻化液中β-胡萝卜素的浓度为1wt%-7wt%。
优选地,所述β-胡萝卜素阻化液中β-胡萝卜素的浓度为3wt%。
优选地,所述茶多酚阻化液应用于含有碳氧键、氢键和羟基的组分在煤中含量最多时;碳氧键包括C-O键和C=O键。

本发明与现有技术相比具有以下优点:
1、本发明中茶多酚可以很好地破坏煤中的氢键和消耗煤中的羟基,能够更好地减少煤中的碳氧键,其影响大小顺序为:C-O键>氢键>羟基>C=O键。
2、本发明采用白藜芦醇配制防治煤自燃阻化液,白藜芦醇阻化液对煤中的C=C双键、甲基(1374cm-1)、亚甲基和甲基(2874cm-1)具有显著的阻化效果,其影响大小顺序为:C=C双键>甲基(1374cm-1)>亚甲基>甲基(2874cm-1);
3、本发明中β-胡萝卜素通过与煤氧化过程中产生的自由基相结合,生成较为稳定的中间产物,减少自由基数量,阻止煤中链式反应的进一步发生,防止煤自燃。β-胡萝卜素阻化液对芳香环的三种烃取代基,以及芳香环的C=C键和Ar-CH具有较为理想的阻化效果,其影响大小顺序为:芳香环三种烃取代基>芳香环C=C键>Ar-CH。
4、向煤样中加入本发明三种阻化剂后,煤样中起氧化作用的关键官能团数量减少,最大放热峰均产生了滞后现象,朝高温点发生了移动,且最大放热峰值均有不同程度的降低显著地抑制了煤的放热速率。同时,茶多酚、白藜芦醇和β-胡萝卜素对气体产物CO、CO2和水蒸气的最大生成量温度均起到了滞后作用,有较好的阻化效果。

具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例采用茶多酚作为化学阻化剂。
化学阻化液的配制方法为:称取阻化剂试样0.1g、0.3g、0.5g、0.7g,同时加入蒸馏水配制成浓度为1wt%、3wt%、5wt%、7wt%的四组茶多酚阻化液。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1的4组阻化液的配制方法相同,配制了浓度为1wt%、3wt%、5wt%、7wt%的四组白藜芦醇阻化液。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1的4组阻化液的配制方法相同,配制了浓度为1wt%、3wt%、5wt%、7wt%的四组β-胡萝卜素阻化液。
阻化煤样的制备:按国标标准3:5(mL:g)进行配比。称取原煤样5g,分别量取实施例1、2、3中的12组阻化液各3mL,然后将原煤样与12组阻化液分别倒入玻璃杯中分别充分搅拌混合均匀,进行如图1所示的处理,得到12组阻化煤样。处理的具体流程如图1所示。
1.活性基团分析(红外光谱测试)
根据由经实施例1、2、3阻化液制备的阻化煤与原煤样的活性基团光谱图的差值,来分析实施例1、2、3阻化液对煤样中不同活性基团的影响。
采用KBr压片法,预先将KBr粉末和上述制备的12组阻化煤样进行干燥处理,分别用微量天平称取12组阻化煤样各1mg,分别和200mgKBr粉末在干燥洁净的研钵中,充分研磨,混合均匀;然后迅速倒入模具中,在YP-2型压片机中进行压片处理,压力为15MPa;将制得的压片放入显微红外光谱仪的检测室内进行测试,测试波长为4000-400cm-1,分辨率为0.4cm-1,扫描次数为32次,结果如图2(a)-(d)、图3(a)-(d)和图4(a)-(d)所示。
图2(a)、(b)、(c)、(d)分别是经实施例1配制的四种不同浓度茶多酚阻化液得到阻化煤与原煤样差值的红外光谱图。实施例1中茶多酚阻化液浓度为3wt%时制备的阻化煤中的C-O键、氢键、羟基和C=O键数量最少,说明3wt%阻化效果最明显;当茶多酚阻化液浓度为1wt%、5wt%时制备的阻化煤含有的C-O键、氢键、羟基和C=O键数量相对次之,茶多酚阻化液浓度为7wt%制备的阻化煤中含有的C-O键、氢键、羟基和C=O键数量最大,说明对C-O键、氢键、羟基和C=O键造成的影响较小,说明7wt%阻化效果最差。
