After adopting the structure, the rotary tank washing machine provided by the invention at least has the following beneficial effects:
1. by arranging the rotary tank washing machine, the tank bottles conveyed to the cleaning line are firstly cleaned for the first time through the first cleaning line in the advancing process, then the advancing direction of the tank bottles is changed through the first indexing mechanism, so that the tank bottles are conveyed to the second cleaning line for the second time of cleaning, then the advancing direction of the tank bottles is changed for the second time through the second indexing mechanism, and the tank bottles enter the third cleaning line for the final cleaning; first cleaning line, second cleaning line and third cleaning line are parallel arrangement to change the jar bottle trend through indexing mechanism, can make full use of space carry out the setting of cleaning line, increase the washing dynamics and the cleaning efficiency to the jar bottle.
2. Through setting up rotation belt cleaning device, when the jar bottle that has more attachment gets into first cleaning line through the track and washs for the first time to when rotating the belt cleaning device below, the track stops the operation temporarily, rotation belt cleaning device drops, accommodation space between in first rotation brush and the second rotation brush makes the lateral wall of jar bottle get into, and after jar bottle lateral wall fully got into accommodation space, the gasbag began to aerify and expands for first rotation brush and second rotation brush can fully laminate the outer wall and the inner wall of jar bottle, and because the second rotation brush sets up first rotation brush inner chamber, first rotation brush and second rotation brush disalignment set up, so first rotation brush and second rotation brush can not the different speed or not equidirectional rotation when rotating clean, prevent that jar bottle from reducing cleaning degree along with the rotation of rotation brush.
3. Through setting up the response contact on the transmission track, be provided with a plurality of response contact on the transmission track, when the jar bottle is not through the response contact, the water jet of response contact department does not carry out water spray cleaning or carries out the water spray of less flow, when the jar bottle is gradually through the response contact, the outer wall of jar bottle touches gradually and pushes away when pressing down the response contact, the movable stopper is pushed away outwards, rivers crescent gets into in the water jet, when the jar bottle is located fully to press on the response contact, rivers also reach the biggest this moment, can fully spray the cleaning to the jar bottle, when the jar bottle moves away, rivers weaken gradually, consequently, vacancy between two jar bottles can not or have less rivers to spray, can reach the effect of water conservation like this, reduce the cleaning cost.
Fourth, through setting up first beat is sent a jar carousel and a jar carousel device is sent to second beat, can make the jar bottle that the transmission track sent to go into one by one and hold the intracavity earlier, dials into or dial out by dialling a jar manipulator again, avoids the beat mistake to lead to too many jar bottles to be conveyed on the indexing mechanism and the pile that arouses.
