技术领域
本发明属于水刺非织造布技术领域,尤其涉及纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布、制备方法和纸尿裤。
背景技术
水刺非织造布自问世以来,因其具有良好的拉伸断裂强力、亲水性、柔软性等性能,在个人卫生、医疗卫生、建筑装饰等领域得到广泛的应用。
纸尿裤主要由面层、吸收芯体、防漏底层等构成,目前纸尿裤各组成部分多使用纺粘非织造布、热风非织造布作为基材,特别是吸收芯体的包裹用材料对基材有严格的技术要求,主要在均匀度、断裂强度、柔软度、液体穿透性能、返湿量等,行业内多采用纺粘非织造布。纺粘无纺布主要成分为PP,需要在生产过程添加各种母粒或化学助剂以赋予材料柔软度、液体穿透性能、返湿量等性能。然而,这样的母粒或化学助剂可能在使用过程释放而给使用者带来差的体验。因此,希望提供新的非织造布来代替这样的纺粘无纺布。
发明内容
鉴于此,本发明的目的是针对现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布、制备方法和纸尿裤,本发明的纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布具有高的均匀性、断裂强度、柔软度、液体穿透性能和返湿量,而无需添加任何化学助剂。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的。
第一方面,本发明提供了纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布,其中,所述纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布包括水刺缠结的第一纤网层和第二纤网层;基于所述第一纤网层的重量,所述第一纤网层包含85~100重量%的涤纶纤维和0~15重量%的PE/PP复合纤维;基于所述第二纤网层的重量,所述第二纤网层包含60~100重量%的粘胶纤维和0~40重量%的涤纶纤维。
本申请发明人发现,采用包含涤纶纤维和PE/PP复合纤维的第一纤网层和包含粘胶纤维和涤纶纤维的第二纤网层的组合,在不添加任何化学助剂情况下,纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布不仅具有高的均匀性、断裂强度和柔软度,而且具有提高的液体穿透性能和返湿量,综合性能优异。
根据本发明提供的纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布,其中,所述涤纶纤维的纤度为0.5~5dtex,纤维长度为10~50mm。在一些实施方案中,所述涤纶纤维的纤度为1~4dtex,纤维长度为20~40mm;以及在一些实施方案中,所述涤纶纤维的纤度为1~2dtex,纤维长度为30~40mm。例如,可以采用购自中石化公司的YZ310涤纶短纤维,纤度为1.56dtex,长度为38mm。
根据本发明提供的纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布,其中,术语“PE/PP复合纤维”为聚乙烯-聚丙烯复合纤维。本发明中,所述PE/PP复合纤维可以为PE/PP皮芯型复合纤维。
在一些实施方案中,所述PE/PP复合纤维的纤度为0.5~5dtex,长度为10~50mm;以及在一些实施方案中,纤度为1.5~2.5dtex,长度为20~40mm。例如,可以采用购自日本智索公司的ES纤维,其纤度为1.5D,长度为38mm。
根据本发明提供的纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布,其中,所述粘胶纤维的纤度为1~3dtex,长度为10~50mm。在一些实施方案中,所述粘胶纤维的纤度为1~2dtex,长度为20~40mm。例如,可以采用购自兰精(南京)纤维有限公司的粘胶纤维,其纤度为1.67dtex,长度为38mm。

根据本发明提供的制备方法,其中,所述步骤S300中烘干的温度为110~140℃,优选为120℃。
第三方面,本发明还提供了纸尿裤,所述纸尿裤包括依次设置的面层、吸收芯体和底层,所述吸收芯体包括纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布和包裹在其中的吸收芯材料。
本发明中,对面层、底层和吸收芯材料没有特殊限定,可以采用本领域任何已知的面层、底层和吸收芯材料。同样地,纸尿裤可以制备成本领域中任何已知形状,本发明对此没有特殊限定。
本发明具有以下优势:
(1)本发明的纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布具有良好的均匀性、断裂强力、柔软度、液体穿透性能和返湿量,且无需添加任何化学助剂,可替代传统的纺粘非织造布用作纸尿裤吸收芯体包裹用材料,对于拓展水刺非织造布应用范围,提高下游客户使用体验具有十分重要的意义。
(2)本发明的制备方法可以在现有设备上实施,改建投资小,易于实施。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但并不构成对本发明的任何限制。
实施例与对比例中采用的原料和/或设备,如果没有特别限定,那么均是现有技术公开的,例如可直接购买获得或者根据现有技术公开的制备方法制得。
在实施例和对比例中,采用的原料如表1所示。

