Description

Waste liquid absorbing and collecting device
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of biomedical scientific research experimental equipment, and particularly relates to a waste liquid absorbing and collecting device suitable for absorbing and collecting waste liquid generated by cytological experiments and the like.
Background
In biomedical experiments, cytological experiments are one of the basic, widespread and important experimental techniques. Wherein, the absorption and addition of culture medium, buffer solution, medicine or other reagent waste liquid are basic operations of cytology experiments. This operation is performed by aspirating the liquid from the culture vessel or centrifuge tube and adding new liquid, and must be maintained strictly sterile throughout the operation. Most laboratory absorb the mode of above-mentioned waste liquid for through micropipettor or straw manual absorption, then discharge the waste liquid and collect to small-size waste liquid bucket in, empty after the experiment. However, cell experiments often generate a large amount of waste liquid, frequent repeated suction operation is required, the workload is large, and time and labor are wasted. Therefore, some laboratories have begun to use waste liquid aspirating devices for semi-automatic aspirating of culture liquids, avoiding the heavy manual pipetting (e.g., CN 206762910U). The waste liquid is collected into a waste liquid collecting container with larger capacity and is poured periodically.
Because the cell experiment operation is time-consuming, labor-consuming and high in cost, the aseptic operation is ensured and the cell pollution is avoided in the operation process. However, the conventional waste liquid suction device has a long pipeline because it needs to pass through large-scale equipment such as a biosafety cabinet, and therefore, the liquid suction pipe often has waste liquid residue, which is easy to cause a suck-back phenomenon. When the waste liquid is sucked back into the cell culture vessel, cell contamination may occur.
The front end of the existing waste liquid suction device is provided with a suction head, the rear part of the suction head is connected with a liquid suction pipe, the front part of the suction head is inserted with a liquid suction pipe nozzle with matched size, and waste liquid in a cell culture container is sucked under the action of negative pressure generated by the liquid suction pump. In cell experiments, different cell culture containers, such as culture dishes, culture bottles and multi-well plates with different specifications, are used. The culture solution volumes which can be accommodated in the cell culture container are different, and the opening sizes and the patterns of the culture vessels are also different, so that pipettor suction nozzles with different specifications are required to be used during suction. At present, most suction heads are fixed in size and can only be suitable for suction nozzles of one specification. Although the prior art adopts multi-channel suction heads (CN203602627U, CN202465709U) with different specifications and can suck and remove cell culture solution of a plurality of holes at one time, the use and the switching of the suction heads with different specifications are still inconvenient. In addition, the existing suction head is lack of a suction nozzle ejection design, the used suction nozzle needs to be pulled out manually, and then a new suction nozzle is replaced, so that the operation is inconvenient and the pollution probability is increased.
In addition, the suction head of the existing waste liquid suction device is not fixedly placed in the biological safety cabinet, and is usually placed in the biological safety cabinet at will, so that the suction head occupies a limited operation space in the biological safety cabinet, and the pollution probability is increased.
The negative pressure liquid suction pump is used for providing power for the existing waste liquid suction device, and the pump body of the negative pressure liquid suction pump is usually large, so that the negative pressure liquid suction pump is arranged outside the biological safety cabinet and only has one main switch. Cell experiments are usually carried out in a biosafety cabinet (super clean bench) for a long time, and frequent switching on and off of a liquid suction pump is very inconvenient. Therefore, the aspiration pump is usually started before the start of the experiment and then turned off after the end of the experiment. The existing liquid suction pump has high noise when being started, and can cause noise pollution and energy waste in the long-time use process. Moreover, after the experiment operation is finished, the experimenter often forgets to close the negative pressure liquid suction pump arranged outside the biological safety cabinet, so that the instrument loss is caused.
