The device disclosed by the invention is simple in working method, convenient to install and disassemble, small in dust emission and good in filling effect.

Claims (10)

1. A dust-raising prevention pile casing device for fender pile construction comprises a detention casing (1), a flange I (2), a disassembly half casing (3), a half flange (4), a support casing (5), a flange II (6), a fastener I (7) and a dust guard (8); the first flange (2) is arranged at the top end of the detention cylinder (1); two groups of the disassembly half cylinders (3) are arranged and spliced into a perfusion cylinder; the half flange (4) is arranged at the bottom end of the dismounting half cylinder (3); the dustproof plate (8) is arranged in the filling cylinder, and a filling pipe (9) is arranged on the dustproof plate (8); the supporting cylinder (5) is arranged at the periphery of the pouring cylinder; the second flange (6) is arranged at the bottom end of the supporting cylinder (5); the flange I (2), the half flange (4) and the flange II (6) are sequentially overlapped and connected through a fastener I (7); it is characterized in that a plurality of positioning components (10) acting on the disassembly half cylinder (3) are arranged on the supporting cylinder (5) along the circumference;
the positioning assembly (10) comprises a mounting frame (13), a threaded rod (14), a positioning seat (15), a handle (16), a moving frame (17), a rack (19), a first gear (20), a connecting rod (21), a positioning roller (22) and a second fastener (24); a through groove (12) is arranged on the supporting cylinder (5); the mounting frame (13) is arranged on the outer wall of the supporting cylinder (5) corresponding to the through groove (12), and the upper end and the lower end of the mounting frame (13) are provided with sliding grooves (23); the upper end and the lower end of the movable frame (17) horizontally slide along the corresponding sliding grooves (23) and are fixed through a second fastening piece (24), and through holes are formed in the movable frame (17); the racks (19) are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the movable frame (17); the first gear (20) is rotatably arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the groove wall of the through groove (12) and is meshed with the corresponding rack (19); one end of a connecting rod (21) extends into the through groove (12) and is connected with a first gear (20), and the other end of the connecting rod extends to a position between the perfusion cylinder and the support cylinder (5) and is rotatably connected with a positioning roller (22); threaded rod (14) set up on logical groove (12), and the through-hole is passed to one end, with mounting bracket (13) threaded connection, connects handle (16) simultaneously, and the other end extends to and fills between drum and the support cylinder (5), connects positioning seat (15).

A dust-proofing casing arrangement for fender post construction according to claim 1, wherein the locating assembly (10) further comprises an elastic return member (18); one end of the elastic reset piece (18) is connected with the movable frame (17), and the other end is connected with the outer wall of the supporting cylinder (5).

A dust-raising-preventing casing device for fender pile construction according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of sets of height adjusting components (11) are arranged on the dust guard (8); the multiple groups of height adjusting assemblies (11) are arranged along the circumference, and each group comprises an adjusting rod (28), a mounting seat (29), a moving block (30), a moving rod (31), a vacuum adsorption head (32) and a guide rod (33); the mounting seat (29) is arranged on the dust guard (8), the upper end of the mounting seat is connected with the guide rod (33), and the lower end of the mounting seat is provided with a threaded hole; the adjusting rod (28) is provided with a thread section and is in threaded connection with the mounting seat (29) through the thread section; the moving block (30) is in threaded connection with the threaded section and is in sliding connection with the dust guard (8); one end of the moving rod (31) is connected with one side of the guide rod (33) far away from the mounting seat (29) in a sliding way, and the other end faces the inner wall of the dismounting half cylinder (3) and is connected with the vacuum adsorption head (32).
4. A dust-proofing casing device for fender post construction according to claim 3, characterized in that the movable rod (31) is provided with a valve (34) communicated with the vacuum suction head (32).

A dust-proof casing device for fender pile construction according to claim 3, wherein a second gear (27) is arranged at one end of the adjusting rod (28) far away from the vacuum adsorption head (32); the perfusion tube (9) is rotatably arranged on the dust guard (8) through a bearing, the lower end of the outer wall is in key connection with a gear III (25), and the upper end is provided with a rotary sleeve (26); the third gear (25) is meshed with the second gear (27).
6. A dust-proof casing device for fender post construction according to claim 1, wherein the dust guard plate (8) is provided with a mounting hole (41) for passing a steel bar; the mounting hole (41) is provided with a dustproof plug for clamping and dismounting.

A dust-proof casing device for fender pile construction according to claim 1, wherein the two sets of half-casings (3) are spliced by a connecting component; the connecting assembly comprises a connecting plate (35), a connecting block (36), a fastener III (37) and a fastening nail (38); the connecting plate (35) is arranged at the joint position of the two groups of the dismounting half cylinders (3), the connecting plate (35) is provided with a mounting groove and is connected with the two groups of the dismounting half cylinders (3) through fastening nails (38); connecting block (36) set up in pairs on two sets of half section of thick bamboo (3) of dismantlement, and be the stack state in the work progress, one end and mounting groove block, the mounting groove is stretched out to the other end, connecting fastener three (37).

s1, inserting the fixing teeth (40) of the detention cylinder (1) into soil, and driving the detention cylinder (1) into a certain depth;
s2, splicing the two groups of the disassembly half cylinders (3), wherein the connecting blocks (36) are opposite in pairs;
s3, attaching the connecting plate (35) to the joint position, enabling the connecting block (36) to penetrate through the mounting groove and be fixed by a third fastener (37), and fixing the connecting plate (35) on the detachable half cylinder (3) by a fastening nail (38);
s4, placing the spliced perfusion cylinder on the detention cylinder (1) by adopting lifting equipment, then placing the support cylinder (5) outside the perfusion cylinder, and connecting the flange I (2), the half flange (4) and the flange II (6) by using a fastener I (7) to finish the primary installation of the device;
s5, operating the positioning assembly (10) to adjust the axis and the verticality of the perfusion cylinder, and operating as follows: the handle (16) is rotated, the threaded rod (14) moves along the mounting frame (13), so that the positioning seat (15) props against the half dismounting cylinder (3), then the moving frame (17) is pulled to drive the rack (19) to move, the first gear (20) rotates, the positioning roller (22) moves towards the half dismounting cylinder (3) until the positioning roller props against the half dismounting cylinder (3), and finally the moving frame (17) is fixed through the second fastener (24);

s9, after the concrete is formed, adding water into the pouring cylinder through the pouring pipe (9) or connecting the pouring cylinder with external dust collecting equipment to reduce dust;
s10, detaching the dust guard (8), the supporting cylinder (5) and the detaching half cylinder (3).
