Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present application is further described in detail with reference to the drawings and specific embodiments of the specification. Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this application belongs. The terminology used herein in the description of the present application is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the application.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a pot level monitoring method according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 1, the method for monitoring the liquid level of a pot of the present embodiment includes:
step 201: and identifying characteristic information of the cookware.
Step 202: and selecting a corresponding liquid level height detection mode according to the characteristic information of the cookware.
Step 203: acquiring liquid level height information of the cookware in real time according to the liquid level height detection mode;
step 204: and outputting the liquid level height information and/or executing early warning operation according to the liquid level height information.
In step 201, when the characteristic information of the cookware is identified, the visual scanning device is started to visually scan the cookware at a preset position on the cooking range. The vision scanning device comprises and is not limited to a single camera sensor, a multi-view camera sensor, a grating vision sensor, an image sensor and an infrared camera sensor. The visual scanning device can be installed on the wall surface, and also can be installed on the ceiling or the kitchen appliance.
Optionally, whether the characteristic information of the cookware is stored in the database or not is judged according to the stored cookware image. If the characteristic information of the cookware is stored in the database, the characteristic information of the cookware is extracted. If the characteristic information of the cookware is not stored in the database, the characteristic information of the cookware is collected and stored in the database. The characteristic information of the cookware includes but is not limited to the shape, the capacity, the height, the cross-sectional area, the material, the thickness, the handle characteristic, the pot cover characteristic and the scale mark characteristic of the cookware.
In step 202, when the corresponding liquid level detection mode is selected according to the characteristic information of the cookware, one or more modes such as visual scanning, radar scanning, weight difference conversion, infrared scanning and the like can be selected according to the characteristic information of the cookware to be used as the liquid level detection mode. Specifically, first, it is determined whether the top of the pot is blocked according to the feature information of the pot, for example, when the feature information of the pot identified does not include the feature of the pot cover, it can be determined that the top of the pot is not blocked. If the top of the pan is not shielded, the visual scanning can be selected as a liquid level detection mode of the pan. If the top of the cookware is shielded, and the liquid level state in the cookware cannot be identified due to visual scanning, a radar scanning mode, an infrared scanning mode or a mode of combining the radar scanning mode and the infrared scanning mode is selected as a liquid level height detection mode of the cookware.
It should be noted that the devices used in radar scanning or infrared scanning include, but are not limited to, microwave sensors, infrared sensors, lidar, millimeter wave radar, PCR radar (pulse coherent radar), FMCW radar (frequency modulated continuous wave radar), 3D sensors, laser ranging and mapping devices.
In one embodiment, if the liquid level of the pot cannot be accurately identified according to one or more of the visual scanning, the radar scanning and the infrared scanning, the weight difference can be increased and converted into a liquid level detection mode of the pot. It should be noted that, because a single liquid level detection method has a large error, for example, even if the top of the pot is not covered, the liquid level state in the pot of some pots with a high size may not be photographed due to the problem of photographing angle during the visual scanning. In addition, radar or infrared scanning is sensitive to cookware materials, and particularly when the radar scans metal cookware, the obtained liquid level data may have large errors. Therefore, the weight difference conversion can be added to be used as a liquid level detection mode of the pot, so that the liquid level in the pot can be more accurately obtained.
Optionally, when the weight difference conversion is used as a liquid level detection mode of the cookware, the cross-sectional area of the cookware is obtained from the characteristic information of the cookware, and then the liquid level is calculated according to the weight change data of the cookware. Specifically, the current weight of the cookware and the content thereof is acquired in real time, and the current weight can be acquired through an electronic scale, an electric cooker with a weighing function, an electromagnetic oven, an electric ceramic oven, a soup cooking oven, a steam oven, a baking oven and the like. And subtracting the initial weight of the pot from the current weight of the pot to obtain a weight difference which is the liquid amount evaporated in the pot. The amount of the evaporated liquid is regarded as pure water, and the volume of the evaporated water is obtained according to the weight difference and the density of the pure water. And obtaining a liquid level descending height value according to the volume of the evaporated water and the cross-sectional area of the pot, and obtaining the current liquid level height in the pot by combining the initial height of the liquid level in the pot.
In step 204, when the liquid level height information is outputted and/or the early warning operation is executed according to the liquid level height information, different early warning conditions can be preset for different situations such as dry burning, pot overflow, abnormal liquid level in the pot, and the like. For example, the early warning height of the liquid level of the overflowing pot is set as a first liquid level height, the early warning height of the liquid level of the dry burning pot is set as a second liquid level height, and the second liquid level height is smaller than the first liquid level height. If the level is higher than the first level, there is a risk of spilling the pan, requiring a rapid reduction in the range fire and/or a shut down of the range. If the level is lower than the second level, there is a risk of dry-fire and the range needs to be shut down immediately. In addition, a preset value for the rate of change of the liquid level can also be set, in millimeters per second. And if the liquid level height change rate is greater than the preset value, sending a notification alarm to the user to remind the user to check the condition in the pot in time.