In order to collect a large amount of waste liquid generated in cell experiments, the conventional waste liquid suction device is connected to a waste liquid collecting container, and the waste liquid is temporarily collected into the waste liquid collecting container, and the waste liquid is poured once again after the waste liquid collecting container is filled. However, this operation is easily forgotten by man, resulting in overfilling or even spilling of the waste liquid in the collection container, resulting in suck-back of the waste liquid, damage to the device and contamination between cell cultures.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a waste liquid sucking and collecting device capable of solving the above problems.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. The structure and the like of the waste liquid suction collection device are schematically and simply shown in the drawings. These drawings are simplified schematic diagrams only to illustrate the basic structure of the present invention. It should be emphasized that the following embodiments are illustrative, not restrictive, and should not be taken as limiting the invention.
In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", and the like, indicate orientations or positional relationships based on the orientations or positional relationships shown in the drawings, are merely for convenience in describing the present invention and simplifying the description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element being referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, should not be construed as limiting the present invention.
The absorption and removal of waste liquid generated in biomedical scientific research experiments, such as culture medium, buffer solution, medicine or other reagent waste liquid, are basic operations in experiments such as cytology, but the waste liquid absorption and removal device in the laboratory at present also has the problems of back suction pollution, inconvenient operation, noise pollution and the like. In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a waste liquid suction and collection device, which is mainly used for aseptic experiment operations such as cytology experiments, and as shown in fig. 1, the device mainly comprises a suction head 1, a liquid suction pump 2, a waste liquid collection container 3 and a backflow prevention straw 4, wherein the suction head 1 is used for sucking waste liquid generated by experiments such as cell culture, the negative pressure liquid suction pump 2 is used for providing power for the suction head 1 to suck the waste liquid, the waste liquid collection container 3 is used for collecting and temporarily storing the waste liquid sucked by the suction head 1, the backflow prevention straw 4 is connected between the liquid suction pump 2 and the suction head 1 for preventing the waste liquid from being sucked to the suction head 1 to cause pollution and influence cell experiment results, and the suction head 1, the liquid suction pump 2, the waste liquid collection container 3 and the backflow prevention straw 4 are all hermetically connected through a connection pipe 5. By applying the waste liquid sucking and collecting device provided by the invention, cell pollution caused by back suction of waste liquid can be reduced, noise pollution generated by a negative pressure liquid suction pump is effectively improved, the device is energy-saving and environment-friendly, and instruments are protected. And, can make things convenient for experiment operation through suction head and the stores pylon of its adaptation, rational utilization biological safety cabinet operating space reduces the pollution probability in the experimentation. The following are detailed below:
because of the need of passing through the biological safety cabinet 9 and other reasons, the length of the connecting pipe 5 connecting the suction head 1 and the liquid suction pump 2 is usually longer and can reach several meters, while the power of the negative pressure liquid suction pump 2 is limited, and the waste liquid residue often exists in the connecting pipe 5 and is easy to be sucked into a cell culture container to cause cell pollution. The prerequisite for the success of all cytological experiments is the avoidance of cell contamination. Therefore, the anti-backflow suction pipe 4 is arranged, the anti-backflow suction pipe 4 can enable the waste liquid which is sucked back to be reserved in the anti-backflow suction pipe 4 and difficult to flow to the suction head 1, and the waste liquid is prevented from being sucked back into the cell culture container to cause cell pollution.
It should be noted that the anti-falling straw 4 is connected between the suction head 1 and the liquid suction pump 2, and more specifically, compared with the liquid suction pump 2, the anti-falling straw 4 is disposed near the suction head 1, as shown in fig. 1, so that the length of the connecting pipe 5 between the anti-falling straw 4 and the suction head 1 is relatively short, and it can be avoided that waste liquid remains in the section of the connecting pipe 5 and flows back to the suction head 1 to cause cell contamination.
