Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all the embodiments. All other embodiments, including but not limited to combinations of embodiments, obtained by persons of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments in the present application without making any creative effort fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The terms "first," "second," "third," "fourth," and the like in the description and claims of this application and in the above-described drawings, if any, are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used may be interchanged under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the application described herein may be implemented, for example, in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
Along with the improvement of the living standard of people, the requirements of people on the comfort level and the safety of the living environment are higher and higher. In order to improve the living environment, some devices are used, which include, in terms of indoor air conditioning: water-cooled air conditioners, humidifiers, air conditioning fans, nebulizers, etc., used in medical protection: spray disinfectors, used in modern agriculture: drug spray devices, and the like. These devices all comprise a component part: liquid/liquid reservoirs, such as the wash module of an air conditioner, the water tank of an air conditioning fan and humidifier, the liquid reservoir of a spray sterilizer and a medication dispensing device, and the like. The liquid in the liquid storage tank can be consumed along with the work of the equipment, and is dissipated into the air or the ambient environment through spraying, evaporation and other modes so as to improve the state of the ambient environment, such as temperature reduction, humidification, disinfection, sterilization, medical care and the like.
However, in the prior art, the liquid shortage and excessive liquid addition conditions are generally only alarmed under the condition that liquid is added into a liquid storage tank. However, for non-professional users, or abnormal users such as children, the alarm cannot prevent the misoperation. In addition, the prior art generally does not identify the type of the added liquid correctly, for example, some car owners can mistakenly add a clear glass detergent into an engine lubricating oil filling port to cause overhaul of an engine, which is a serious consequence.
Therefore, the technical problem that misoperation is easily caused by directly adding liquid at the filling port exists in the prior art. In order to solve the technical problem, the invention conception of the application is as follows:
when filling liquid for a liquid using object, a special liquid filler is needed, the volume of the liquid contained in the liquid filler is certain, meanwhile, the filling port is hidden or covered, and the filling port can be opened only when the filling device is close to a recognition area and the identity authentication is passed. The capacity and the identity of the liquid charger are identified to ensure that the liquid is not excessive and wrong liquid is not added. Since each liquid filler corresponds to one liquid, its identity code contains information on the type of liquid. Meanwhile, only when the liquid using object is in a liquid adding state to be added with liquid, the liquid adding device is close to the liquid adding opening, so that the phenomenon that an abnormal user such as a child plays with the liquid adding device to cause misoperation is effectively prevented.
The specific steps of the liquid filling method provided in the present application will be described in detail with reference to several embodiments.
Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of a liquid filling method provided in the present application. As shown in fig. 1, after the liquid using object 12 sends out the liquid shortage prompt information, that is, when the liquid using object 12 is in a state of waiting to be filled with liquid, and when the user holds the liquid filler 11 to be close to the liquid using object 12, a sensor on the liquid using object 12, such as an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) card reader, reads information on an RFID tag arranged in the liquid filler 11, and confirms that the liquid filler 11 is a liquid filler meeting requirements, that is, the type of liquid in the liquid filler is correct, and the liquid content meets the amount of liquid to be filled currently. Then, the liquid using object 12 opens the filling port 121 corresponding to such liquid, and the user inserts the spout of the liquid filler 11 into the filling port 121 until all the liquid in the liquid filler 11 is filled into the liquid tank in the liquid using object 12, and then pulls out the liquid filler 11, so that the filling port 121 is automatically closed, as shown in fig. 1, the filling port 122 is the filling port in the closed state.
In one possible design, the liquid charger 11 is reusable to achieve energy saving and environmental protection. After the user has used the liquid charger 11, the user places the liquid charger in a corresponding position of the replenishment device 13, and the replenishment device 13 injects a preset volume of liquid into the liquid charger 11 through the replenishment interface 131, so as to facilitate the next direct use by the user.
The user only needs to take the corresponding liquid filler 11 to insert into the corresponding filling port 121 at each time to realize the liquid filling operation, namely, the user does not need to consider which liquid needs to be added and the liquid filling amount. Even if the user takes the liquid by mistake, the filling port cannot be opened, the user cannot inject the liquid into the liquid using object 12, and the possibility of all misoperation is avoided.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flow chart of a liquid filling method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the specific steps of the liquid filling method include:
s201, starting searching and detecting the liquid filler in a liquid adding state.
In this step, the liquid charger corresponds to the state to be charged.
In the present embodiment, the liquid filling method is applied to a liquid usage object in a liquid filling system including: at least one liquid using object, and at least one liquid filler, wherein, each liquid using object corresponds to at least one liquid filler, and the liquid filler is used for filling the corresponding liquid using object with the liquid of preset type.
Specifically, when a liquid level sensor in the liquid using object detects that the liquid level of liquid in the liquid storage tank is lower than a preset threshold value, the liquid using object is triggered to be in a liquid adding state.
The liquid to be added is recorded with basic information such as the type of the liquid to be added and the volume of the liquid to be added. The liquid contained in the liquid filler must strictly meet the requirements of the state to be filled, and the liquid must correspond to different types.