涤纶纤维 中石化,YZ310涤纶短纤维,纤度为1.56dtex,长度为38mm
PE/PP复合纤维 日本智索公司,ES纤维,纤度为1.5D,长度为38mm
粘胶纤维 兰精(南京)纤维有限公司,纤度为1.67dtex,长度为38mm
海藻纤维 日本Acordis特种纤维公司,纤度为2.2dtex,长度为38mm
实施例1
参照图1,按照以下方法制备纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布。
(1)按照重量比90:10将涤纶纤维和PE/PP复合纤维(双组份复合纤维)投入到开松机的加料斗中,开启开松机进行开松混合,得到第一开松混合物料。将得到第一开松混合物料加入到杂乱装置的梳理机中进行梳理,制得第一纤网层,记为A面纤维网,其面密度(克重)为15g/m2
(2)按照重量比70:30将粘胶纤维和涤纶纤维投入到开松机的加料斗中,开启开松机进行开松混合,得到第二开松混合物料。将得到第二开松混合物料加入到杂乱装置的梳理机中进行梳理,制得第二纤网层,记为B面纤维网,其面密度(克重)为15g/m2
(3)采用平行铺网的方式将B面纤维网层铺设在A面纤维网上,经水刺和烘干制得纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布,其中,A面纤维网侧的水刺压力为80bar,B面纤维网侧的水刺压力为50bar,烘干的温度设定为120℃。制得的纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布可以卷绕备用。
实施例2
采用与实施例1基本相同的方法制备纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布,不同之处在于:(a)步骤(1)中涤纶纤维和PE/PP复合纤维的重量比为100:0。
实施例3
采用与实施例1基本相同的方法制备纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布,不同之处在于:(a)步骤(2)中粘胶纤维和涤纶纤维的重量比为100:0。
实施例4
采用与实施例1基本相同的方法制备纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布,不同之处在于:(a)步骤(1)中涤纶纤维和PE/PP复合纤维的重量比为85:15。
实施例5
采用与实施例1基本相同的方法制备纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布,不同之处在于:(a)步骤(1)中涤纶纤维和PE/PP复合纤维的重量比为95:5。
实施例6
采用与实施例1基本相同的方法制备纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布,不同之处在于:(a)步骤(2)中粘胶纤维和涤纶纤维的重量比为60:40。
实施例7
采用与实施例1基本相同的方法制备纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布,不同之处在于:(a)步骤(2)中粘胶纤维和涤纶纤维的重量比为80:20。
实施例8
采用与实施例1基本相同的方法制备纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布,不同之处在于:(a)步骤(2)中粘胶纤维和涤纶纤维的重量比为90:10。
实施例9
采用与实施例1基本相同的方法制备纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布,不同之处在于:(a)步骤(2)中采用重量比为78:20:2的粘胶纤维、涤纶纤维和海藻纤维来制备B面纤维网。
实施例10
采用与实施例1基本相同的方法制备纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布,不同之处在于:(a)步骤(2)中采用重量比为70:26:4的粘胶纤维、涤纶纤维和海藻纤维来制备B面纤维网。
实施例11
采用与实施例1基本相同的方法制备纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布,不同之处在于:(a)步骤(1)中涤纶纤维和PE/PP复合纤维的重量比为85:15;步骤(2)中采用重量比为78:20:2的粘胶纤维、涤纶纤维和海藻纤维来制备B面纤维网。
对比例1
(1)按照重量比90:10将涤纶纤维和PE/PP复合纤维投入到开松机的加料斗中,开启开松机进行开松混合,得到第一开松混合物料。将得到第一开松混合物料加入到杂乱装置的梳理机中进行梳理,制得第一纤网层,记为A面纤维网,面密度(克重)为15g/m2
(2)采用平行铺网的方式铺设两层A面纤维网,经水刺和烘干制得水刺非织造布,其中,A面纤维网一侧的水刺压力为80bar,另一侧水刺压力为50bar,烘干的温度设定为120℃。
对比例2
(1)按照重量比70:30将粘胶纤维和涤纶纤维投入到开松机的加料斗中,开启开松机进行开松混合,得到第二开松混合物料。将得到第二开松混合物料加入到杂乱装置的梳理机中进行梳理,制得第二纤网层,记为B面纤维网,面密度(克重)为15g/m2
(3)采用平行铺网的方式铺设两层B面纤维网层,经水刺和烘干制得水刺非织造布,其中,B面纤维网一侧的水刺压力为80bar,另一侧的水刺压力为50bar,烘干的温度设定为120℃。
性能测试
(1)采用扫描电子显微镜来观察实施例1~10和对比例1~2制备的非织造布的表面结构。其中,图2显示了实施例2制备的非织造布的A面SEM图,图3显示了显示了实施例3制备的非织造布的B面SEM图。结果显示,实施例1~10的非织造布中A、B两面纤维网、对比例1的非织造布中两层A面纤维网和对比例2的非织造布中两层B面纤维网中的纤维均发生了缠结。
(2)根据GB/T 24218.6-2010和GB8942测量实施例1~10和对比例1~2制备的非织造布的均匀性(单位面积质量偏差率)、断裂强力、柔软度、液体穿透时间和返湿量,结果见表2。

