if the seaweed or ingredients on the seaweed are adhered to the surface of the conveying belt 4 during baking, the seaweed stops being placed, the conveying motor 5 drives the conveying belt 4 to rotate, the cleaning mechanism 7 and the residue prevention mechanism can be utilized to clean the conveying belt 4, the cleaning environment of the seaweed is prevented from being polluted, the production qualification rate is improved, in the cleaning process, the infusion pump 706 is started to convey the cleaning liquid stored in the cleaning liquid storage tank 705 to the liquid separation tank 707, the cleaning liquid is sprayed to the surface of the conveying belt 4 by the high-pressure spray head 708, when the conveying belt 4 moves forwards, the conveying belt 4 and the sprayed cleaning liquid are cleaned by the scraper 801, then the hot water in the water storage tank 603 is conveyed to the inside of the transverse pipe by the water pump 701, the hot water is sprayed to the surface of the conveying belt 4 by the oblique water spray nozzle 703 to flush the conveying belt 4, impurities and cleaning liquid are prevented from remaining on the surface of the conveying belt 4, then the water scraping plate 804 and the water absorption cotton 805 play a role in cleaning the conveying belt 4, sprayed water and the impurities are removed, the situation that water stains remained on the surface of the conveying belt 4 drip down to pollute the working environment and affect normal sterile baking of the sea sedge is avoided, the water stains can flow downwards to the inside of the collecting box 802 along the guide plate 803, and sewage generated by cleaning drips into the inside of the collecting box 802;
the sewage generated by cleaning needs to be filtered by the filtering and isolating mechanism 9, so that the impurities contained in the sewage are prevented from being directly discharged outwards, bacteria are easy to breed in the discharging pipeline, the bacteria can influence the aseptic baking of the sea sedge products, the qualified rate of the production of the sea sedge products is further reduced, the sewage is discharged from the inside of the collecting box 802 to the inside of the filtering and isolating box 902 through the drain pipe 901, and directly falls to the surface of the rotating blade 905 when the sewage is discharged, the rotating blade 905 plays a role in pressing downwards, the rotating blade 905 and the movable shaft 904 rotate in the filtering and isolating box 902, the sewage falls to the surface of the inclined filter plate 903, the inclined filter plate 903 filters the sewage, the impurities remained in the sewage are left on the surface of the inclined filter plate 903, the impurities on the surface of the inclined filter plate 903 can be stirred downwards when the rotating blade 905 rotates, and the problem that the impurities generated by filtering can block the inclined filter plate 903 to cause the sewage to be incapable of normal, thereby discharging the impurities from the discharge port 906 to the inside of the catch tank 907.
