Claims (10)

1. A foldable discharge device, characterized in that it comprises:
the folding machine comprises a rack (1) and a folding mechanism, wherein the rack (1) is provided with an upper support (11), a lower support (13), at least one left upright (12) and at least one right upright (14), the left upright (12) and the right upright (14) are fixed between the upper support (11) and the lower support (13), and the left upright (12) and the right upright (14) can be folded, so that the height of the folded rack (1) can be reduced;
the two ends of the upper cross rod (22) are respectively fixed with the upper support (11), an upper sliding block (21) and an upper power driving assembly (2) are fixed on the upper cross rod (22), and the upper power driving assembly (2) can control the upper sliding block (21) to move back and forth only along the upper cross rod (22);
the two ends of the lower cross rod (62) are respectively fixed with the lower support (13), the lower cross rod (62) and the upper cross rod (22) are arranged in parallel, a lower sliding block (61) and a lower power driving assembly are fixed on the lower cross rod (62), and the lower power driving assembly can control the lower sliding block (61) to move back and forth only along the lower cross rod (62);
the top of the vertical rod (31) is fixed with the upper sliding block (21) through the upper movable joint, the bottom of the vertical rod (31) is fixed with the lower sliding block (61) through the lower movable joint, the vertical sliding block (32) and the vertical power driving assembly are fixed on the vertical rod (31), the vertical power driving assembly can control the vertical sliding block (32) to only move up and down along the vertical rod (31), and the vertical rod (31) can be obliquely arranged after the rack (1) is folded;
the unloading assembly is fixed on the vertical sliding block (32) and can bear the goods at a preset position and unload the goods at the preset position of a shelf (5) on one side of the rack (1);
and the controller is fixed on the rack (1) and is electrically connected with motors in the upper power driving assembly (2), the lower power driving assembly, the vertical power driving assembly and the unloading assembly.

A foldable unloading device as claimed in claim 1, c h a r a c t e r i z e d in that the left upright (12) consists of a first (120), a second (121), a third (122) and a fourth (123) rod arranged in sequence, the right upright (14) consists of a fifth (140), a sixth (141), a seventh (142) and an eighth (143) rod arranged in sequence, two adjacent rods are hinged by means of a movable joint (15), and each movable joint (15) is provided with a locking device (16), which locking device (16) controls the movable joint (15) to move or not move.

