The cigar moisture regain fermentation system of claim 1, wherein the movable spray bar further comprises a cigarette end spray bar, a cigarette middle spray bar and a cigarette end spray bar, the spraying pieces are arranged on the cigarette end spray bar, the cigarette middle spray bar and the cigarette end spray bar, one end of the cigarette middle spray bar and one end of the cigarette end spray bar are connected with the movable portion in a cantilever mode through the spray bars, the cigarette end spray bar is arranged close to the working platform, the cigarette end spray bar is arranged far away from the working platform, the cigarette middle spray bar is arranged between the cigarette end spray bar and the cigarette end spray bar, the cigarette middle spray bar and the cigarette end spray bar rotate around the movable portion in a state driven by the first driving piece.
3. The cigar conditioning fermentation system of claim 2, wherein the butt boom, the mid-plume boom and the tail-plume boom are evenly distributed about the active portion.

The cigar conditioning fermentation system according to claim 2, wherein said spray member on said butt spray bar is disposed away from said movable portion, said spray member on said tail spray bar is disposed proximate to said movable portion, and said spray member on said mid-cigarette spray bar is disposed between said spray member on said butt spray bar and said spray member on said tail spray bar.
5. The cigar conditioning fermentation system of claim 1, wherein there are three of said sealing enclosures, three of said sealing enclosures enclosing said fermentation space, all three of said sealing enclosures being connected to and uniformly centered about said detection exchanger.
