A cleaning and drying machine for a backlight plate of a mobile phone is characterized by comprising a machine base; the machine base is sequentially provided with a feeding conveying device for conveying the mobile phone backlight plate, a cleaning device for receiving the mobile phone backlight plate conveyed by the feeding conveying device and cleaning in multiple processes, and a discharging conveying device for receiving and conveying the mobile phone backlight plate cleaned in multiple processes;
the machine base is also provided with an air knife drying device for air-drying the mobile phone backlight plate on the discharging conveying device and a hot air dryer for drying the air-dried mobile phone backlight plate;
and the machine base is also provided with a circulating water supply device which is used for supplying water to the cleaning device and collecting waste water generated by the cleaning device.

The cleaning and drying machine for the backlight plate of the mobile phone as claimed in claim 1, wherein the air knife drying device comprises a heater, a fan, an air knife fixing seat and a plurality of industrial air knives; the heater and the fan are fixedly connected inside the base, the industrial air knives are fixedly connected to the air knife fixing base, the air inlet end of the heater is connected with the air outlet of the fan through an air guide pipe, and each industrial air knife is connected with the air outlet end of the heater through a ventilation pipe;
the discharging and conveying device penetrates through the air knife fixing seat, and the industrial air knives are all located above the discharging and conveying device.
3. The cleaning and drying machine for the backlight plate of the mobile phone as claimed in claim 2, wherein the discharge conveyor is a roller conveyor.

The cleaning and drying machine for the backlight board of the mobile phone as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cleaning device comprises a rough cleaning part, a fine cleaning part, a rinsing part, a plurality of driving roller sets and a plurality of bristle roller sets, each driving roller set is composed of two driving rollers, each bristle roller set is composed of two bristle rollers, and the plurality of driving roller sets and the plurality of bristle roller sets are staggered and horizontally arranged to form a roller set conveying belt for conveying the backlight board of the mobile phone;

The cleaning and drying machine for the backlight plate of the mobile phone as claimed in claim 5, wherein the circulating water supply device further comprises a rough washing filter, a fine washing filter and a rinsing filter, wherein the inlet end of the rough washing filter, the inlet end of the fine washing filter and the inlet end of the rinsing filter are respectively provided with a flow guide funnel, the water outlet end of the rough washing filter faces the rough washing hot water tank, the water outlet end of the fine washing filter faces the fine washing hot water tank, and the water outlet end of the rinsing filter faces the rinsing hot water tank.

The cleaning and drying machine for the backlight plate of the mobile phone as claimed in claim 4, wherein the cleaning device further comprises a water absorption part and a water absorption roller set, the water absorption part is arranged on one discharging side of the cleaning device, the water absorption roller set comprises a first water absorption roller and a power rubber roller, a plurality of water absorption roller sets are horizontally arrayed to form a water absorption conveying belt, and the water absorption conveying belt is arranged inside the water absorption part.

The cleaning and drying machine for the backlight plate of the mobile phone as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9, further comprising an electric cabinet, wherein the electric cabinet is fixedly installed in the machine base, and the feeding and conveying device, the discharging and conveying device, the cleaning device, the air knife drying device, the hot air drying machine and the circulating water supply device are electrically connected with the electric cabinet.
