Abstract

本发明公开了一种冶炼钢用渣盆防粘剂,它含有下述重量份的原料配比而成:煤矸石粉、高碳石墨粉、粘土;经对原料粉碎、过筛、混合得到防粘剂,取防粘剂和水按1:1.5进行混合配比使用。因此,有效解决了使用操作上的程序多及成本高的问题。同时也避免了稳定性差,易发生脱落的问题。

一种冶炼钢用渣盆防粘剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防粘剂,具体说是一种用于钢铁冶炼领域的一种冶炼钢用渣盆防粘剂。
背景技术
渣盆(罐)防粘剂主要是解决金属冶炼过所产生的钢渣,在转运(存放)过程中存在粘渣现象。物料解决这一问题,在所公开的技术中,如公开号为CN112358269A,名称为“一种提高渣罐脱翻率的防粘剂及其制备方法”。该防粘剂主要采用白灰、白云石、废镁碳砖、膨润土、滑石粉、石英、固化剂、促凝剂为原料,通过配比制成两种防粘材料混合使用。能够利用废镁碳砖及防粘机,使其隔离罐体与钢渣的接触。
虽然在一定程度上解决了粘渣现象,但由于防粘剂的制作工艺复杂及成本高,同时应用上需要与废镁碳砖配合,故带来使用上的程序较多。另外一个公开号为CN111154931A,名称为“一种含钒铁水渣盘防粘剂及防粘渣方法”。它主要采用石灰粉、轻烧白云石、碳硅石、铁水包浇注料和水;其使用方法是将防粘剂喷涂在渣盘表面,烘干即可。它虽解决了上述技术中采用多种高成本的材料复合而成,价格昂贵,增加了冶炼过程中的生产成本。但因固化效果不好,稳定性差,易发生脱落,需要频繁的进行喷涂,故影响使用效率。为此,必须对现有技术加以改进和完善。
发明内容
鉴于上述技术现状,本发明提供了一种冶炼钢用渣盆防粘剂,有效解决了使用操作上的程序多及成本高的问题。同时也避免了稳定性差,易发生脱落的问题。
本发明的技术解决方案是:一种冶炼钢用渣盆防粘剂,
含有下述重量份的原料配比而成:
煤矸石粉40-60(份) 高碳石墨粉15-25(份)
粘土10-15(份);
制备及使用方法:
1、取上述原料进行粉碎,粉碎后的煤矸石粉过筛15目;
高碳石墨粉过筛100目;粘土过筛150目备用;
2、将步骤1过筛后的原料进行混合获得防粘剂;
3取步骤2防粘剂和水按1:1.5进行混合配比使用。
上述中,所述高碳石墨粉含固定碳>95%。
上述中,所述粘土可塑性>15%,耐火高于1580°。
本发明中,含有下述重量份的原料配比而成:煤矸石粉40(份) 高碳石墨粉15(份)粘土10(份)过烧制白灰40(份)镁砂5(份)。
进一步地,所述过烧制白灰、镁砂添加之任一种,或是它们的混合物。
上述中,所述烧制白灰含氧化钙>80%,氧化镁>15%。
上述中,所述镁砂含氧化镁>90%。
上述中,所述烧制白灰过筛150目。
上述中,所述镁砂粉碎过筛150目。
本发明中,所述粘接剂为粉末剂型。
本发明的有益效果是:通过采用了煤矸石粉、高碳石墨粉、粘土组合物制得的防粘剂,不仅制备简单、成本低,主要解决了渣盆与钢渣的接触粘渣及粘接层的脱落问题。本发明中的煤矸石粉,含有SIO2、Al2O3比较高,软化和流动的温度相当高,最低为1050°,最高可达1800°左右。同时还具有一定的膨胀性、可塑性、收缩性及硬度和强度。高碳石墨粉具有热膨胀系数小,而且能耐急冷急热的变化及耐高温的特点。粘土含水铝硅酸盐,可塑性强,结合性好,收缩适宜,耐火度高的特点。
具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1
1、取煤矸石粉60% 、含固定碳>95%的高碳石墨粉25% 、粘土15%;
2、 取上述原料进行粉碎,粉碎后的煤矸石粉过筛15目;
高碳石墨粉过筛100目;可塑性>15%,耐火高于1580°的粘土过筛150目备用;
3、将过筛后的煤矸石粉、高碳石墨粉、粘土进行混合得到粘接剂粉剂剂型;
4、取上述粘接剂粉剂和水按1:1.5放置在容器内进行混合配比得到液体粘接剂应用。
5、喷涂方法:采用WQ-0.55型泥浆泵,通过连接直径25mm胶管与喷枪上的一个接口连接,喷枪上的另一个接口与压缩空气管连接即完成连接。操作时,启动泥浆泵、空气压缩机工作,使液体粘接剂通过喷枪喷洒成雾状均匀涂敷在渣盆内壁上,待干燥后在渣盆内壁形成耐高温粘接剂涂层。
6、喷枪的制作:取2M长直径为20mm镀锌管,在距镀锌管喷头30cm处压弯呈120°弯头,并将弯头压扁至5mm间隙构成喷嘴。喷枪也可外购。
7、喷涂主要技术参数:
(1)喷涂有效压力Kpa8-9;
(2)料、水混合比为1:1.5;
(3)喷涂时间(S .盆 )30;
(4)喷涂厚度/mm2-5。
实施例2
1、取煤矸石粉40% 、高碳石墨粉15% 、粘土10%、烧制白灰30%、镁砂5%备用;
2、 取上述原料进行粉碎,粉碎后的煤矸石粉过筛15目;
高碳石墨粉过筛100目;可塑性>15%,耐火高于1580°的粘土过筛150目,含氧化钙>80%,氧化镁>15%的烧制白灰过筛150目,含氧化镁>90%的镁砂过筛150目备用;
3、将过筛后的煤矸石粉、高碳石墨粉、粘土、烧制白灰、镁砂进行混合得到粘接剂粉剂;
4、取上述粘接剂粉剂和水按1:1.5进行混合配比得到液体粘接剂应用。
上述中,除选用过烧制白灰、镁砂混合物之外,可以选用其中的一种原料。喷涂方法及主要技术参数与实施例1相同。