The structure of the anti-backflow pipe 4 is specifically described below with reference to fig. 5, the anti-backflow pipe 4 is integrally U-shaped, and is formed by connecting two side pipes 41 and a bottom pipe 42, more specifically, the one end inward inclination that the bottom pipe 42 is kept away from by two side pipes 41 is close to each other, so set up, the waste liquid that can make the back suction stays in the bottom pipe 42 of the anti-backflow pipe 4, and, because the one end inward inclination that the bottom pipe 42 is kept away from by two side pipes 41 is close to each other, further increase the difficulty that the waste liquid flows back to the suction head 1 through the anti-backflow pipe 4, the anti-backflow effect is improved, as the preferred, the bottom pipe 42 partially expands and is spherical, the volume of the anti-backflow pipe 4 is improved, more back suction waste liquid can be kept, further the anti-backflow effect is improved.
In cytology experiments, when waste liquid in culture vessels with different volumes and specifications is sucked, pipettor suction nozzles with different specifications are needed, but the suction head of the conventional waste liquid sucking and removing device is fixed in size, only one suction nozzle with one specification can be used, and inconvenience is caused to experiment operation. To this end, the invention provides a nozzle 1 having at least two standard nozzle inlets. As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, preferably, the suction head 1 has a hollow tube structure and is designed in an inverted Y shape, two suction head liquid inlets with different specifications are arranged at the front end of the suction head, and a suction head liquid outlet 15 is arranged at the rear end of the suction head, wherein the two suction head liquid inlets are respectively a first suction head liquid inlet 11 and a second suction head liquid inlet 12, the two suction head liquid inlets can be used in cooperation with a suction nozzle 13, and preferably, the size of the first suction head liquid inlet 11 is adapted to a 1ml suction nozzle or a lengthened suction nozzle which is commonly used in laboratories, and the suction head is suitable for sucking and removing waste liquid in containers with larger openings and more liquid, such as culture bottles, culture dishes, centrifuge tubes, six-hole plates and the like; the liquid inlet 12 of the second suction head is matched with a 200ul suction nozzle or a lengthened suction nozzle which is commonly used in a laboratory, and is suitable for absorbing waste liquid in containers with small openings and less liquid, such as a 1.5ml centrifugal tube, a twenty-four pore plate, a ninety-six pore plate and the like. It should be noted that the two specifications of the pipette tip liquid inlets described above are most commonly used in the pipette tip operation in the cell experiment, and the universality is strong, but the two specifications of the pipette tip liquid inlets are not meant to be designed into two pipette tip liquid inlets with other specifications or two or more specifications of pipette tip liquid inlets, such as pipette tip liquid inlets suitable for 10ul pipette tips or 5ml large-scale pipette tips.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, compared to the prior art, when the suction head 1 provided by the present invention needs to suck waste liquid in containers (not shown) with different specifications, the suction nozzles 13 with different specifications in the nozzle box 6 can be assembled to matching suction heads, and compared to the design of a single suction head, the suction head switch (not shown) does not need to be frequently replaced to adapt to the containers with different specifications, so that the application range is wider, the experimental operation is simplified, and the pollution caused by replacing the suction head switch is avoided.
Further, in order to make one of the suction head inlet (for example, the first suction head inlet 11) of the suction head 1 when using, can not be because of the second suction head inlet 12 communicates with external environment and can't maintain the negative pressure environment, thereby lead to unable imbibition, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, in this embodiment, suction head 1 has set up suction head inlet switch 7, in order to be used for switching the suction head inlet of different specifications to communicate with suction head outlet 15 alone respectively, and, when one of them suction head inlet communicates with suction head outlet 15, another suction head inlet is isolated with suction head outlet 15, specifically, suction head inlet switch 7, set up inside suction head 1, include: the suction head liquid inlet switching head 71, the suction head liquid inlet switching head 71 is communicated with the suction head liquid outlet 15 and can be alternatively communicated with the suction head liquid inlet; and a suction head liquid inlet switch 72, which is arranged on the suction head 1 and is used for controlling the switching of the suction head liquid inlet switch head 71.
