s30, spraying a sol solution to the release paper transfer sticker passing through the first upper back roller 352 by the spray pipe 36 right above the second container 372 to further dissolve the glue not covered by the pattern, meanwhile, dissolving and scrubbing the glue on the surface of the release paper transfer sticker by the soft roller brush, absorbing a mixed solution of partial dissolved glue and the sol solution by the absorbent cotton roller, and repeating the steps for many times to remove most of the glue on the surface of the release paper transfer sticker;
s40, enabling the release paper transfer sticker output from the first upper rear roller 352 to pass through a gap space between the first upper rear roller 352 and the second upper front roller 353, wherein the gap space forms a water-oil isolation platform so as to drop and remove a mixed solution of residual glue and a dissolved glue of the release paper transfer sticker under the action of gravity;
s50, when the release paper transfer printing paste output from the water-oil isolation platform passes through the second upper front roller 353, the spray pipe 36 right above the third container 373 sprays oil-removing glue solution to the release paper transfer printing paste passing through the second upper front roller 353, meanwhile, the soft roller brush brushes the mixed solution of the glue and the glue solution remained on the surface of the release paper transfer printing paste, the absorbent cotton roller sucks the mixed solution of the glue, the glue solution and the oil-removing glue, and the steps are repeated for many times, so that the glue on the surface of the release paper transfer printing paste is completely dissolved;
s60, when the release paper transfer sticker output from the second upper front roller 353 passes through the second upper rear roller 354, the spray pipe 36 directly above the fourth container 374 sprays clear water to the release paper transfer sticker passing through the second upper rear roller 354, meanwhile, the soft roller brush scrubs the residue on the surface of the release paper transfer sticker, the absorbent cotton roller absorbs the cleaning solution, and the glue on the surface of the release paper transfer sticker is removed after the above process is repeated for many times;
s70, when the transfer paste of release paper outputted from the second upper back roller 354 passes through the release paper output platform 4, the heating box directly above the release paper output platform 4 dries the transfer paste of release paper, so that the dry transfer paste of release paper is outputted from the release paper output platform 4.
In conclusion, the cleaning device and the cleaning method for the printing glue on the surface of the release paper transfer printing paste provided by the embodiment can completely remove the glue on the surface of the release paper transfer printing paste in a full-automatic and high-efficiency manner, meet the production requirements of continuity and large batch, and can greatly improve the production efficiency and save the cost.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the preferred embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes may be made and equivalents may be substituted without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims. The techniques, shapes, and configurations not described in detail in the present invention are all known techniques.

Claims (10)

1. A cleaning device for surface printing glue of a release paper transfer sticker is characterized by comprising a rack (1), a release paper input platform (2), a glue removing unit (3), a release paper output platform (4), a dryer (5) and a control system, wherein the release paper input platform (2) is arranged on the upper side of the front end of the rack (1), the release paper output platform (4) is arranged on the upper side of the rear end of the rack (1), the glue removing unit (3) is arranged in the center of the rack (1), and two ends of the glue removing unit are connected with the release paper input platform (2) and the release paper output platform (4);
the glue removing unit (3) comprises a mounting groove (31), a first servo device (32), a lower transmission roller assembly (33), a second servo device (34), a first upper roller assembly, a second upper roller assembly, a spray pipe (36) and a plurality of liquid storage containers, the mounting groove (31) comprises a bottom box and side boxes fixedly arranged on two sides of the bottom box, the lower transmission roller assembly (33) comprises a plurality of lower transmission rollers which are arranged in parallel at intervals and are in transmission connection, two ends of each lower transmission roller respectively and rotatably extend into the lower part of one side box, the first servo device (32) is in transmission connection with a driving roller of the lower transmission roller assembly (33), the first upper roller assembly and the second upper roller assembly are respectively arranged on the front side and the rear side right above the lower transmission roller assembly (33), the two ends of the first upper roller assembly and the second upper roller assembly can rotatably extend into the upper parts of the side boxes and are driven by the second servo device (34), the spray pipes (36) comprise a plurality of spray pipes (36) which are independently arranged and are positioned right above the first upper roller assembly and the second upper roller assembly, the spray pipes (36) are provided with spray holes for spraying solution right below, liquid storage containers which correspond to the spray pipes (36) one by one are arranged below the bottom box, a funnel (39) used for receiving a solvent sprayed by the spray pipes (36) corresponding to the liquid storage containers is arranged at the liquid inlet end of each liquid storage container, liquid discharge holes which are right opposite to the funnel (39) up and down are formed in the bottom box, and a pump used for supplying liquid to the corresponding spray pipes (36) is arranged in each liquid storage container;
the dryer (5) comprises an air inlet component and a heating box arranged right above the release paper output platform (4), the air inlet end of the heating box is communicated with the air inlet component, and the air outlet end of the heating box is arranged facing the material conveying surface of the release paper output platform (4);
the first servo device (32), the pump and the dryer (5) are controlled by a control system to operate.