图3(a)、(b)、(c)、(d)分别是经实施例2配制的四种不同浓度白藜芦醇阻化液得到阻化煤与原煤样差值的红外光谱图。实施例2中低浓度的白藜芦醇阻化液有助于减少煤中的C=C双键、甲基(1374cm-1)、亚甲基和甲基(2874cm-1)活性基团,特别是当白藜芦醇阻化液浓度为3wt%时效果十分明显;当白藜芦醇阻化液的浓度不断增大时,煤中的C=C双键、甲基(1374cm-1)、亚甲基和甲基(2874cm-1)活性基团整体上呈现出先减小后增大的变化趋势,5wt%浓度的白藜芦醇阻化液阻化效果最差,甚至对羟基官能团的生成带来了促进效果。
图4(a)、(b)、(c)、(d)分别是经实施例3配制的四种不同浓度β-胡萝卜素阻化液得到阻化煤与原煤样差值的红外光谱图。β-胡萝卜素阻化液对煤的影响规律比较明显,3wt%浓度的β-胡萝卜素阻化液对芳香环三种烃取代基、芳香环C=C键和Ar-CH活性基团含量影响较大,说明对煤样阻化效果最好,随着浓度的变化,逐渐失去了阻化效果。特别地,当β-胡萝卜素阻化液浓度为1wt%左右时,对甲基、亚甲基起到了促进作用,当β-胡萝卜素阻化液浓度达到7wt%时,可以认为β-胡萝卜素已无任何阻化作用,并对煤中绝大多数活性基团的生成起到了促进作用。
2.进行TG-DSC实验,采用DZ-STA300型同步热分析仪
选取原煤及实施例1、2、3中浓度为3wt%阻化液处理后的三种阻化煤作为测试对象,阻化煤样的粒径小于200目,实验中空气流量为50mL/min,升温速率分别为5℃/min,10℃/min和15℃/min,升温范围为40℃-700℃,结果如表1所示。

由表1可见,浓度为3wt%茶多酚阻化液制备的阻化煤样的最大放热峰值十分稳定,受升温速率的影响较小,而浓度为3wt%白藜芦醇阻化液制备的阻化煤样和浓度为3wt%β-胡萝卜素阻化液制备的阻化煤样会随着升温速率的增大而增大。其中,对于原煤样来看,升温速率每提高5℃/min,最大放热峰值就会提高1.5倍左右。在不同的升温速率下,浓度为3wt%茶多酚阻化液制备的阻化煤样的表现最佳,浓度为3wt%白藜芦醇阻化液制备的阻化煤样和浓度为3wt%β-胡萝卜素阻化液制备的阻化煤样有一定的阻化效果且相差不大。
3.通过TG-FTIR联用技术,可检测煤样在热失重过程中的气体产物及含量
选取原煤样及实施例1、2、3中浓度为3wt%阻化液处理后得到的三种阻化煤作为测试对象,阻化煤样的粒径选用200目以下。在空气气氛中测试,气体流量为50mL/min,在三种不同升温速率下进行实验,升温速率为5℃/min、10℃/min、15℃/min,升温范围为30℃-700℃,结果如图5(a)-(c)所示。
由图5(a)-(c)可见,通过不同升温速率条件下的TG-FTIR实验对原煤样及三种阻化煤样进行分析得出,浓度为3wt%茶多酚阻化液制备的阻化煤样对气体产物CO、CO2和水蒸气的最大生成量温度均起到了滞后作用,有较好的阻化效果;浓度为3wt%白藜芦醇阻化液制备的阻化煤样虽会前移气体最大生成量温度点,但不会提高气体最大生成量且对CO2和水蒸气有降低的作用,阻化效果较好;浓度为3wt%β-胡萝卜素阻化液制备的阻化煤样的各气体产量与原煤样相比具有相同的变化规律,说明阻化效果相对较差。
分别对原煤样和实施例1、2、3阻化液制备的阻化煤样用红外光谱进行煤样官能团定量分析,并比较实施例1、2、3阻化液对煤样中不同活性基团影响的差异和特点,作用机理如图6(a)-(c)所示。
如图6(a)所示,茶多酚中具有丰富的活跃酚羟基,能在氧化还原的过程中生产丰富的质子H+,将氧化性物质中的单线态1O2还原,生成低活性的三线态3O2,减少自由基产生。同时,茶多酚的氧还原电位水平较低,易与氧化反应生成的脂质过氧化自由基结合,形成低活性多酚自由基,清除ROO·和RO·,中断自由基链式反应。因此,当煤分子中含有C-O键、氢键、羟基和C=O键组分的数量最多的煤,优先选择茶多酚作为阻化剂使用。