More specifically, the suction head liquid inlet switching head 71 is tubular as a whole, one end of the suction head liquid inlet switching head is in a normally communicated state with the suction head liquid outlet 15, and the other end of the suction head liquid inlet switching head can be selectively communicated with one of the suction head liquid inlets under the control of the suction head liquid inlet switching switch 72; suction head inlet change-over switch 72 part exposes in the surface of suction head 1, so that the manual switching operation, suction head inlet change-over switch 72 can set up to button or knob, when suction head inlet change-over switch 72 is pressed or rotatory, suction head inlet change-over head 71 rather than the linkage moves correspondingly, in order to realize the intercommunication with different suction head inlets, in this embodiment, do not limit to the concrete linkage mode of suction head inlet change-over switch 72 and suction head inlet change-over head 71, suction head inlet change-over head 71 can adopt modes such as rotation or translation to remove, in order to realize the intercommunication between different suction head inlets and the suction head outlet.
The arrangement of the suction head liquid inlet switcher 7 enables the switching and communication between different suction head liquid inlets and suction head liquid outlets 15 to be faster and simpler, and can keep unused suction head liquid inlets and suction head liquid outlets isolated to maintain a negative pressure environment when a certain suction head liquid inlet is used for absorbing waste liquid.
In addition, the current suction head lacks a suction nozzle ejection design, the used suction nozzle needs to be pulled out manually, and then a new suction nozzle is replaced, so that the operation is inconvenient, and the pollution probability is increased. Therefore, in the invention, each suction head liquid inlet is correspondingly provided with a suction nozzle ejection button 14 for disassembling the suction nozzle assembled on the suction head liquid inlet. As shown in fig. 4, when the user presses the nozzle ejection button 14 with his/her hand, the waste nozzle can be automatically ejected to the waste liquid tank 8, thereby preventing the pollution caused by the manual replacement of the nozzle and improving the efficiency of the experiment.
Because the cell experiment needs to be operated in the biological safety cabinet 9 (or the ultra-clean workbench), the space of the operation table is limited, and strict sterility in the operation process needs to be ensured, the reasonable utilization of the table space of the biological safety cabinet 9 is ensured as much as possible. In order to further ensure the sterility of the table surface in the experiment, ultraviolet irradiation sterilization is required before the experiment. In the prior art, the suction head is often placed on the table board at will, so that the operation is inconvenient, and the operation table board of the biological safety cabinet can be covered to influence the ultraviolet sterilization effect. To this end, in the present invention, the cleaner head 1 is provided with a hanger 10, as shown in figures 1, 6 and 7. Preferably, the back surface of the hanging rack 10 is fixed on the side wall of the biosafety cabinet 9, and the front surface is designed with a buckle 101, so that the suction head 1 can be firmly fixed on the hanging rack 10, wherein the buckle 101 is made of plastic material with both elasticity and toughness.
Preferably, the hanger 10 is of a "Y-shaped" design to fit the shape of the tip 1 as described above. Under this embodiment, suction head 1 is invertd after the clearance is used or the use finishes, vertical card is on above-mentioned stores pylon 10, makes the suction head 1 lower extreme and the suction head inlet of two different specifications respectively with the buckle of matching firmly block, compares in prior art, the design of above-mentioned stores pylon 10 can make full use of in the biosafety cabinet 9 limited operating space, and the person of facilitating the use takes suction head 1, effectively improves ultraviolet sterilization effect, further reduces the cell pollution probability.
The back of the hanging rack 10 provided by the invention can be adjusted according to the material of the side wall of the biosafety cabinet 9, and a vacuum suction cup (not shown) or a magnetic suction cup (not shown) is arranged on one side of the hanging rack 10 opposite to the buckle 101. If the side wall is made of metal materials, a magnet is arranged on the back of the vertical hanging rack to form a magnetic sucker which is fixed on the side wall by utilizing the attraction of the magnet; if the vacuum suction cup is made of other materials, the vacuum suction cup can be arranged on the back of the vertical hanging rack and is adsorbed by the vacuum suction force.
