step S101, judging whether the condition of the kitchen ware meets a first condition, wherein the first condition is that the height of water in the kitchen ware is smaller than or equal to a first threshold height.
In the above, the content of water in the pot is detected by ultrasonic waves, and the content of water is mainly expressed as the height of water in the kitchen ware.
First, it is necessary to determine whether the height of the water contained in the cookware meets a first condition, that is, whether the height of the water contained in the cookware is less than or equal to a first threshold height.
In an alternative embodiment of the present application, the first threshold height is 1/5 for cookware height.
And S102, judging whether the condition of the kitchen ware meets a second condition or not when the condition of the kitchen ware does not meet the first condition.
Specifically, when the height of the water contained in the kitchenware is not less than or equal to 1/5 of the kitchenware, it indicates that the content of the water contained in the kitchenware is greater than 1/5 of the kitchenware height, that is, the kitchenware does not have the risk of dry burning, and in this case, it is necessary to determine whether the condition of the kitchenware meets a second condition, where the second condition is the magnitude of the vibration frequency of the kitchenware.
Step S103, when the condition of the kitchen ware meets a second condition, controlling the kitchen ware to enter a safe hosting mode, and in the safe hosting mode, switching an electric stove for heating the kitchen ware to a small fire mode, and/or increasing the wind power of the range hood.
When the kitchen ware does not meet the first condition but meets the second condition, the kitchen ware is controlled to enter a safe hosting mode, wherein in the safe hosting mode, the electric stove is switched to a small fire mode or the range hood is switched to a mode with large wind power. Under the condition that does not open smoke ventilator, just with the intensity of a fire of electric cooker trun into the small fire mode can, through linkage electric cooker and smoke ventilator, use for the kitchen utensils and appliances of culinary art can not dry combustion method or the pan can not cause the incident because of acutely rocking in order to guarantee the pan under a safe mode.
Optionally, before determining whether the condition of the cookware meets the first condition, the method further comprises: acquiring information of the kitchen ware, wherein the information of the kitchen ware at least comprises the diameter of the kitchen ware and the height of the kitchen ware; and acquiring the height of the water contained in the kitchenware according to the information of the kitchenware, wherein the height of the water contained in the kitchenware is acquired by transmitting ultrasonic waves.
In an optional embodiment of this application, judge the water yield that contains in the kitchen utensils and appliances through the information that obtains the kitchen utensils and appliances of placing on the electric cooker, wherein, the information of kitchen utensils and appliances includes the diameter of kitchen utensils and appliances, the height of kitchen utensils and appliances, the material etc. of kitchen utensils and appliances at least, and the specific information through the kitchen utensils and appliances can acquire the height of the water that contains in the kitchen appliances more accurately.
