Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide long cable winding equipment, which is used for solving the problems in the prior art and can realize the functions of automatic winding and ordered wire arrangement.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following scheme: the invention provides long cable coiling equipment which comprises an installation platform, a coiling device and a guide rail, wherein the coiling device comprises a coiling device body and a guide rail; the winding device comprises a winding platform, a winding reel and a variable speed driving assembly, wherein the winding reel and the variable speed driving assembly are arranged on the winding platform; the winding reel is in transmission connection with the variable speed driving assembly; the winding platform is in sliding connection with the guide rail through a bearing assembly; the guide rail is arranged on the mounting platform, and the guide rail is parallel to the winding reel.
Preferably, the mounting platform comprises a first mounting plate, a second mounting plate and a bottom plate; the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate are respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom plate and are fixedly connected with the bottom plate; a plurality of through holes are correspondingly formed in the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate; two ends of the guide rail are fixedly arranged in the through holes of the first mounting plate and the second mounting plate through fasteners; the guide rail is provided with at least two, and parallel arrangement each other.
Preferably, the second mounting plate is further provided with a driving motor, and an output end of the driving motor penetrates through the through hole and is fixedly connected with the first driving wheel; the first driving wheel is in transmission connection with the second driving wheel through a synchronous belt; the first driving wheel and the second driving wheel are arranged on the same side, and the second driving wheel is arranged above the guide rail; the second transmission wheel is fixedly arranged at one end of a lead screw of the variable speed driving component.
Preferably, the variable speed drive assembly further comprises a variable speed motor and a third transmission wheel; one end of the screw rod penetrates through the side wall of the second mounting plate and is fixedly connected with the second transmission wheel, and the other end of the screw rod is movably arranged;
the lead screw is also provided with the lead screw nut; the centers of two outer side surfaces of the wire coiling platform are fixedly provided with the screw rod nuts; the screw rod nut is arranged on the screw rod through the two screw rod nuts;
further, the lead screw nut may convert the rotational motion of the lead screw into a linear motion.
Preferably, the variable speed motor is mounted on one outer side wall of the winding platform; the variable speed motor penetrates through the side wall of the winding platform and is fixedly connected with the third driving wheel; the winding reel is mounted on one side of the top surface of the inner wall of the winding platform through a connecting shaft; and the third transmission wheel is rotationally connected with the winding reel through a synchronous belt.
Preferably, the first driving wheel, the second driving wheel and the third driving wheel are all synchronous wheels; the variable speed motor is a servo motor.
Preferably, a baffle is further mounted on one side of the winding platform, which is far away from the winding reel.
Furthermore, the operator is prevented from accidentally taking the wound bobbin from the wrong direction.
Preferably, the bearing assembly includes a mount; the mounting seats correspond to the guide rails in the same number and positions; the mounting seat is fixedly mounted on the bottom surface of the wire coiling platform; a ball bearing is fixedly arranged in the center of the mounting seat; the guide rail penetrates through the ball bearing and is arranged in a sliding mode with the winding platform.

Preferably, a plurality of winding grooves are densely distributed on the winding reel; the wire casing is the slope setting or vertical setting.
The invention discloses the following technical effects: the invention can achieve the functions of automatic wire winding and wire arranging through the reciprocating motion driven by the screw rod and the rotation of the variable speed motor; and further realize the orderly winding displacement of high efficiency, make the cable not twine. The invention can be used reversely, after the wire drum with the coiled wire is placed, the variable speed motor and the driving motor are used reversely, and the effect of uniform paying off is achieved.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in further detail below.
The invention provides long cable coiling equipment, which comprises a mounting platform, a coiling device and a guide rail 3, wherein the coiling device comprises a coiling mechanism and a guide rail; the winding device comprises a winding platform, a winding reel 13 and a variable speed driving assembly, wherein the winding reel 13 and the variable speed driving assembly are arranged on the winding platform; the winding reel 13 is in transmission connection with the variable speed driving assembly; the coiling platform is connected with the guide rail 3 in a sliding way through a bearing assembly 6; the guide rail 3 is mounted on the mounting platform and the guide rail 3 and the spool 13 are parallel to each other.