In one embodiment, when the liquid level height information is output and/or the early warning operation is executed according to the liquid level height information, the liquid level height information of the cookware can be displayed through the device, and/or the liquid level height information of the cookware is sent to a designated device, so that the liquid level of the cookware can be remotely monitored.
In one embodiment, the input information of the user can be acquired, a specific liquid level early warning value is set according to the needs of the user, and then the early warning operation is executed according to the liquid level early warning value, so that the individualized operation of monitoring the liquid level of the cookware is realized.
In practical application, as shown in fig. 2, the vision scanning device is first activated to scan the object on the stove to obtain characteristic information of the scanned object, such as three-dimensional data, color, texture, electrolyte information, density, volume, capacity, etc. of the object. The characteristic information of the scanned object is fed into a specific algorithm data calculation device. The specific algorithm data calculation device judges whether the scanned object is a cooker or not according to the characteristic information of the object. If the scanned object is not a pot, a manual processing flow is started. If the scanned object is a pot, comparing the calculated characteristic information of the pot with the characteristic information of the pot recorded in the storage device, and further confirming whether the pot and the characteristic information of the pot are stored in the storage device. If the cookware is not stored, judging whether the cookware characteristic information scanned by the vision is complete, and if so, storing the cookware and the characteristic information to the storage device. If the pot scanning device is not complete, the characteristic information of the scanned pot can be completed through modes of manual input, internet downloading and the like.
Wherein, the data calculation device refers to a device with algorithm calculation capability, including but not limited to: cloud computer, network computer, local computer, single-chip microcomputer, SOC (multifunctional central processing unit), CPU (central processing unit), DSP (digital signal processing), NPU (embedded neural network processor), GPU (graphic computing card), CNN (convolutional neural network), DNN (deep neural network), RNN (recurrent neural network), TPU (tensor processing unit), FPGA (programmable logic device), and application specific integrated circuit, etc. Storage devices include, but are not limited to, network storage, hard disk, floppy disk, tape, core storage, bubble memory, and U-disk.
In one embodiment, when the feature information of the scanned pot is stored, the visual scanning device is started to scan the feature information of the pot, the pot cover and the like. The characteristic information of the pot cover of the scanned pot is obtained and sent to the specific vision algorithm calculating device. And judging whether the pot is covered with the pot cover or not. If the pot is not covered with the pot cover, the height information of the liquid level relative to the pot edge is calculated by using the visual data. If the visual data can not calculate the liquid level height, the weight of the cookware and the contents thereof is obtained by using the weighing function of the stove, and the liquid level height is calculated by combining the characteristics of the weight of the food in the pot, the volume of the stored cookware and the like. If the pot cover is covered on the pot, the radar device is started to scan the pot. The radar scanning data is sent to a specific radar wave algorithm data calculating device to calculate the height of the liquid level in the pan. The calculated liquid level height information can be displayed through a display device such as a large screen display, a network display, a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer, an LED display and the like, or can be transmitted to user equipment such as a mobile phone, a tablet personal computer, an LED display, an intelligent sound box, an intelligent home control screen and the like through network communication.
In one embodiment, the user can set the desired level at his or her own discretion and can view it at any time. After the stove is started to cook, the vision and radar real-time scanning cookware is started simultaneously. Real-time data of vision and radar scanning are sent to an algorithm calculating device, and the liquid level in the pot is calculated in real time. And judging whether the liquid level in the pot changes abnormally. If the liquid level changes abnormally, the user is informed that the liquid level in the pot is abnormal, the pot overflow or dry burning possibly occurs, and meanwhile, the operating device is started to control the firepower of the stove. If the liquid level is normal but reaches the early warning value set by the user, the operating device is started to close the stove or enter a heat preservation mode, and the user is informed that cooking is finished.
The embodiment of the application provides a pot liquid level monitoring method, including: identifying characteristic information of the cookware; selecting a corresponding liquid level height detection mode according to the characteristic information of the cookware; acquiring liquid level height information of the cookware in real time according to a liquid level height detection mode; and outputting liquid level height information and/or executing early warning operation according to the liquid level height information. The embodiment detects the liquid level of the cookware in real time by using the liquid level height detection method matched with the cookware, can control the residual capacity of the cookware, intervenes potential dangers in the cookware in time, and effectively guarantees the safety of a kitchen.
