Abstract
本发明涉及储能电源技术领域,公开了无风扇便携式储能电源,包括上壳体,上壳体的内部设置有电池,上壳体的下部固定连接有下壳体,上壳体的下部内壁固定连接有第一固定板,第一固定板的中部固定连接有母插块,母插块的内壁卡接有公插块,公插块的底部固定连接有第二固定板,第二固定板的侧壁固定连接在下壳体的内壁上,下壳体的内壁固定连接有线路板,下壳体的外侧壁开设有通孔,下壳体的内侧壁固定连接有卡条,卡条的内壁卡设有卡槽,卡槽的内壁卡接有固定框,固定框的内壁固定连接有过滤网,固定框的底部固定连接有底板,底板通过螺栓连接在下壳体的底面,通风散热,方便电池与线路板分离组合,节约资源。

技术领域
本发明属于储能电源技术领域,具体为无风扇便携式储能电源。
背景技术
行动电源、行动充电器是一种个人可随身携带,自身能储备电能,主要为手持式移动设备等消费电子产品(例如无线电话、笔记本电脑)充电的便携充电器,特别应用在没有外部电源供应的场合。其主要组成部分包括:用作电能存储的电池,稳定输出电压的电路(直流-直流转换器),绝大部分的行动电源带有充电器,用作为内置电池充电。
现有的储能电源在运行时,内部电子元件散热导致电源内部热量过高,影响储能电源的寿命,且现有的储备电源一般散热都用风扇散热,噪音大,使用寿命有限,为了解决上述提出的问题,提出一种无风扇便携式储能电源。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:为了解决上述提出的问题,提供无风扇便携式储能电源。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:无风扇便携式储能电源,包括上壳体,所述上壳体的内部设置有电池,所述上壳体的下部固定连接有下壳体,所述上壳体的下部内壁固定连接有第一固定板,所述第一固定板的中部固定连接有母插块,所述母插块的内壁卡接有公插块,所述公插块的底部固定连接有第二固定板,所述第二固定板的侧壁固定连接在所述下壳体的内壁上,所述下壳体的内壁固定连接有线路板,所述下壳体的外侧壁开设有通孔,所述下壳体的内侧壁固定连接有卡条,所述卡条的内壁卡设有卡槽,所述卡槽的内壁卡接有固定框,所述固定框的内壁固定连接有过滤网,所述固定框的底部固定连接有底板,所述底板通过螺栓连接在所述下壳体的底面。
在一优选的实施方式中,所述母插块和所述公插块内部设置有金属连接触点,所述母插块通过电线与所述电池连通,所述公插块通过铜线与所述线路板连通。
在一优选的实施方式中,所述通孔的数量为非单一设置,依次呈等间距设置在所述下壳体的左右侧壁上。
在一优选的实施方式中,所述卡条和所述卡槽的数量为四个,每两个为一组呈对称设置在所述下壳体的两个内侧壁上。
在一优选的实施方式中,所述顶条和所述底板的数量均为两个,每个所述顶条和所述底板分别设置在每组所述卡条的顶端和底端,且每组两个对称所述卡槽的内壁底面的间距与所述固定框的宽度相适配,所述卡槽的内壁宽度与所述固定框的宽度相适配。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中,通过下壳体两侧侧壁的通孔,一侧通孔进风,一侧通孔出分,形成贯彻通风结构,方便快速对下壳体上的线路板进行通风散热,此结构通风效果好,没有风扇噪音,有效减少散热成本,且两侧通孔均设置有卡接在卡条卡槽上的过滤网,防止灰尘进入到壳体内,且过滤网通过拆卸底板与下壳体连接的螺栓,然后向外拉动过滤网,过滤网通过固定框在卡槽中滑动,可快速将过滤网拆卸,方便对过滤网清洗,避免堵塞,十分实用。
2、本发明中,电池通过第一固定板上的母插块与第二固定板上的公插块连接,使线路板与电池连接,此连接使上下壳体分离时,可将电池与线路板快速分离,当上下壳体之间有损坏后,可将其中完好的上下壳体部件与其他好的上下壳体部件配合拼接,回收利用,节约资源。

