The invention provides an aluminum foil paper coating bonding wax which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 10-40% of wax, 10-40% of microcrystalline wax, 2-7% of polyolefin, 5-10% of random olefin copolymer, 0-10% of mineral oil, 10-30% of tackifier and 0.1-0.5% of antioxidant. The aluminum foil paper coating bonding wax product can solve the problems that like products in the current market can not be universally used in four seasons, and the aluminum foil gasket is easy to generate edge warping in long-time transportation, storage and use in the environment with the temperature higher than 60 ℃ in summer and lower than-20 ℃ in winter.

Preferably, the adhesive wax for the aluminum foil paper coating consists of the following components in percentage by weight: 20-40% of wax, 25-40% of microcrystalline wax, 5-7% of polyolefin, 5-10% of random olefin copolymer, 0-5% of mineral oil, 10-24.9% of tackifier and 0.1-0.2% of antioxidant.
The invention takes one or more of paraffin, polyethylene wax or Fischer-Tropsch wax and microcrystalline wax as base materials, adds polyolefin, random olefin copolymer, mineral oil, tackifier and antioxidant, melts completely, stirs and mixes to prepare the adhesive wax for the aluminum foil paper coating. The paraffin, the polyethylene wax and the Fischer-Tropsch wax have low viscosity and good permeability, are beneficial to being absorbed by white cardboard in the process of removing the bonding wax of the paper coating, but have quick solidification and poor adhesive force, and the microcrystalline wax with higher isomeric proportion is used for improving the adhesive force of the system. If the molecular weight of the polymer is too small, the initial adhesion is favorable, but the cohesive strength and high-temperature resistance of the product are affected, and if the molecular weight is too large, the initial adhesion and removability of the product are not favorable. The invention selects the polyolefin with the viscosity-average molecular weight of 2000-60000, thereby not only ensuring the bonding strength and high temperature resistance of the product, but also ensuring that the product has better initial viscosity and removability.

The invention fully balances initial viscosity and permanent viscosity, cohesiveness and removability, and obtains the optimal carbon number distribution and normal isomeric proportion range of the alkane by selecting the proper types and proper proportions of paraffin wax, polyethylene wax, Fischer-Tropsch wax and microcrystalline wax; and polymer components with different molecular weights are compounded, so that the whole formula system can fully balance initial viscosity, permanent viscosity, cohesive force, removability, low temperature resistance and high temperature resistance, thereby obtaining an aluminum foil paper coating adhesive wax product which can be universally used in four seasons, and well solving the problems in the prior art.

an aluminum foil paper coating bonding wax is prepared by heating and melting 40 parts of paraffin wax and 25 parts of microcrystalline wax, adding 10 parts of ethylene-butylene copolymer (molecular weight 30000) and 5 parts of polyisobutylene (molecular weight 20000), heating to 120-125 ℃, stirring for about 1 hour at a rotation speed of 30 revolutions per minute by a stirrer, adding 19.9 parts of C5 petroleum resin and 0.1 part of hindered phenol antioxidant after materials are completely melted, heating to 120-125 ℃ until the materials are completely melted, stirring for 10 minutes, and discharging for molding.
Example 2:

Example 3:
20 parts of paraffin wax, 8 parts of Fischer-Tropsch wax and 35 parts of microcrystalline wax are heated and melted, 5 parts of ethylene-butylene copolymer (molecular weight 20000) and 7 parts of polyisobutylene (molecular weight 2000) are added, the temperature is increased to 120-125 ℃, a stirrer is stirred for about 1 hour at the rotating speed of 30 revolutions per minute, after the materials are completely melted, 5 parts of 10# white oil, 9.8 parts of C5 petroleum resin, 10 parts of terpene resin and 0.2 part of hindered phenol antioxidant are added, the materials are continuously heated at the temperature of 120-125 ℃ until the materials are completely melted, and the materials are discharged and molded after being continuously stirred for 10 minutes.

20 parts of paraffin wax, 10 parts of Fischer-Tropsch wax, 5 parts of polyethylene wax and 25 parts of microcrystalline wax are heated and melted, 5 parts of ethylene-butylene copolymer (molecular weight 20000) and 5 parts of polyisobutylene (molecular weight 2000) are added, the temperature is increased to 120-125 ℃, a stirrer is stirred for about 1 hour at the rotating speed of 30 revolutions per minute, after the materials are completely melted, 5 parts of 10# white oil, 24.9 parts of hydrogenated C5 petroleum resin and 0.1 part of hindered phenol antioxidant are added, the materials are continuously heated at the temperature of 120-125 ℃ until the materials are completely melted, and the materials are discharged and molded after being continuously stirred for 10 minutes.

The invention fully balances initial viscosity and permanent viscosity, cohesiveness and removability, and obtains the optimal carbon number distribution and normal isomeric proportion range of the alkane by selecting proper types and proper proportions of paraffin wax, polyethylene wax, Fischer-Tropsch wax and microcrystalline wax; then polymer components with different molecular weights are compounded, so that the whole formula system can fully balance initial viscosity, permanent viscosity, cohesive force, removability, low temperature resistance and high temperature resistance, and an aluminum foil paper coating adhesive wax product which can be universally used in four seasons is obtained

Claims (10)
1. The adhesive wax for the coating of the aluminum-foil paper is characterized by comprising the following components in percentage by weight: 10-40% of wax, 10-40% of microcrystalline wax, 2-7% of polyolefin, 5-10% of random olefin copolymer, 0-10% of mineral oil, 10-30% of tackifier and 0.1-0.5% of antioxidant.
2. The aluminum-foil paper coating bonding wax of claim 1, wherein said wax is selected from the group consisting of paraffin wax, polyethylene wax, and fischer-tropsch wax.
3. The aluminum-foil paper coating bonding wax as claimed in claim 1, wherein the proportion of isoparaffin of the microcrystalline wax is not less than 80%, and the melting point of the microcrystalline wax is 67-92 ℃.
4. The aluminum-foil paper coating bonding wax of claim 1, wherein the polyolefin has a viscosity average molecular weight of 2000 to 60000.
5. The aluminum-foil paper coating bonding wax of claim 1, wherein the random olefin copolymer has a viscosity average molecular weight of 20000 to 50000.
6. The aluminum-foil paper coating adhesive wax of claim 1, wherein the tackifier is a petroleum resin, a terpene resin, a rosin resin, and derivatives thereof.
7. The aluminum-foil paper coating adhesive wax of claim 1, wherein the antioxidant is a phenolic antioxidant and a phosphorous antioxidant.
8. The aluminum-foil paper coating bonding wax of claim 2, wherein the melting point of the paraffin wax is between 56 ℃ and 74 ℃.
9. The aluminum-foil paper coating bonding wax of claim 2, wherein the dropping point of the polyethylene wax is between 90 ℃ and 100 ℃.
10. The aluminum-foil paper coating bonding wax of claim 2, wherein the melting point of the fischer-tropsch wax is between 70 ℃ and 90 ℃.