And S202, if the liquid filler is detected, opening a filling port.
In this step, the search for the liquid filler is started, including:
scanning the preset area in a preset mode, wherein the preset mode comprises the following steps: image recognition, and/or wireless signal recognition.
Specifically, at least three embodiments may be included herein:
the first method is as follows: the correct liquid filler is detected only by image recognition.
An image within a preset area including a range of a preset radius (e.g., 1 meter) in front of the filler neck is acquired by an image acquisition device such as a camera, a radar, or the like mounted on the liquid-using object.
And then extracting the characteristic value of the object in the image through an image recognition model, and judging whether the characteristic value is consistent with the preset appearance of the liquid filler.
If so, confirming that the liquid filler is close to the filling port.
The second method comprises the following steps: the correct liquid filler is detected only by wireless signal identification.
Specifically, the wireless signal transmitter arranged on the liquid charger responds to a connection request sent by the liquid using object when the liquid charger is taken to a preset identification area, establishes a data interaction channel, and then sends the identification code of the liquid charger to the liquid using object through the interaction channel. Information on the liquid contained in the liquid filler, such as the type of liquid, the amount of liquid (e.g. volume, weight) etc., is included in the identification code.
And the liquid using object reads the liquid information in the identification code and judges whether the liquid information corresponds to the type and the amount of the liquid which needs to be filled by the current liquid using object. It should be noted that the amount of liquid to be filled may be a range of values, and the liquid filler is confirmed to be detected as long as the amount of liquid in the liquid filler falls within this range.
The third method comprises the following steps: i.e. by image recognition, and also by wireless signal recognition, to detect whether it is the correct liquid filler.
Specifically, the identification range of the image identification is larger, but the image identification is also carried out simultaneously, when the appearances of different types of liquid adding devices are similar, the situation that the image identification cannot be identified or misjudged occurs, in this case, the wireless signal identification is used as assistance, namely when the confidence coefficient obtained by the image identification is lower than the preset confidence coefficient threshold value, the filling port is not opened temporarily, but the wireless signal identification, such as RFID radio frequency identification, is started, optionally, prompt information, such as voice broadcast, can be sent to a user at the moment, and the user is reminded to carry out the wireless signal identification. Therefore, the problem of misjudgment caused by image recognition can be avoided.
And S203, responding to the filling completion signal, and closing the filling port.
In this step, under normal conditions, a user puts or inserts the filling interface of the liquid filler into the filling port, and when the liquid filler is pulled out after the liquid in the liquid filler is filled into the liquid using object, the sensor of the filling port senses the pulling-out operation of the user, and then a filling completion signal is sent to the liquid using object. Then, the controller in the liquid using object controls a driver of the fill port such as a solenoid valve to close the fill port.
It should be noted that, for the case of abnormal dialing, two implementation manners can be adopted:
first, a locking device is provided at the filling port, and is not allowed to be pulled out until filling is completed.
Second, withdrawal is allowed, but the fluid using object issues an alarm and updates data of the fluid in the tank, such as the current remaining amount of fluid. And re-confirming whether the liquid adding state needs to be cancelled or not according to the updated data, outputting prompt information if the liquid adding state needs to be cancelled, and maintaining the current liquid adding state if the liquid adding state does not need to be cancelled, and continuously reminding a user to supplement liquid in time if the liquid adding state does not need to be cancelled.
In the liquid filling method provided by this embodiment, the search detection on the liquid filler is started in the state of liquid to be filled, where the liquid filler corresponds to the state of liquid to be filled, and if the liquid filler is detected, the filling port is opened, and then the filling port is closed in response to a filling completion signal. The problem of among the prior art directly cause the technical problem of maloperation easily at the filling opening liquid feeding for the user only need take up the liquid filler that corresponds and just can carry out the liquid feeding, need not to care about whether can take by mistake or add liquid more and lead to overflowing the scheduling problem, has improved user's use and has experienced the sense.
Fig. 3 is a schematic flow chart of another liquid filling method provided in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3, the liquid filling method includes the following specific steps:
s301, under the state of liquid to be added, determining the corresponding liquid adding requirement according to the state of liquid to be added.
In this step, the liquid feeding requirement includes: type/kind of liquid and amount of liquid (e.g. volume, weight) that needs to be added.
Specifically, the state that the sensor that waits liquid feeding object setting in the liquid reserve tank detects the liquid reserve tank is in nonstandard state, includes: the residual amount of liquid in the liquid storage tank is lower than a preset threshold, the pH value of the liquid exceeds a preset pH value range, the content of bacteria or viruses in the liquid storage tank is larger than a preset threshold, residual crystals or precipitates on the wall of the liquid storage tank are larger than a preset threshold, the temperature of the liquid in the liquid storage tank exceeds a preset range and the like. When the triggering condition of at least one non-standard state is met, the liquid using object determines information such as the type and the quantity of liquid to be filled according to the numerical value detected by the sensor and the corresponding relation table so as to determine specific parameters of a state to be filled with liquid.
