The magnetic core means a sintered magnetic metal oxide composed of various iron oxide mixtures, which is used in coils and transformers of various electronic devices.

The processing object of the invention is a product 100 shown in fig. 4, a first magnetic core 101 is installed on the product, after the first magnetic core of the product is glued, the first magnetic core is placed on a positioning jig, a second magnetic core is clamped through a pneumatic finger, the device is started, a lifting cylinder drives a lower pressing plate to move downwards, so that the second magnetic core is abutted against the first magnetic core, then a rotating cylinder drives a rotating disc to rotate, the rotating disc can drive the second magnetic core clamped through the pneumatic finger to rotate at a certain angle, the two magnetic cores are ground mutually to ensure the laminating tightness of the two magnetic cores, after the two magnetic cores are rotated for a set number of times, the second magnetic core is aligned against the first magnetic core, then the set time is kept under the downward pressing action of the lifting cylinder, the laminating action is completed, the laminating time is accurate, and the laminating effect can be ensured; in addition, when the turntable drives the second magnetic core to grind the first magnetic core, glue on the first magnetic core can be uniformly coated, so that the glue can be uniformly coated on the bonding surface of the second magnetic core and the first magnetic core, and the bonding effect is improved. According to the invention, through the matching of the stop block and the limiting strip, the rotation angle of the turntable can be accurately limited, so that the rotation angle of the magnetic cores clamped by the pneumatic fingers is ensured, the pair of magnetic cores is prevented from excessively rotating in the mutual grinding process, the action accuracy can be improved, and the product quality is improved; the bonding effect between the magnetic cores is guaranteed through the pressing effect of the lifting air cylinder, and the product quality is improved.
