the wire coil mounting part comprises a movable seat, a vertical plate is fixedly arranged on the movable seat, a cylinder is horizontally arranged on one side of the vertical plate, and the cylinder penetrates through the vertical plate and is rotatably connected with the vertical plate;
the cylinder is also provided with a fixing assembly for fixing the winding reel;
and the installation part is also provided with a lead assembly.
