Description

African snail trapping box and application method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of environmental protection, and particularly relates to an African snail trapping box and an application method thereof.
Background
The African snail, also called Babylonia, is an Agate snail belonging to the class gastropoda. Is a famous agricultural pest and one of the first 16 species invading China. The food of the rice is widely distributed in the south of China because of the miscellaneous eating, strong adaptability and high propagation rate, and the food comprises crops, woods, fruit trees, vegetables, flowers and other plants. Because of its beautiful appearance, the snail meat is edible and easy to cultivate, in recent years, the breeding is conducted in different degrees throughout the country. However, the species can be infinitely propagated after entering the nature due to limited control of the culture place, and the species become nuisance biological species in China.
At present, related departments in China organize manpower and material resources, and the species is subjected to scale killing for many times. In the prior art, biological control and pesticide killing are widely used at present. Due to high biological control cost and very few applications, chemical pesticides are commonly used for control. Firstly, spraying a molluscicide HL-658 with higher biocidal activity or organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides, wherein after spraying, the pesticide has a certain poisoning effect on mollusks, but also kills organisms beneficial to soil, and the pesticide is highly toxic and becomes a key detection variety of pesticide residues in current vegetables; secondly, the pesticide poly-acetaldehyde is adopted to prepare poison bait, and the poison bait is scattered in the field in the evening, so that the snail body can be eaten in a short time to poison and die, but the poly-acetaldehyde is commonly used as solid fuel, the toxicity is classified as high toxicity, especially the pollution of the chemical pesticide residue to water, and the application of the chemical pesticide not only causes environmental pollution to living areas closely concerned by people in parks, orchards, courtyards, vegetable fields and the like, but also can easily form the multiplication, breeding and propagation of various biological saprophytic bacteria under the condition of inconvenient collection and treatment, so that people and livestock are infected with the bacterial toxin. Meanwhile, the chemical pesticide has a plurality of defects in the application of the chemical pesticide and the combined extinguishment of beneficial organisms such as earthworms and the like, and the ecological balance of the area is lost within a certain time.
In recent years, people have explored to trap and kill the living things harmlessly, and the environment-friendly, effective and portable special equipment which is safe and applicable is not seen in the market, and the living things have night and day, so that the local areas in China are out of limit due to difficult prevention effect, and are flooded. There is a great need for a formulation and special delivery device or facility that is low in toxicity and easy to carry and deliver.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the serious harm to the malignant propagation of the African snails in China at present, the market lacks an effective control method and special equipment, the adopted shikima is a magnoliaceae plant, also called a poison mouse drug, branches, leaves, roots and fruits of the shikima are used in the south of Yangtze river of China, and the shikima is ground into powder for poison mice and poison fish after being dried; the seed of henbane is seed of henbane belonging to genus henbane of family Solanaceae, contains multiple alkaloids, and can be widely used as central nervous system inhibitor in medicine, and is prepared from the above common toxic plant, sweet and fragrant common food materials such as rice crust powder, potato powder, candied date powder, orange peel, stir-baked wheat bran, etc. by selecting materials, drying, crushing, mixing with talcum powder and mildew inhibitor, making into portable bait, and placing at two ends of trapping box made of sheet metal to trap African snail without damaging environment.
The invention is realized in the following way:
a snail trapping box for African is composed of medicinal materials, foodstuff, filler and loading box. The fragrant and fragrant food is selected as an attractant, the common toxic Chinese herbal medicine is mixed as a gastric toxicant, the medicine granule bait is prepared by compounding, and the medicine granule bait is packed and trapped, so that safety guarantee is provided for agricultural production and landscaping to avoid snail hazard.
The invention selects the raw materials and effectively kills snails, and has the following action mechanism:
the shikimic acid is aromatic toxic plant, and its leaves and fruits contain aromatic oil, wherein the shikimic acid has high content of neurotoxicity. It is used for killing mice and fish by mixing with rice.
The seed of the plant henbane seed of the Solanaceae contains hyoscyamine, henbane amine, atropine and the like, is a toxic plant, is collected by farmers frequently and is used for preparing soil pesticides, and is used for poisoning and killing birds and mountain-field animals, and is commonly used as a central nervous system inhibitor in medicines, wherein the pharmacological action of the seed is hypnotizing, dizziness and unconsciousness are caused for animals;
pericarpium Citri Tangerinae is dried mature pericarp of Citrus reticulata Blanco of Rutaceae, contains aromatic volatile oil, and is a common Chinese medicinal material. The taste is that snails like and smell is that of mice and earthworms, and people living in home often get to avoid mice and cockroaches.