Claims (10)

1.一种冶炼钢用渣盆防粘剂,它含有下述重量份的原料配比而成:
煤矸石粉40-60(份) 高碳石墨粉15-25(份)
粘土10-15(份);
制备及使用方法:
(1)取上述原料进行粉碎,粉碎后的煤矸石粉过筛15目;
高碳石墨粉过筛100目;粘土过筛150目备用;
(2)将步骤1过筛后的原料进行混合获得防粘剂;
(3)取步骤2防粘剂和水按1:1.5进行混合配比使用。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种冶炼钢用渣盆防粘剂,其特征是,所述高碳石墨粉含固定碳>95%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种冶炼钢用渣盆防粘剂,其特征是,所述粘土可塑性>15%,耐火高于1580°。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种冶炼钢用渣盆防粘剂,含有下述重量份的原料配比而成:煤矸石粉40(份) 高碳石墨粉15(份) 粘土10(份)过烧制白灰40(份)镁砂5(份)。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种冶炼钢用渣盆防粘剂, 其特征是,过烧制白灰、镁砂添加之任一种,或是它们的混合物。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种冶炼钢用渣盆防粘剂,其特征是,所述烧制白灰含氧化钙>80%,氧化镁>15%。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种冶炼钢用渣盆防粘剂,其特征是,所述镁砂含氧化镁>90%。
8.根据权利要求4所述的一种冶炼钢用渣盆防粘剂,其特征是,所述烧制白灰过筛150目。
9.根据权利要求4所述的一种冶炼钢用渣盆防粘剂,其特征是,所述镁砂粉碎过筛150目。
10.根据权利要求1或4所述的一种冶炼钢用渣盆防粘剂,其特征是,所述粘接剂为粉末剂型。