For example, the remaining amount of liquid in the liquid storage tank is acquired; and if the residual inventory is less than a preset threshold value, determining that the liquid using object is in the liquid to be added state.
The liquid using object includes: air conditioners, humidifiers, air conditioning fans, sprayers, etc.
And S302, determining a liquid filling request according to the liquid filling requirement.
In the step, a preset request template is called, and a liquid filling request is determined according to the liquid filling requirement.
And S303, sending a liquid filling request to the replenishing equipment so that the replenishing equipment fills liquid meeting the liquid filling requirement into the liquid filling device.
In this step, the role of the supplementary device at least comprises: increasing or decreasing the total amount of liquid in the liquid charger, and changing the type of liquid in the liquid charger.
As shown in fig. 1, the supplementary device 13 may be connected to a plurality of large-sized liquid tanks in which a plurality of liquids are stored, including: distilled water, strong acid, weak acid, strong base, weak base, lubricating oil, bactericide, disinfectant, medicament, chinese medicinal preparation (such as folium Artemisiae Argyi preparation), dissolving agent, deodorant, aromatherapy liquid, insect repellent/insecticide, etc. Different liquids correspond to different liquid feeders and are distinguished by shape, color and the like, so that the liquid feeders can be identified by users conveniently and can be prevented from being taken by mistake. Although this application has adopted liquid filler discernment, the liquid filler is easily distinguished, and the user of also being convenient for just takes the liquid filler once, avoids repetitive operation, influences user experience.
When the liquid filler 11 is placed in the preset position of the refill device 13, the refill socket at the bottom of the liquid filler 11 engages with the refill socket 131 of the refill device 13, so that the refill device 13 can fill the liquid filler with a preset type and a preset quantity of liquid.
In a possible design, the supplementary device 13 is further provided with a prompting device, such as an indicator light, a buzzer, a voice device, etc., to prompt the user to take the corresponding liquid filler correctly.
S304, scanning the preset area in a preset mode.
In this step, the preset manner includes: image recognition, and/or wireless signal recognition.
Specifically, an image of a preset area is obtained, the image is identified according to an image identification model, and whether a liquid filler exists in the image is judged;
and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and judging whether the identity recognition signal of the liquid filler is read or not in a preset area by utilizing the wireless signal reading module.
The above steps at least include three embodiments, and the detailed description refers to S202, which is not repeated herein.
And S305, if the liquid charger is detected, sending state request information to the liquid charger.
In this step, the status request information is used to obtain basic information of the liquid currently contained by the liquid filler.
And S306, receiving the state identifier fed back by the liquid charger.
In this embodiment, a wireless device, such as an RFID tag, or a wireless signal transmitter (such as a bluetooth module, a WIFI module, an NFC module, etc.) is disposed in the liquid charger. After receiving the state request information, the liquid charger sends the liquid information stored in the liquid charger, namely the state identification, to the liquid using object.
It should be noted that the state identifier may further include a liquid filler preparation completion identifier, which is used to indicate that the liquid filler is filled with liquid meeting a preset requirement corresponding to a liquid to be filled state.
This readiness indication serves to prevent the user from taking the liquid filler out of the replenishing device when it has not been filled with the correct kind and quantity of liquid, thereby causing problems with faulty operation.
In a possible design, the state identifier can also be sent to the liquid using object by the supplementing device through a wireless device, so that the weight and the volume of the liquid filler can be reduced, the manufacturing cost is reduced, and the effects of energy conservation and environmental protection are achieved.
And S307, judging whether the liquid filler meets the preset requirement or not according to the state identifier.
In this step, if yes, step S308 is executed, and if no, no response operation is performed.
And S308, controlling the driving device to open the filling port.
In this step, an opening control signal is sent to a driving device such as an electromagnetic valve in the liquid use object to open the fill port.
And S309, acquiring a filling completion signal.
In this step, there are different implementations for different fill port structures.
In one possible design, the filling opening is provided with a detection switch for detecting the plugging state of the liquid filler, and then:
and after the liquid filler is pulled out of the filling port, responding to the filling completion signal sent by the detection switch, and controlling a driver to close the filling port.
In another possible design, the filler neck is provided with a locking device that locks the liquid filler when it is inserted into the filler neck. Only after the liquid filling device sends a filling completion signal to a liquid using object, the locking device can be unlocked, so that the phenomenon that the liquid is pulled out from a filling opening due to some unexpected reasons in the filling process to cause liquid leakage and further cause pollution or other dangerous problems can be prevented.
Namely, a filling completion signal sent by the liquid filler is obtained, and the filling port is closed according to the filling completion signal.
In the liquid filling method provided by this embodiment, the search detection on the liquid filler is started in the state of liquid to be added, wherein the liquid filler corresponds to the state of liquid to be added, the filling port is opened if the liquid filler is detected, and then the filling port is closed in response to a filling completion signal.
