Abstract
一种带有连续膨胀双层可开启屋顶和屋顶排水沟槽——梁的冷凝水回收装置的暖室,由长柱距和少量的构件组成,其特征在于:如下部分的结合:即形成屋面一半并沿整个暖室长度延伸的一连续屋顶开启部(1),带有用于回收及排放冷凝水的沟槽的侧向梁——屋顶排水沟槽,屋顶固定件的和屋顶开启部(1)的屋面膜由形成一膨胀的密封壳的透明合成材料的一双膜(15,16)组成。
Description
本发明涉及带有连续膨胀双层膜开启屋顶及屋顶排水沟槽——梁冷凝水回收装置的暧室。
它适用于所有尺寸的多跨园艺暧室的预制结构。
最早制成的这类装置有多个屋顶开口或铰接的屋顶天窗,这有难于解决的防水问题并限制了通风的效率。
另外,目前的暧室栽培规则非常要求防水和绝缘,而这引起很大的冷凝问题,特别是在塑料屋面膜及侧壁上。该冷凝问题防碍光线的透射,并可有害于植物的生长。因此应尽可能多地将冷凝水排掉。
另外,为了获得最多的光照程度,钢结构件,例如柱子,屋顶排水沟槽和桁架等的数量应通过增加部件的尺寸特别是它们的长度来改善结构的方法尽可能地减少。
本发明装置的目的是建造完全防水的,高度绝缘的暧室,同时可回收和排放冷凝水,并在物件数量减少的情况下加强框架并允许较长的柱距,借此,为使用者腾出更多的地面积并节省组装时间。
本发明的暧室带有连续全长开启的屋顶和一冷凝水回收装置,该冷凝水回收装置由侧构件组成,该侧构件的上部形成屋顶排水沟槽,其下部形成带有翼的梁,读好翼构成用于回收和排放冷凝水的沟槽。屋顶固定部份的和屋顶开启部份的屋面膜由构成一膨胀密封壳的双膜组成。
所给予的示意附图用来说明本发明主题的结构形式的非限制性实例,其中:

示于图1~7的装置构成暧室,其中,屋面的一半沿整个长度形成一连续可膨胀的双层屋顶开启部(1)并且其包括由透明的合成材料的二片膜(15和16)构成的一个可膨胀的二层屋面膜和带有用于回收冷凝水的沟槽(22)的侧梁屋顶排水沟结构。
连续屋顶开启部(1)的构架由一系列的臂7组成,每一臂的一端利用一U形铰接件(5)铰接至屋脊杆(4)上,读瑚臂的其它一端固定在将它们联在一起的管件(9)上。该开启部由一驱动管(3)操纵的架子(未示出)保持在开启或微开的所希望的高度上,而驱动管(3)放置在连于暧室拱形桁架的各支承垫上。
每一U形铰接件(5)联于一塑料块(6)上,读好塑料块连在开启部的臂(7)上。连于U形铰接件(5)的导引件(8)绕桁架的拱形杆(2)竖向移动,用于使各臂相对各拱形杆最后定位。
钢质或铝质的构件(10)利用螺钉(12)连在管件(9)上,该构件(10)持住一柔性楔固件(13),读好柔性楔固件(13)借助插入一楔件(14)用于将双层塑料膜(15和16)固定在一连续线上。这些组件布于屋顶开启部的周边上和屋面的横贯面上。
双层膜(15和16)由一其下部带有一槽的特殊轧制件(17),最好是轻质合金的,连在屋顶排水沟槽(20)上,上述轧制件上的槽可插在屋顶沟槽的唇缘(23)上,如此,便可大量减少螺钉(12)的数量,因而减少组装时间。
屋脊杆(4)由法兰(18)连于拱形件(2)上并借助配对法兰(19)固定住,以便将该屋脊杆紧紧地卡在拱形件(图6)。开启部的臂(7)和管件(9)靠在屋顶排水沟槽(20)上。
梁——屋顶排水沟槽通过组合一双构件形成,其上部形成屋顶排水沟槽(20),其下部(21)形成一“Ω”形截面的梁,该梁的二翼形成回收冷凝水的沟槽(22),上构件的唇缘(23)向内弯折,以增加组件的刚度及连接屋面。
下构件(21)由一水平条和二个竖侧组成,其中,水平条可焊接,铆接和螺接在上构件的下侧,读好竖侧的底边向外弯折而形成沟槽(22)。水平条的宽度是这样的,即使得下构件可包复各柱子的顶端并相对它们可予以调整。上述竖侧可用来连接桁架(25)和横杆)(26)。
梁——屋顶排水沟槽最好由组装弯折钢板的二个构件而构成,但也可以以轧制制成例如轻质合金的单件体。
梁——屋顶排水沟槽由于其设计而成的高刚度,可增加柱子(24)间的跨度,从而减少柱子的数量,并取消通常在这类结构中采用的所有撑杆,因此,可以大大降低整个结构的成本。
各组件的定位使得本发明享有类似装置以前未曾得到的最大量的有用的优点。
Claims (7)
1.带有连续膨胀双层可开启屋顶和屋顶排水沟槽——梁的冷凝水回收装置的暧室,其可提供非常好的热绝缘并可完全防水,由长柱距和少量的构件组成,其特征在于:如下部份的结合:即形成屋面一半并沿整个暧室长度延伸的一连续屋顶开启部(1),带有用于回收及排放冷凝水的沟槽的侧向梁——屋顶排水沟槽,屋顶固定件的和屋顶开启部(1)的屋面膜由形成一膨胀的密封壳的透明合成材料的一双膜(15,16)组成。
2.如权利要求所述的暧室,其特征在于:该连续屋顶开启部(1)有一系列的臂(7),该臂的一端利用环绕屋脊杆(4)的U形铰接件(5)铰接在暧室的屋脊杆(4)上而且每一铰接件都联至一塑料块(6)上,而塑料块(6)连至开启部的臂(7)上,一个连于该U形铰接件(5)的引导件(8)绕桁架的拱形杆(2)竖向移动,用于将各臂相对于拱形杆(2)最终定位。
3.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的暧室,其特征在于:双合成膜(15,16)利用一金属构件(10)连在屋顶开启部(1)的周围和屋面的横贯面上,其中,该金属构件(10)持住一柔性的楔固件(13),并在该楔固件(13)中插入一楔件(14),以便将该双膜夹在一连续(直)线上。
4.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的暧室,其特征在于:双合成膜(15,16)利用其下部有一槽的一特殊轧制件(17)连在屋顶排水沟槽(20)上,读好轧制件的槽可卡在排水沟槽的唇缘(23)上,该特殊轧制件(17)夹住一柔性楔固件13,在该柔性楔固件中插入一楔件(14),以便将双塑料膜(15,16)以连续直线方式夹住。
5.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的暧室,其特征在于:屋脊杆(4)利用法兰(18)及相配法兰(19)连在拱形件(2)上,以便将该屋脊杆紧紧卡在拱形件上。
6.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的暧室,其特征在于:梁——屋顶排水沟槽由一双构件组成,其上部构件形成屋顶排水沟槽(20),而下部构件(21)形成一个带有二个竖侧的梁,该梁的底边向外弯折,形成用于回收和排放冷凝水的沟槽(22),下部构件的宽度这样确定,即其可包复一系列柱子(24)的端头且可相对它们予以调整。
7.如权利要求6所述的暧室,其特征在于:梁——屋顶排水沟槽由轻质合金轧制成单件体。