The mounting platform comprises a first mounting plate 2, a second mounting plate 8 and a bottom plate; the first mounting plate 2 and the second mounting plate 8 are respectively arranged on two sides of the bottom plate and are fixedly connected with the bottom plate; a plurality of through holes are correspondingly formed in the first mounting plate 2 and the second mounting plate 8; two ends of the guide rail 3 are fixedly arranged in the through holes of the first mounting plate 2 and the second mounting plate 8 through fasteners 1; the guide rails 3 are provided with at least two and are arranged in parallel with each other.
The second mounting plate 8 is also provided with a driving motor 7, and the output end of the driving motor 7 penetrates through the through hole and is fixedly connected with the first driving wheel 9; the first transmission wheel 9 is in transmission connection with a second transmission wheel 14 through a synchronous belt 10; the first driving wheel 9 and the second driving wheel 14 are arranged at the same side, and the second driving wheel 14 is arranged above the guide rail 3; the second transmission wheel 14 is fixedly arranged at one end of a lead screw 11 of the variable speed drive assembly.
In an embodiment of the present invention, a driving motor 7 may also be mounted on the first mounting plate, and an output end of the driving motor 7 penetrates through the through hole and is fixedly connected with the first driving wheel 9; the first transmission wheel 9 is in transmission connection with a second transmission wheel 14 through a synchronous belt 10; the first driving wheel 9 and the second driving wheel 14 are arranged at the same side, and the second driving wheel 14 is arranged above the guide rail 3; the second transmission wheel 14 is fixedly arranged at one end of a lead screw 11 of the variable speed drive assembly.
The variable-speed drive assembly also comprises a variable-speed motor 4 and a third transmission wheel 5; one end of a screw rod 11 penetrates through the side wall of the second mounting plate 8 and is fixedly connected with a second transmission wheel 14, and the other end of the screw rod is movably arranged;
further, the length of the movable end of the lead screw 11 should satisfy the movable stroke of the winding platform.
The screw rod 11 is also provided with a screw rod nut 12; the centers of two outer side surfaces of the winding platform are fixedly provided with screw nuts 12; and is mounted on the screw 11 through two screw nuts 12;
a variable speed motor 4 is arranged on one outer side wall of the winding platform; the variable speed motor 4 penetrates through the side wall of the winding platform and is fixedly connected with a third driving wheel 5; the winding reel 13 is arranged on one side of the top surface of the inner wall of the winding platform through a connecting shaft; the third transmission wheel 5 is rotationally connected with the winding reel 13 through a synchronous belt 10.
The first driving wheel 9, the second driving wheel 14 and the third driving wheel 5 are all synchronous wheels; the variable speed motor 4 is a servo motor.
A baffle is also mounted on the side of the winding platform away from the winding reel 13.
The bearing assembly 6 includes a mount; the mounting seats correspond to the guide rails 3 in the same number and positions; the mounting seat is fixedly mounted on the bottom surface of the wire winding platform; a ball bearing is fixedly arranged in the center of the mounting seat; the guide rail 3 passes through the ball bearing and is slidably disposed with the winding platform.
Further, the wire winding platform moves left and right on the screw rod 11; the installation seat also moves on the sliding rail 3 in the same direction, so that the stress is uniform and the winding deflection cannot be generated during the work.
The fastener 1 is a hoop.
A plurality of winding grooves are densely distributed on the winding reel 13; the wire casing is the slope setting or vertical setting.
In one embodiment of the invention, the straight-loop cable and the inclined-loop cable can be obtained by changing the shape of the wire groove; but the slots need to be ensured to have no clearance and to be tightly matched; ensuring that coil contamination does not occur.
In one embodiment of the invention, the drive motor 7 is a stepper motor.
Further, the driving motor 7 moves in a reciprocating manner, and the rotating speed and the stroke length of the driving motor are determined by the width of a single wire groove and the length of a wire arranging groove of the winding reel 13.