The negative pressure liquid suction pump is usually used as a power equipment source of the waste liquid sucking and collecting device. The existing aspiration pump 2 is typically bulky and is therefore placed outside the biosafety cabinet. However, since the pipette tip 1 requires both hands of the user to be engaged, it is inconvenient to frequently turn on and off the pipette pump 2 during the experiment, and therefore, the pipette pump 2 is usually turned on before the experiment starts and turned off again after the experiment is finished. The long-time operation of the liquid suction pump 2 not only causes noise pollution, but also wastes electric energy. If the user forgets to turn off the switch of the liquid suction pump 2 after the experiment is finished, the liquid suction pump 2 is always in an idle state, and the instrument is worn.
To this end, in particular, as shown in fig. 1 and 8, the present invention provides a foot-operated control switch 21 for controlling the start and stop of the liquid suction pump 2. Before the start of the experiment, a main switch (not shown) of the liquid suction pump 2 is turned on. At this time, the liquid suction pump 2 is in a standby state in which it is powered on but not operating. Therefore, the liquid suction pump 2 can be started only in the period of liquid suction required by the pedal control switch 21 in the experimental process, and the rest period is in a standby state. When the liquid needs to be sucked, the user presses the pedal control switch 21 to start the liquid sucking pump 2, so that negative pressure is formed to suck away the waste liquid. Once the liquid suction is finished, the foot can be lifted to reset the pedal control switch 21, the liquid suction pump 2 is suspended, and the liquid suction pump returns to the standby state again. During the period, the normal experimental operation of the hands is not influenced. Compared with the prior art, the pedal control switch 21 provided by the invention enables the user to normally execute the experiment operation with both hands when controlling the operation of the liquid suction pump 2. In addition, the liquid suction pump 2 does not need to be started all the time in the whole experiment process, idles for a plurality of hours, and continuously generates noise, so that the electricity can be saved, and the noise pollution of a laboratory can be reduced.
Further, the foot-operated control switch 21 preferably adopts a concealed design, and specifically, it can be disposed inside the liquid suction pump 2 below, thereby saving space.
The waste liquid sucked by the liquid suction pump 2 generally needs to be collected into the waste liquid collection container 3 for temporary storage, and then is poured and cleaned by experimenters regularly. Especially in the middle and large-scale scientific research experiment platform that produces a large amount of waste liquids, it is very important that the waste liquid is stored safe and stable, simultaneously, should avoid frequently empting the waste liquid as far as possible, reduce work load. For this purpose, in the present invention, the waste liquid sucked by the liquid suction pump 2 is collected and temporarily stored in the waste liquid collection container 3 via the connection pipe 5. As shown in fig. 1 and 8, the waste liquid collection container 3 is preferably a conical plastic bottle having a volume of 2L or more. The side wall of the plastic bottle is provided with volume graduation lines 31. The bottle mouth is located at the top and is plugged with a rubber plug 32, so that a sealed space is formed inside the bottle mouth. The middle of the rubber plug 32 is provided with a pore passage, the connecting pipe 5 can be plugged into the pipe orifice of the connecting pipe 5 through the pore passage and slightly extends out of the lower end of the rubber plug 32, and the pipe orifice of the connecting pipe 5 is positioned at the upper end inside the waste liquid collecting container 3. The bottom of the side wall of the waste liquid collecting container 3 is provided with a waste liquid outlet 33, and the waste liquid outlet 33 is provided with a valve (not shown), so that when waste liquid needs to be discharged, the valve can be opened to enable the waste liquid to naturally flow out. By this embodiment, the waste liquid collecting container 3 can be made stable in center of gravity, not fragile, and not necessary to be poured out frequently, by the design of the large-volume conical plastic bottle. The design of the graduation marks 31 allows the laboratory personnel or laboratory managers to constantly pay attention to the waste volume. The rubber stopper 32 is designed to ensure that the sealing property of the inner space does not affect the formation of the negative pressure.