The cleaning device for printing glue on the surface of the release paper transfer sticker according to claim 1, characterized in that the first upper roll component comprises a first upper front roll (351) and a first upper rear roll (352) which are arranged in sequence from front to back, the first upper front roller (351) comprises a plurality of upper transmission rollers which are arranged in parallel at intervals and are in transmission connection, the first upper back roller (352) comprises a plurality of roller combinations which are arranged in sequence, the roller combinations comprise a soft roller brush and a liquid absorption cotton roller which are arranged in sequence from front to back, the liquid storage container comprises a first container (371) and a second container (372), the first container (371) corresponds to the first upper front roller (351) up and down, the second container (372) corresponds to the first upper rear roller (352) up and down, and a first partition plate (381) located right below the junction of the first upper front roller (351) and the first upper rear roller (352) is arranged in the bottom box.

The cleaning device for printing glue on the surface of the release paper transfer sticker according to claim 2, wherein the solution ratio in the first container (371) and the solution ratio in the second container (372) are both: 80 parts of hydrocarbon solution, 10 parts of surfactant and 10 parts of penetrant.

The cleaning device for printing glue on the surface of the release paper transfer sticker according to claim 3, wherein the second upper roller assembly comprises a second upper front roller (353) and a second upper rear roller (354) which are sequentially arranged in front and back, each of the second upper front roller (353) and the second upper rear roller (354) comprises a plurality of sequentially arranged roller combinations, each roller combination comprises a soft roller brush and a liquid absorption cotton roller which are sequentially arranged from front to back, the liquid storage container further comprises a third container (373) and a fourth container (374), the third container (373) corresponds to the second upper front roller (353) up and down, the fourth container (374) corresponds to the second upper rear roller (354) up and down, and a second partition plate (382) which is positioned right below the junction of the second upper front roller (353) and the second upper rear roller (354) is arranged in the bottom box.
5. The cleaning device for printing glue on the surface of the release paper transfer sticker according to claim 4, wherein the solution ratio in the third container (373) is 100 parts of clear water, 10 parts of glue and oil removing powder or 10 parts of industrial detergent.
6. The cleaning device for printing glue on the surface of a release paper transfer sticker according to claim 4, wherein the solution in the fourth container (374) is clear water.
7. The cleaning device for printing glue on the surface of the release paper transfer sticker according to claim 4, wherein heaters are installed in the first container (371), the second container (372), the third container (373), and the fourth container (374).
8. A cleaning device for surface printing glue on release paper transfer sheets according to claim 1, characterised in that the release paper input platform (2) and the release paper output platform (4) each comprise a conveyor belt and a belt drive roller, both driven by a first servo device (32).
9. The cleaning device for the printing glue on the surface of the release paper transfer sticker according to claim 1, wherein the release paper transfer sticker is a double-plastic single-silicon release paper.
10. A cleaning method for printing glue on the surface of a transfer printing sticker of release paper is characterized by comprising the following steps:
s10, conveying the semi-finished transfer paste formed after the surface of the release paper is coated with glue and printed with patterns to a position between the first upper roller assembly and the lower transmission roller assembly (33) through the release paper input platform (2) to start transmission;
s20, spraying a sol solution to the release paper transfer paste passing through the first upper front roller (351) by a spray pipe (36) right above the first container (371) to dissolve the glue not covered by the pattern, and merging the dissolved glue solution and the mixed solution of the sol solution into the first container (371) for reuse;
s30, spraying a sol solution to the release paper transfer sticker passing through the first upper back roller (352) by a spray pipe (36) right above the second container (372) to further dissolve the glue not covered by the pattern, simultaneously, dissolving and scrubbing the glue on the surface of the release paper transfer sticker by a soft roller brush, absorbing a mixed solution of partial dissolved glue and the sol solution by a water absorbing cotton roller, repeating the steps for many times, and removing most of the glue on the surface of the release paper transfer sticker;
s40, enabling the release paper transfer sticker output from the first upper rear roller (352) to pass through a gap space between the first upper rear roller (352) and the second upper front roller (353), wherein the gap space forms a water-oil isolation platform so as to drop and remove mixed liquid of glue and sol liquid remained on the release paper transfer sticker under the action of gravity;
s50, when the release paper transfer printing paste output from the water-oil isolation platform passes through the second upper front roller (353), spraying oil and glue removal liquid to the release paper transfer printing paste passing through the second upper front roller (353) by a spray pipe (36) right above a third container (373), simultaneously brushing mixed liquid of glue and glue solution remained on the surface of the release paper transfer printing paste by a soft roller brush, sucking the mixed liquid of the glue, the glue solution and the oil and glue removal by a water absorption cotton roller, repeating the steps for many times, and dissolving all the glue on the surface of the release paper transfer printing paste;
s60, when the release paper transfer sticker output from the second upper front roller (353) passes through the second upper rear roller (354), spraying clear water to the release paper transfer sticker passing through the second upper rear roller (354) through a spray pipe (36) right above a fourth container (374), meanwhile, brushing residues on the surface of the release paper transfer sticker through a soft roller brush, absorbing cleaning liquid through a water absorbing cotton roller, repeating the steps for multiple times, and removing glue on the surface of the release paper transfer sticker;
s70, when the release paper transfer paste output from the second upper back roller (354) passes through the release paper output platform (4), the heating box right above the release paper output platform (4) dries the release paper transfer paste, so that the release paper output platform (4) outputs the dried release paper transfer paste.