In one embodiment of the invention, the variable speed motor 4 is rotationally connected with the winding reel 13 through a third transmission wheel 5 and a synchronous belt 10 to drive the winding reel 13 to wind. The variable speed motor 4 uses a torque control mode. Since the weight per unit of thread is constant, the entire thread winding operation can be considered as a uniform variation in the force of the variable speed motor 4. Therefore, the longer the wire to be wound, the greater the winding force of the variable speed motor 4; the shorter the wire to be wound, the smaller the winding force of the variable speed motor 4. The lead of the lead screw 11 is adjusted according to the diameter of the wound wire so that the lead is about the diameter of the wire, and it is possible to have only one layer of wire on the same radial section. The speed of the winding can be adjusted by adjusting the gear ratio between the third transmission wheels 5. If the required winding speed and winding displacement speed of the whole mechanism are higher, the required winding speed can be achieved by adjusting the rotating speed of the variable speed motor 4 and the tooth ratio among the first driving wheel 9, the second driving wheel 14 and the third driving wheel 5.
In one embodiment of the present invention, clamping mechanisms for clamping and fixing the winding reel 13 are further provided on both sides of the winding reel 13; a reset spring is installed in the clamping mechanism, and the cable is prevented from being irregular in shape due to the fact that inertia deviates to two sides when the winding is conducted.
In one embodiment of the invention, the center inside the winding reel 13 is provided with a central shaft 15 in transmission connection with the third transmission wheel 5; the winding reel 13 and the central shaft 15 are driven to rotate by a rotating device on the periphery of the central shaft 15; the rotating device comprises transmission rods 16 which are tightly attached to the peripheral wall of the central shaft 15 and are arranged at equal intervals; a slow moving part 17 (more specifically, a slow moving spring) is arranged in the transmission rod 16; the other end of the transmission rod 16 is fixedly connected with a rotating rod 18; every three rotating rods 18 form a group, and adjacent rotating rods 18 are connected through a connecting spring 19; the connecting spring 19 is arranged in the middle of the rotating rod 18; the other end of the rotating rod 18 is provided with a ball 20; the balls 20 regularly roll in the sliding grooves of the inner wall of the spool 13.
Every third rotating rod 18 is in a claw-shaped structure.
Furthermore, the buffering effect of the buffering piece 17 is adopted when the winding reel 13 stops moving, so that winding deviation caused by severe shaking of the internal structure is prevented; the use of ball 20 transmissions can increase the lubrication and flexibility of the spool.
Further, the side wall of the rotating rod 18 is further provided with a heat dissipation fin 21, which is attached to the surface of the rotating rod 18 to dissipate heat in a composite heat exchange mode.
Furthermore, as shown in fig. 1, the number of the wire grooves on the outer ring of the winding reel 13 is 50, wherein 48 of the wire grooves are clockwise grooved and inclined by 7 degrees, and the wire grooves are deviated from the left end of the winding reel 13 to the right end of the winding reel 13; the rest 2 is placed at the rightmost end of the winding reel 13, wherein one circle at the rightmost end is a complete anticlockwise slot and is inclined by 5 degrees, and the left end of the winding reel 13 is deviated from the right end of the winding reel 13; the second of the rightmost end is a half circle, and the anticlockwise slotting is inclined by 5 degrees and is connected with the coil inclined by 7 degrees in the clockwise slotting, so that the coil arrangement is realized.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the first mounting plate 2 and the second mounting plate 8 can be detachably mounted to the guide rail 3 by a fastener, and the other mounting plate directly clamps the guide rail 3 in the through hole.
In one embodiment of the invention, the first drive wheel 9 and the drive motor 17 are also arranged above the guide rail 3.
In an embodiment of the present invention, bearings are fixedly installed in the through holes formed in the first mounting plate 2 and the second mounting plate 8.
In one embodiment of the invention the reeling platform is placed in the middle of all the guide rails 3.
The invention is suitable for the occasions needing orderly arranging wires and winding wires in industry, such as cables, cotton wires and the like. Can also be used in the fishing industry in life, etc.
The invention can also be used reversely, after the wire drum with the coiled wire is placed, the variable speed motor 4 and the driving motor 7 are used reversely, so as to achieve the effect of uniform paying off.