由表2可知,本发明的水刺非织造布具有高的均匀性、断裂强度、柔软度、液体穿透性能和返湿,特别是引入海藻纤维时,具有进一步改善的液体穿透时间,而不明显提高返湿量。

Claims (12)

1.纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布,其中,所述纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布包括水刺缠结的第一纤网层和第二纤网层;基于所述第一纤网层的重量,所述第一纤网层包含85~90重量%的涤纶纤维和5~10重量%的ES复合纤维;基于所述第二纤网层的重量,所述第二纤网层包含60~78重量%的粘胶纤维、20~38重量%的涤纶纤维和2~4重量%海藻纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布,其中,所述涤纶纤维的纤度为0.5~5 dtex;长度为10~50mm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布,其中,所述涤纶纤维的纤度为1~4 dtex;和/或长度为20~40mm。
4.根据权利要求2所述的纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布,其中,所述涤纶纤维的纤度为1~2 dtex;和/或长度为30~40mm。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布,其中,所述粘胶纤维的纤度为1~3 dtex;长度为10~50 mm。
6.根据权利要求5所述的纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布,其中,所述粘胶纤维的纤度为1~1.2 dtex;和/或长度为30~40 mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布,其中,所述海藻纤维的纤度为1.5~3 dtex,长度为20~40mm。
8.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布,其中,所述第一纤网层和所述第二纤网层的面密度为15~30g/m2
9.根据权利要求8所述的纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布,其中,所述纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布的面密度为30~50g/m2
10.权利要求1至9中任一项所述的纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布的制备方法,其中,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
S100、将涤纶纤维和ES复合纤维进行开松混合和梳理,形成第一纤网层;
S200、将粘胶纤维、涤纶纤维和海藻纤维进行开松混合和梳理,形成第二纤网层;
S300、通过交叉铺网或者平行铺网方式将所述第二纤网层铺设在所述第一纤网层上,经水刺和烘干制得纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布。
11.根据权利要求10所述的制备方法,其中,所述步骤S300中,第一纤网层侧的水刺压力为70~90 bar,第二纤网层侧的水刺压力为40~60 bar。
12.纸尿裤,其中,所述纸尿裤包括依次设置的面层、吸收芯体和底层,所述吸收芯体包括权利要求1至9中任一项所述的纸尿裤用复合水刺非织造布和包裹在其中的吸收芯材料。