参考图2和图4所示,本发明实施例提供的一种生产香料的蒸馏装置,包括上壳体1,上壳体1的内部设置有电池2,上壳体1的下部固定连接有下壳体3,所述上壳体1为塑料材质,所述下壳体2为金属材质,上壳体1的下部内壁固定连接有第一固定板4,第一固定板4的中部固定连接有母插块5,母插块5的内壁卡接有公插块6,公插块6的底部固定连接有第二固定板7,第二固定板7的侧壁固定连接在下壳体3的内壁上,
示例的,通过将上下壳体分离,此时第一固定板4上的母插块5与第二固定板7上的公插块6分离,可快速将电池2和线路板8分离,可将其中完好的上下壳体部件与其他好的上下壳体部件配合拼接,做到回收利用,节约资源。
参考图1、图2、图3、图5和图6所示,下壳体3的内壁固定连接有线路板8,下壳体3的外侧壁开设有通孔9,下壳体3的内侧壁固定连接有卡条10,卡条10的顶部固定连接有顶条11,卡条10的内壁卡设有卡槽12,卡槽12的内壁卡接有固定框13,固定框13的内壁固定连接有过滤网14,固定框13的底部固定连接有底板15,底板15通过螺栓连接在下壳体3的底面。
示例的,贯穿通风结构能有效对线路板8上产生的热量进行散出,并且通孔9后部均设置有过滤网14,避免灰尘进入壳体,且过滤网14可拆卸,方便对其清理,防止过滤网14堵塞。
参考图4所示,母插块5和公插块6内部设置有金属连接触点,母插块5通过电线与电池2连通,公插块6通过铜线与线路板8连通。
示例的,公母插块的使用,使电池2和线路板8快速连接,同时也方便断开。
参考图1和图2所示,通孔9的数量为非单一设置,依次呈等间距设置在下壳体3的左右侧壁上。
示例的,两侧侧壁的通孔9,一侧通孔9进风,一侧通孔9出分,形成贯彻通风结构,方便快速对下壳体3上的线路板8进行通风散热。
参考图2、图3、图5和图6所示,卡条10和卡槽12的数量为四个,每两个为一组呈对称设置在下壳体3的两个内侧壁上。
示例的,卡槽12限制住固定框13的上下左右位置,且方便对过滤网14进行拆卸。
参考图2、图3、图5和图6所示,顶条11和底板15的数量均为两个,每个顶条11和底板15分别设置在每组卡条10的顶端和底端,且每组两个对称卡槽12的内壁底面的间距与固定框13的宽度相适配,卡槽12的内壁宽度与固定框13的宽度相适配。
示例的,通过拆卸底板15与下壳体3连接的螺栓,然后向外拉动过滤网14,过滤网14通过固定框13在卡槽12中滑动,可快速将过滤网14拆卸。
工作原理:该无风扇便携式储能电源使用过程中,通过下壳体3两侧侧壁的通孔9,一侧通孔9进风,一侧通孔9出分,形成贯彻通风结构,方便快速对下壳体3上的线路板8进行通风散热,且两侧通孔9均设置有卡接在卡条10卡槽12上的过滤网14,防止灰尘进入到壳体内,且过滤网14通过拆卸底板15与下壳体3连接的螺栓,然后向外拉动过滤网14,过滤网14通过固定框13在卡槽12中滑动,可快速将过滤网14拆卸,方便对过滤网14清洗,当上下壳体有损坏时,通过将上下壳体分离,此时第一固定板4上的母插块5与第二固定板7上的公插块6分离,可快速将电池2和线路板8分离,可将其中完好的上下壳体部件与其他好的上下壳体部件配合拼接,做到回收利用。

1.无风扇便携式储能电源,包括上壳体(1),其特征在于:所述上壳体(1)的内部设置有电池(2),所述上壳体(1)的下部固定连接有下壳体(3),所述上壳体(1)的下部内壁固定连接有第一固定板(4),所述第一固定板(4)的中部固定连接有母插块(5),所述母插块(5)的内壁卡接有公插块(6),所述公插块(6)的底部固定连接有第二固定板(7),所述第二固定板(7)的侧壁固定连接在所述下壳体(3)的内壁上,所述下壳体(3)的内壁固定连接有线路板(8),所述下壳体(3)的外侧壁开设有通孔(9),所述下壳体(3)的内侧壁固定连接有卡条(10),所述卡条(10)的顶部固定连接有顶条(11),所述卡条(10)的内壁卡设有卡槽(12),所述卡槽(12)的内壁卡接有固定框(13),所述固定框(13)的内壁固定连接有过滤网(14),所述固定框(13)的底部固定连接有底板(15),所述底板(15)通过螺栓连接在所述下壳体(3)的底面。
2.如权利要求1所述的无风扇便携式储能电源,其特征在于:所述母插块(5)和所述公插块(6)内部设置有金属连接触点,所述母插块(5)通过电线与所述电池(2)连通,所述公插块(6)通过铜线与所述线路板(8)连通。
3.如权利要求1所述的无风扇便携式储能电源,其特征在于:所述通孔(9)的数量为非单一设置,依次呈等间距设置在所述下壳体(3)的左右侧壁上。
4.如权利要求1所述的无风扇便携式储能电源,其特征在于:所述卡条(10)和所述卡槽(12)的数量为四个,每两个为一组呈对称设置在所述下壳体(3)的两个内侧壁上。
5.如权利要求1所述的无风扇便携式储能电源,其特征在于:所述顶条(11)和所述底板(15)的数量均为两个,每个所述顶条(11)和所述底板(15)分别设置在每组所述卡条(10)的顶端和底端,且每组两个对称所述卡槽(12)的内壁底面的间距与所述固定框(13)的宽度相适配,所述卡槽(12)的内壁宽度与所述固定框(13)的宽度相适配。