Wheat bran left after wheat processing flour, after stir-frying, and indica rice crust powder, potato dry powder and candied date powder are sweet and fragrant food materials, and have good taste.
Sodium propionate is a commonly used mildew inhibitor in feed, and has the effects of preventing the feed from mildew or prolonging the shelf life of the feed.
Talcum powder is a powder prepared by crushing natural talcum, and the main component of talcum powder is hydrous magnesium silicate, and is used as an additive in the medicine and food industries, and has the characteristics of no smell, strong cohesiveness and the like.
Aiming at the african big snails frequently seen in the daily life of people, the invention practically selects the raw materials according to the characteristic habits of the people and takes the dosage into consideration. The ingredients comprise parched wheat bran, fragrant and sweet candied date powder, indica rice crust powder and potato dry powder as attractants; using shikim and henbane as stomach toxin agent; the auxiliary mildew inhibitor sodium propionate is used for slowly releasing volatile matters, so that the attractant and the gastric toxic agent have longer effective period, and the crushed powder is added with cheap talcum powder as a filler to prepare the fragrant granule by mechanical mixing and stirring. Due to the high fineness of the powder, and the blending of the natural talcum and the mildew inhibitor, the bait particles are partially fused to limit the volatile matters which are in fragrance, so that the quality guarantee period and trapping effect of the bait are safely and effectively prolonged.
The granular material is contained at the bottom of a cuboid metal box with two communicated ends, the two ends of the upper part and the two ends of the bottom of the box body are respectively rolled outwards and inwards, the outwards rolled outwards is rain-proof, the inwards rolled inwards is bait sliding and induced into the bait to escape, and the top and the bottom of the box cover are flat and nonporous, so that the granular material is placed on the ground where snails occur according to the smell characteristics of the African big snails, namely the happiness masking characteristics, and a small amount of grass leaves for daily use are slightly covered on the box body.
When snails pass through the box body within 15 meters, the snails can be trapped by a proper amount of fragrance escaping from the bait in the box. When the snail passes through the elastic racks arranged at the two ends of the box body, the snail can smoothly walk into the snail inducing box when the snail runs to the end of the rack, and the gravity of the snail makes the rack inwards incline or bend. Snails entering the box will find food when they contact the bait particles.
According to the size and the food intake of snail bodies, after snails eat a certain amount of bait particles, the medicine in the bait particles is absorbed through the snail esophagus, and then the snails show cognition consciousness to generate blurring, the head swings left and right, the movement is abnormal, the snails do not eat any more, and the snails then perform degenerative peristalsis. After 3-5 minutes, the snail initially takes on the body to shrink into the screw body, and the screw is self-sealed and dormant. After 5-6 hours, the snail is started to act as a resuscitation. The snails, which are peristaltic again, do not ingest any more, are slow to move and slow to activate.
When the sliding rack moves to the tooth edges obliquely erected inwards at the two ends of the box, the sliding rack is blocked by the rack which is upwards and automatically erected by the elasticity, so that the sliding rack is difficult to climb over the box body.
After the operation personnel collect the bait in the next day, the bait can be thrown again after the bait is slightly cleaned, and the bait is placed for continuous attraction until the bait is killed.
The African snail has strong species adaptability, is edible and miscellaneous, has social property and great harm. Is a medium-large land shell snail. The length of the spiral shell is generally 7-8 cm. The food quantity is large, the growth and propagation are fast, the stems, leaves or roots of the plants are crushed by using the contusion-shaped tissue on the tongue of the snail, and various plants such as herbaceous plants, woody plants, vines and the like can be endangered. Even the branches and leaves of the plants can be eaten. Even the residual food tends to leave a mucous contamination during the creeping. The hermaphrodite and the variant mate, spawning is carried out 3-4 times, 150-300 eggs are laid each time, and only 5 months are needed from hatching to screw sexual maturity. The life of the screw is long, generally 5-6 years, and the maximum time can reach 9 years. Not only is a regional and destructive hazard to green crops often, but also a plurality of intermediate hosts of human and animal parasites and pathogenic bacteria, especially the transmitted tuberculosis and meningitis, are listed in the first foreign invasive species list in China, and are the second type of quarantine pests entering and exiting China.