Since the waste liquid collecting container 3 is often placed in an inconspicuous place (e.g., under the biosafety cabinet 9), it often happens that the waste liquid is overfilled but unattended and poured out in time, thereby affecting the experiment. To this end, the invention further provides that the waste liquid collecting container 3 is equipped with a volume sensor 34 connected to the liquid suction pump 2. Preferably, the volume sensor 34 is disposed on the upper portion of the sidewall of the waste liquid collecting container 3, and the height thereof corresponds to the liquid level when the liquid occupies about 85% of the total volume of the collecting container, and when the height of the waste liquid corresponds to the height when the liquid occupies about 85% of the total volume of the collecting container, the volume sensor 34 reaches the maximum volume set by the waste liquid collecting device 3, and at this time, the volume sensor 34 senses the liquid level, and sends a trigger signal for suspending the operation of the liquid suction pump 2 to the liquid suction pump 2, and preferably, the liquid suction pump 2 can disable the foot-operated control switch 21 when receiving the trigger signal. Until the volume sensor 34 does not sense the liquid level until the volume is lower than the set maximum volume (usually after pouring), at this time, the trigger signal stops sending, the liquid suction pump 2 operates normally, and the pedal control switch 21 can control the start and stop of the liquid suction pump 2 again, specifically, the liquid suction pump 2 has a control unit (not shown) which can control the operation of the liquid suction pump 2, and the volume sensor 34 is connected with the control unit and sends the trigger signal when sensing the liquid level. The control flow can be seen in fig. 9.
Therefore, compared with the prior art, the waste liquid absorbing and collecting device provided by the invention can remind experimenters to empty waste liquid, and effectively avoids the influence on experiments caused by the overfilled waste liquid in the device. In particular, on one hand, cell contamination caused by the back suction of the waste liquid which is easy to cause when the waste liquid overflows the opening of the connecting pipe 5 at the top of the waste liquid collecting container 3 can be avoided. On the other hand, the probability of damage of the negative pressure liquid suction pump 2 caused by the back suction of the waste liquid can be reduced.
Further, in the embodiment, the pipe orifice of the connecting pipe 5 inserted into the waste liquid collecting container 3 is located above the volume sensor 34 in the height direction, so as to prevent the liquid level from contacting the connecting pipe 5, and further prevent the waste liquid from being sucked back into the connecting pipe 5 from the waste liquid collecting container 3.
The whole using flow of the waste liquid sucking and collecting device provided by the invention is further described by combining a specific cell culture bottle liquid changing operation example as follows: referring to fig. 1 to 9, after alcohol spraying and disinfection, a cell culture bottle is placed in a biological safety cabinet 9, after a bottle cap (not shown) of the culture bottle is opened, a suction head 1 is taken down from a hanging rack 10, a suction head cap 7 is taken down, a suction nozzle 13 is inserted, the cell culture bottle extends into the liquid level, a pedal type control switch 21 is slightly stepped, a foot lifting reset switch is adopted after liquid is sucked, a suction nozzle ejection button 14 is pressed to eject the suction nozzle to a waste liquid barrel 8, the suction head 1 is reset to the hanging rack 10, and then fresh culture medium is added. After the experiment was completed, the uv disinfection was started and the level of the waste liquid collection container 3 was checked, and if the level reached the volume sensor 34, the waste liquid was emptied out of the laboratory operating room.
The waste liquid suction and collection device provided by the invention can be used for sterile operation experiments such as cell culture and the like, and can also be used for suction and collection of waste liquid generated in non-sterile operation cell experiments and other biomedical scientific research experiments. For example, in the staining experiment in cytology, such as clone formation and fluorescent staining, the operation of sucking up the fixing solution, washing solution and the like is not necessarily sterile, but it is also necessary to prevent the occurrence of suck-back, so the device of the present invention can be arranged on a common experiment table for the above experiment. For example, in molecular biology experiments such as western blotting, and the like, the device of the present invention can also be used in the operation of removing and collecting washing solutions, staining solutions, and the like. Moreover, the device can be provided with a plurality of waste liquid collecting containers with different capacities, different types of waste liquids can be collected by replacing different waste liquid collecting containers, and the waste liquid collecting containers are separately collected and classified, so that the device is beneficial to scientific management of the liquid waste in a laboratory.
