Abstract
本发明属于兽用饲料添加剂领域,具体公开一种高效改善酸化剂功能的组合物及其制备方法。以总质量份数之和为100份计,组合物的组成为:偏硅酸钠5‑10份、精氨酸5‑10份、甲酸铵10‑15份、乙酸铵10‑15份、吐温15‑30份、甘油6‑10份、甘草查而酮A 2‑5份,余量为水。本发明提出的组合物为一种弱碱性缓冲体系,当该组合物与酸化剂按1∶15‑30比例混合后即可较大幅度提高酸化剂的缓冲能力,同时甘草查而酮A的应用,可大幅度提高普通酸化剂的防病功能,使普通酸化剂抗菌、抗病毒、提升免疫力的功效大幅度增强;在本发明申请之前,目前尚无该类技术报道。

技术领域
本发明属于兽用饲料添加剂领域,具体涉及一种高效改善酸化剂功能的组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
生猪和家禽的集约化养殖过程中,因为对综合养殖效益的极限追求,导致高密度、富营养的养殖模式。在这种环境下,动物缺少运动,摄入单一的高蛋白日粮造成动物的亚健康状态,常表现为消化道炎症、消化功能障碍、精神不振进而采食下降,导致生产性能降低。且一旦有病原微生物引入,极易通过饮水传播造成更严重的损失。因此人们发明了酸化剂,在饮水中长期添加,一方面减少饮水中病原微生物的数量,另一方面有机酸可提高动物的采食量,改善幼龄动物胃酸分泌不足的特点,降低饲料的系酸率。
常见的有机酸化剂多由甲酸、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸、乳酸、柠檬酸等组成,具有高效的抑菌效果,并且对提高动物的生产性能以及改善幼龄动物腹泻有较好的效果。但是这种酸化剂存在的问题是:小分子的有机酸在开放环境中易挥发,且缓冲能力有限,当稀释1000倍以上时pH经常会快速升高,达不到应有的抑菌效果。且当饮水线中存在有机质较多时,效果更差。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的缺陷与不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种高效改善酸化剂功能的组合物及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种高效改善酸化剂功能的组合物,以总质量份数之和为100份计,组合物的组成为:偏硅酸钠5-10份、精氨酸 5-10份、甲酸铵10-15份、乙酸铵10-15份、吐温15-30份、甘油6-10份、甘草查而酮A 2-5份,余量为水。
较好地,所述吐温为吐温60。
所述的高效改善酸化剂功能的组合物的制备方法:把偏硅酸钠和精氨酸用水溶解,加入甘油搅拌均匀,再加入甘草查而酮A搅拌至溶解,加入吐温搅拌均匀,再加入甲酸铵、乙酸铵搅拌至溶解均匀即可。

实施例1-4
一种高效改善酸化剂功能的组合物,以质量份计,组合物的组成如表1所示。
实施例1-4的制备方法:把偏硅酸钠和精氨酸用水溶解,加入甘油搅拌均匀,再加入甘草查而酮A搅拌至溶解,加入吐温60搅拌均匀,再加入甲酸铵、乙酸铵搅拌至溶解均匀即可。
对复合酸化剂缓冲能力的影响验证
将实施例2制备所得组合物按不同比例与复合酸化剂复配,复配后缓冲能力的变化如表2,所述复合酸化剂的组成为(重量百分比):甲酸36%、乙酸20%、丙酸10%、丁酸5%、柠檬酸5%,余量为水。
稀释相同倍数,pH值变化越小,缓冲能力越强,由表2可见:当组合物与酸化剂按1∶15-1∶30范围配比,均可有效改善普通酸化剂的缓冲能力。
对复合酸化剂抗病、抗病毒能力的影响
1 试验目的
验证本发明实施例2制备所得组合物对断奶仔猪发生腹泻的预防效果。
2试验方法
2.1试验材料
试验动物:21日龄断奶三元杂交仔猪30栏。
饲料:使用养殖场自配全价料,配方如表3。
2.2试验分组及统计方法
按猪舍走向10栏为1组,分别为空白对照组、阳性对照组、本发明组,各组用药方法见表5。

2.3 观察指标
腹泻率=试验30天内发生腹泻的仔猪头数/组内总头数;
30天内日均增重=试验结束时均重/试验开始时均重;
死亡率=试验过程中死亡头数/组内总头数*100%。
2.4试验结果
各组试验结果见下表6。
2.7 小结及分析
按1∶20的重量比把本发明组合物与普通复合酸化剂复配后,按比例将1L复配酸化剂添加入1吨断奶仔猪的饮水中自由饮用,可有效降低断奶仔猪的腹泻率,并提高日增重,降低死亡率。产生以上效果的原因,一方面是通过降低饮水pH值从而减少饮水中病原微生物的数量,减少感染发病的几率;另一方面不断摄入本品中微量的甘草查而酮A而使动物在优化生理机能的基础上具备更好的免疫机能,表现出优秀的抗炎、抗病毒能力。

1.一种高效改善酸化剂功能的组合物,其特征在于,以总质量份数之和为100份计,组合物的组成为:偏硅酸钠5-10份、精氨酸 5-10份、甲酸铵10-15份、乙酸铵10-15份、吐温15-30份、甘油6-10份、甘草查而酮A 2-5份,余量为水。
2.如权利要求1所述的高效改善酸化剂功能的组合物,其特征在于:所述吐温为吐温60。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的高效改善酸化剂功能的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于:把偏硅酸钠和精氨酸用水溶解,加入甘油搅拌均匀,再加入甘草查而酮A搅拌至溶解,加入吐温搅拌均匀,再加入甲酸铵、乙酸铵搅拌至溶解均匀即可。