A foldable unloading device as claimed in claim 2, c h a r a c t e r i z e d in that after the frame (1) is folded, the second (121) and third (122) elongate rods are foldable into a parallel closed position, and the sixth (141) and seventh (142) elongate rods are foldable into a parallel closed position.
4. A foldable discharge device according to claim 2 or 3, wherein said movable joint (15) comprises:
and the L-shaped plates are provided with two plates, one ends of the two L-shaped plates are hinged together, the other ends of the two L-shaped plates are respectively fixed with the two long rods, one end of the locking device (16) is fixed with one long rod, and the other end of the locking device can be fixed with the other long rod through a screw only when the two long rods are positioned at the same straight line position.
5. A foldable discharge device according to any of claims 1-4, wherein:
the upper cross rod (22) is of a hollow structure, an opening end (83) is arranged on the upper cross rod (22), and grooves (87) are formed in two side faces of the upper cross rod (22);
the upper power driving assembly (2) comprises: a first timing pulley (86) and a second timing pulley rotatably fixed at both ends in the upper cross bar (22), respectively;
a first timing belt (85) wound around the first timing pulley (86) and the second timing pulley;
the shell of the first motor (81) is fixed with the upper cross rod (22), the rotating shaft of the first motor is fixed with the central shaft of the first synchronous pulley (86) or the second synchronous pulley, and the first motor (81) is electrically connected with the controller;
the upper sliding block (21) is provided with a convex block (84) and two sliding rails (82), the convex block (84) can be embedded into the opening end (83) of the upper cross rod (22) and is fixed with the first synchronous belt (85), and the sliding rails (82) can only move back and forth along the grooves (87) of the upper cross rod (22);
the lower cross rod (62) is of a hollow structure, the lower cross rod (62) is provided with an opening end, and two side faces of the lower cross rod (62) are provided with grooves;
the lower power drive assembly comprises: a third synchronous pulley and a fourth synchronous pulley which are respectively and rotatably fixed at two ends in the lower cross bar (62);
a second timing belt wound around the third timing pulley and the fourth timing pulley;
the shell of the second motor is fixed with the lower cross bar (62), the rotating shaft of the second motor is fixed with the central shaft of the third synchronous pulley or the fourth synchronous pulley, and the second motor is electrically connected with the controller;
the lower sliding block (61) is provided with a lug and two sliding rails, the lug can be embedded into the open end of the lower cross rod (62) and is fixed with the second synchronous belt, and the sliding rails can only move back and forth along the grooves of the lower cross rod (62);
the vertical rod (31) is of a hollow structure, the vertical rod (31) is provided with an opening end, and two side faces of the vertical rod (31) are provided with grooves;
the vertical power drive assembly comprises: a fifth synchronous belt wheel and a sixth synchronous belt wheel which are respectively and rotatably fixed at two ends in the vertical rod (31);
a third timing belt wound around the fifth timing pulley and the sixth timing pulley;
a shell of the third motor is fixed with the vertical rod (31), a rotating shaft of the third motor is fixed with a central shaft of a fifth synchronous belt wheel or a sixth synchronous belt wheel, and the third motor is electrically connected with the controller;
the vertical sliding block (32) is provided with a convex block and two sliding rails, the convex block can be embedded into the opening end of the vertical rod (31) and fixed with the third synchronous belt, and the sliding rails can only move back and forth along the grooves of the vertical rod (31).
6. A foldable discharge device according to any of claims 1-4, wherein said discharge assembly comprises:
a first speed reducer (44);
the shell of the overturning motor (43) is fixed with the shell of the first speed reducer (44), the rotating shaft of the overturning motor is fixed with the input shaft of the first speed reducer (44), and the overturning motor (43) is electrically connected with the controller;
a roll-over bracket (42) fixed to an output shaft of the first reduction gear (44);
the overturning plate (40) is fixed with the overturning bracket (42), and the overturning plate (40) can be used for containing goods;
a second reducer (46), the shell of which is fixed with the unloading frame (41), and the unloading frame (41) is fixed with the vertical slide block (32);
the shell of the swing motor (47) is fixed with the shell of the second speed reducer (46), the rotating shaft of the swing motor is fixed with the input shaft of the second speed reducer (46), and the swing motor (47) is electrically connected with the controller;
a swing lever (45) having one end fixed to an output shaft of the second reduction gear (46) and the other end fixed to a housing of the first reduction gear (44);
the swing motor (47) can drive the turnover disc (40) filled with goods to swing from the outside of the goods shelf (2) to the upper part of a preset goods box (51) through rotation, and the turnover motor (43) can unload the goods in the goods box (51) through rotation.
7. A foldable discharge device according to any of claims 1-4, wherein said upper or lower movable joint comprises:
the adjusting plate (71) is provided with an adjusting hole (711), and one end of the adjusting plate (71) is fixed with the upper sliding block (21) or the lower sliding block (61);
the adjusting column (72) is provided with a circular groove on the circumferential surface, the adjusting hole (711) is sleeved on the circular groove and can rotate by taking the adjusting column (72) as the center, and the adjusting column (72) is fixed with the vertical rod (31).
8. A foldable discharge device according to claim 7, wherein said upper or lower movable joint further comprises:
the flexible isolation column (73) is provided with a circular ring cavity and a through hole, the flexible isolation column (73) is embedded into the circular ring groove of the adjusting column (72), the adjusting hole (711) is embedded into the circular ring cavity, and the flexible isolation column (73) can isolate the adjusting plate (71) and the adjusting column (72).
9. A foldable discharge device according to any of the claims 7, wherein the adjustment hole (711) of at least one adjustment plate (71) of said upper or lower movable joint is an elongated hole, and said adjustment column (72) is movable up and down in the elongated hole.

A foldable unloading device as claimed in any one of claims 1-4, wherein there are two left upright (12) and two right upright (14), respectively, the upper support (11) and the lower support (13) are both frame-shaped, the two ends of the upper cross bar (22) are fixed to the two ends of the frame-shape of the upper support (11), respectively, and the two ends of the lower cross bar (62) are fixed to the two ends of the frame-shape of the lower support (13), respectively.