The African snail is difficult to control, is extremely sensitive to the environment and has hidden property of daytime and nocturnal emission. The night food is ingested after the night, and the night food returns to the original place before sunrise and is photophobia hidden after the night food is ingested in the dark. When the temperature and the humidity are met and the environment is not appropriate, not only foods with a pungent taste are refused to eat, but also the body is retracted into the screw shell and mucus is secreted, so that a protective film is formed to seal the shell opening to resist interference. And after the environment is changed, the activity is performed. Thus bringing great difficulty to the control of common pesticides. At present, in order to prevent and treat the intractable agricultural pests, except for digging a ditch, arranging a separation belt and protecting natural enemies from agricultural prevention and treatment, a main widely adopted prevention and treatment method is to spray chemical pesticides when the snails come out and move in the evening so as to cause snail poisoning and death. The spraying of pesticide is limited in time, especially for greening gardens, orchards, vegetable gardens, courtyards and places directly related to life of people, the spraying of pesticide not only causes air pollution, but also kills beneficial organisms in the same way, and remains after death are polluted and bacteria are spread after spoilage due to inconvenient and timely cleaning, so that an economic and effective prevention method is lacking.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following technical characteristics:

The specific manufacturing process is as follows:
and (3) taking a metal (blue or translucent white) pipe with a diameter of 30 cm and a thickness of 1.5 mm, cutting the metal pipe into a 50 cm cylinder material, and folding and pressing the cylinder material into a cuboid cylinder with a cross section of 32 multiplied by 15 cm by using a lathe and a die. And cutting the 4 cm cuts inwards on four corners of the cross section of the two ends of the charging barrel to form a barrel material, wherein 4 trace openings and 4 small metal plates are respectively reserved at the two ends of the barrel material.
Sequentially shearing the bottom plate from the cylinder opening to the inside to form a shearing opening with the width of 1 cm and the length of 4 cm to form a comb-shaped rack; the other three panels are cut and removed from the position 3.5 cm inwards from the cylinder mouth, and the rest of the panels 0.5cm away from the four corner shears are outwards turned, rolled and compacted to form a rain-proof edge and a reinforcing layer respectively.
And pressing the comb-shaped racks with the length of 4 cm at the two ends of the cuboid charging barrel into the barrel to form 30 degrees, so that the comb-shaped racks are obliquely erected to form a finished product trapping box with the length of 42 cm, the width of 32 cm and the heights of 15 cm at the two sides.
II, placing and applying the trapping box:
the finished product trapping box can be widely applied to places where the spiral bodies of dry farmlands, vegetable lands, courtyards, gardens, grasslands, green belts and the like go out and go in. When the drum is placed horizontally, one surface with oblique racks at two ends is placed on the ground, and according to the texture, the drum is suitable for a flat (gradient not more than 20 degrees) ground without water accumulation and a round ground open area. The placement can be performed throughout the day.
After stable placement, snail bait particles were uniformly sprinkled in one bag (25 g) at the bottom of the box. In order to avoid the sunshine in summer from burning the box body, the box body can be covered with scattered withered grass. According to the density of the ground screw, the number of trapping boxes in unit area can be adjusted according to the requirement. The trapping boxes are placed one at every 10-20 square meters.
The put-in box body is collected and tidied every other day, the induced screw body and the rest bait are poured into a container from the side surface of the box body, and after sieving, the rest bait can be added into new snail bait particles, and the snail bait particles can be mixed uniformly and then continuously put into use.
The screened captured snails are all living bodies with the normal rate of more than 95 percent according to different feeding time, feeding amount and current air temperature. Because the bait is suitable for medium dosage, the bait is harmless to people and livestock, the trapped snail body can be crushed, screened and sterilized, and then the snail meat can be used as animal feed for duck raising and aquaculture, and the snail shell can be dried and crushed to prepare shell powder, so that the feed can be widely used for livestock and poultry feed.
The trapping box can be used in a reciprocating way, and as the screw body often moves around the box bottom 101 after the bait is ingested, mucus secreted by the screw body is often visible on two walls of the box body, so that the trapping box should be washed and cleaned regularly to prevent breeding of bacteria.
After eating the finished snail bait granule material, the head of the African snail swings left and right, has abnormal actions, does not eat any more, and then moves slowly and retrogressively. After 3-5 minutes, the body is retracted into the screw body, and the screw is self-sealed to be dormant. After 5-6 hours, the screw body is started to act as a resuscitation. The screw body which moves again does not ingest any more, and has slow action and slow activity.
When the sliding rack moves to the tooth edges obliquely erected inwards at the two ends of the box, the sliding rack is blocked by the rack which is upwards and automatically erected by the elastic force, so that the sliding rack is difficult to climb over the box. After the operation personnel collect the bait in the next day, the bait can be thrown again after the bait is slightly cleaned, and the bait is placed for continuous attraction until the bait is killed.
