Wherein the control group is fed with basal diet, the macleaya cordata alkali group is fed with basal diet +10 ml/group of macleaya cordata alkali oral liquid, and the macleaya cordata oleyl alkali group is fed with basal diet +10 ml/group of macleaya cordata oleyl alkali oral liquid. According to conventional feeding management, the feeding environment and the feeding management mode of each group are consistent, free feeding and free drinking water are realized in the whole period, the cleanness and sanitation in the chicken house are kept, good ventilation is realized, the chicken house is disinfected regularly, and the macleaya cordata alkali oral liquid are added into the drinking water to enable the chicken house to feed freely.
1.2 Experimental indices
The initial weight of the test chicken is weighed on the day of the beginning of the normal test period (10 days old), the test chicken is weighed on an empty stomach in the morning of 15d and 30d after the test is started, and the total weight and the average weight of the weight gain of each period of each repetition are recorded.
1.3 results of the experiment
The effect of the oral liquid on the weight of the three-yellow hybrid broiler is shown in table 1.
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0003029534610000111
According to the experimental results, compared with a control group, the daily gain weight of the bred three-yellow hybrid broiler chickens of 10-30 days old is improved, and the average weight gain of the macleaya cordata alkali oral liquid group is improved by 271g compared with the control group at 20 days; the average weight gain of the macleaya cordata oleifera oral liquid group is increased by 406g compared with that of a control group, and the average weight gain of the macleaya cordata oleifera oral liquid group is increased by 135g compared with that of the macleaya cordata oleifera oral liquid group; the average weight gain of the macleaya cordata alkali oral liquid group is increased by 233g compared with that of the control group at 30d, the average weight gain of the macleaya cordata oleyl alkali oral liquid group is increased by 370g compared with that of the control group, and the average weight gain of the macleaya cordata alkali oral liquid group is increased by 137g compared with that of the macleaya cordata alkali oral liquid group.
Second, acute toxicity test
1. Material
1.1 Experimental animals: 20 clean-grade healthy Wistar rats weighing 180-.
1.2 test drugs: the macleaya cordata growth promoting oral liquid prepared by the method of example 1 is a test liquid.
2. Experimental methods
According to the 'guiding principle of veterinary drug acute toxicity test', 20 clean-grade healthy Wistar rats are taken and separately raised (5 rats per cage), after fasting for 12 hours, the Wistar rats are respectively weighed, numbered and orally administered, and the LD of the macleaya cordata oral liquid for orally infecting the Wistar rats is measured by adopting a maximum dose method50The contamination was stopped when the oral contamination dose of the rats reached or exceeded 5g/kg b.w. When the contamination dose of the pre-experimental rats reaches more than 5g/kg b.w, the rats all survive. According to the maximum contamination dose of 5g/kg b.w of preliminary experiment, contamination is carried out, and LD is determined50The observation continued for 14 days after the end of the last infection, and the rats were observed and recorded for clinical symptoms and death. During the observation period rats had free access to food and water. At the end of the observation period all surviving rats were sacrificed and examined for ocular pathology.
3. Results of the experiment
All rats in the observation period showed normal clinical manifestations, no obvious neurological symptoms, no abnormal skin fur, normal food intake, drinking water, defecation and the like, and 20 rats survived by the end of the observation period. No obvious pathological changes were observed in the eye when the live rats were examined by dissection. The result shows that the macleaya cordata oral liquid is toxic LD for rats through mouth50More than 5g/kg b.w, is very safe.
The experiments show that the oral liquid obtained by matching the macleaya cordata leaf and stem extract and the macleaya cordata fruit extract has the advantages of synergistic effect, obvious growth promoting effect, no toxic or side residue after use, safety, reliability, convenient use, wide application range, obvious curative effect and quick response, and meets the medication requirements for producing pollution-free animal products and green animal products.