如图6(b)所示,白藜芦醇中的苯氧自由基具有共振稳定性,与其他许多自由基相比不易发生氧化反应,以抑制多种自由基源引起的自蔓延反应,故其可以用来清除自由基。白藜芦醇中还具有O-H键,O-H之间的存在键解离能(BDE),O-H键的BDE主要受苯氧基稳定性的影响,增强自由基的稳定性会增加抗氧化活性,即白藜芦醇中苯氧基自由基的稳定性越好或O-H键的BDE强度越弱,抗氧化活性越高。根据上述原理,白藜芦醇对煤中的C=C双键、甲基和亚甲基具有显著的阻化效果。
如图6(c)所示,β-胡萝卜素的分子中具有一种十分特殊的共轭多烯双键结构,这种结构在捕获氧类自由基后可以生产十分稳定的物质β-Carotene·,然后会迅速与氧分子作用生成一种过氧化自由基结构β-Carotene-OO·,它可以再次捕获自由基,继续起到抗氧化作用,β-胡萝卜素溶液的浓度处于低水平时,可作为一种非常有效的抗氧化剂,并认为它的抗氧化机理与三苯基甲烷相同,β-胡萝卜素结合了ROO·(或R·)自由基,分子内形成了具有抑制作用的碳中心自由基,对芳香环三种烃取代基、芳香环C=C键和Ar-CH有阻化效果。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例,并非对本发明作任何限制。凡是根据发明技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、变更以及等效变化,均仍属于本发明技术方案的保护范围内。
Claims (10)
1.一种抗氧化剂作为防治煤自燃阻化剂的应用,其特征在于,抗氧化剂为茶多酚或白藜芦醇或β-胡萝卜素。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗氧化剂作为防治煤自燃化学阻化剂的应用,其特征在于,所述茶多酚和蒸馏水配制成茶多酚阻化液作为防治煤自燃化学阻化剂,茶多酚阻化液的浓度为1wt%-7wt%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的抗氧化剂作为防治煤自燃化学阻化剂的应用,其特征在于,所述茶多酚阻化液的浓度为3wt%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗氧化剂作为防治煤自燃化学阻化剂的应用,其特征在于,所述白藜芦醇和蒸馏水配制成白藜芦醇阻化液作为防治煤自燃化学阻化剂,所述白藜芦醇阻化液的浓度为1wt%-7wt%。
5.根据权利要求4所述的抗氧化剂作为防治煤自燃化学阻化剂的应用,其特征在于,所述白藜芦醇阻化液中白藜芦醇的浓度为3wt%。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗氧化剂作为防治煤自燃化学阻化剂的应用,其特征在于,所述β-胡萝卜素和蒸馏水配制成β-胡萝卜素阻化液作为防治煤自燃化学阻化剂,β-胡萝卜素阻化液中β-胡萝卜素的浓度为1wt%-7wt%。
7.根据权利要求6所述的抗氧化剂作为防治煤自燃化学阻化剂的应用,其特征在于,所述β-胡萝卜素阻化液中β-胡萝卜素的浓度为3wt%。
8.根据权利要求2或3所述的抗氧化剂作为防治煤自燃化学阻化剂的应用,其特征在于,所述茶多酚阻化液应用于含有碳氧键、氢键和羟基的组分在煤中含量最多时。
9.根据权利要求4或5所述的抗氧化剂作为防治煤自燃化学阻化剂的应用,其特征在于,所述白藜芦醇阻化液应用于含C=C双键、甲基和亚甲基的组分在煤中含量较高时。
10.根据权利要求6或7所述的抗氧化剂作为防治煤自燃化学阻化剂的应用,其特征在于,所述β-胡萝卜素阻化液应用于含芳香环三种烃取代基、芳香环C=C键和Ar-CH的组分在煤中含量较高时。
