The left top plate 10 and the right top plate 11 are formed of three flat plates having a high middle and low ends and a convex shape.
The driving device 12 for controlling the rotation of the front top plate 8 and the rear top plate 9 is in sequence, and the action sequence is as follows: when the front top plate 8 and the rear top plate 9 are opened, the left top plate 10 and the right top plate 11 are opened; the front top panel 10 and the rear top panel 11 are closed after the left top panel 8 and the right top panel 9 are closed. The operation sequence circuit when the driving device 12 is a hydraulic cylinder is shown in fig. 4, fig. 4 is an operation circuit controlled by a travel switch, in the state of fig. 4, the pistons of the cylinders 1 and 2 are both at the left end, when the electromagnetic valve 1YA is electrified, the valve works at the left position, the piston of the cylinder 1 moves to the right, and the operation I is completed; when the piston of the cylinder 1 moves to the end point, the travel switch 2S is touched, the electromagnetic valve 2YA is electrified and switched to the left position, and the piston of the cylinder 2 moves to the right, so that the action II is finished. Raising the roof is completed when the piston of the cylinder 2 has moved to the end. When the roof of the vehicle needs to be lowered, the switch K is pressed, the electromagnetic valve 1YA is powered off and reset, and the action III is realized; after the piston of the oil cylinder 1 moves to the end point, the travel switch 1S is triggered, the electromagnetic valve 2YA is powered off and reset, and the piston of the cylinder 2 retreats to realize the action (IV). The hydraulic cylinders of the driving devices 12 of the front and rear top plates 8, 9 operate the cylinders 1, and the hydraulic cylinders of the driving devices 12 of the left and right top plates 10, 11 operate the cylinders 2. The drive means 12 may also be a gear motor, the circuit wiring of which is shown in fig. 5. In a control circuit of a contactor interlock forward and reverse rotation control circuit, stroke switches SQ1 and SQ2 are connected in series, and correspond to the position detection element 13 in fig. 2. M1 in the upper drawing of fig. 5 is a gear shaft driving motor of the front top plate 8, and M11 is a gear shaft driving motor of the rear top plate 9; m2 is a gear shaft driving motor of the left top plate 10, and M22 is a gear shaft driving motor of the right top plate 11. The working principle of the gear shaft driving motor is as follows: referring to the upper diagram of fig. 5, when the forward rotation button 1SB1 is pressed, the main contact is closed after the coil 1KM1 is energized, the motor M1 is supplied for forward rotation, and the motor M11 is supplied for reverse rotation; the normally open auxiliary contact of 1KM1 is closed, so that the 1KM1 coil is continuously electrified after the 1SB1 is released, and the contactor is self-locked. The 1KM1 normally closed auxiliary contact cuts off the power supply of the 1KM2 coil, so that the 1KM2 main contact cannot be closed, and the interlocking between the 1KM1 and the 1KM2 is realized. When the motor positively rotates to drive the moving part to move to the position of a travel switch 1SQ1, a normally closed contact of 1SQ1 is opened, a power-off main contact of a coil of 1KM1 is opened, a normally open auxiliary contact of 1KM1 is opened, a normally closed auxiliary contact of 1KM1 is closed, and motors M1 and M11 are powered off and stop rotating. The front top plate 8 and the rear top plate 9 are in the vertical direction. Meanwhile, when the motor rotates forward to drive the moving part to move to the position of a travel switch 1SQ1, a normally open contact of the travel switch 1SQ1 is switched on, as shown in the lower drawing of fig. 5, after a coil of 2KM1 is electrified, a main contact is closed, and the motor M2 rotates forward and the motor M22 rotates reversely; the left top plate 10 and the right top plate are controlled to rotate to the vertical direction, and the principle is the same as the upper diagram of the figure 5. When the lower-drawing reverse rotation button 2SB2 of FIG. 5 is pressed, the main contact is closed after the 2KM2 coil is electrified, and the motor M2 is supplied for reverse rotation and M22 is supplied for forward rotation; the 2KM2 normally-open auxiliary contact is closed and self-locked, the 2KM2 normally-closed auxiliary contact is disconnected to cut off the power supply of the 2KM1 coil, and the linkage between the 2KM1 and the 2KM2 is realized. When the motor rotates forwards to drive the moving part to move to a position of a travel switch 2SQ2, a 2SQ2 normally closed contact is opened, a 2KM2 coil loses power, and a 2KM2 main contact is opened to stop the motors M2 and M22. The front roof panel 8 and the rear roof panel 9 are in the horizontal direction covering the roof. Meanwhile, when the motor forward rotation drives the moving part to move to the position of a travel switch 2SQ2, a normally open contact of the travel switch 2SQ2 is connected, the main contact is closed after the coil of 1KM2 is electrified, the motor M1 rotates reversely, the motor M11 rotates forward, and then the motor M3538 is disconnected and stops rotating after reaching the position of a travel switch 1SQ2, which is shown in the upper drawing of fig. 5. 1SB3 and 2SB3 are emergency stop buttons and are not used generally.
As shown in fig. 1, a left curtain retractor 16 similar to a manual roll-up door is fixed to the inner side of the left top plate 10 at the farthest end parallel to the left rotation shaft 6; and the other right curtain piece contraction device 17 similar to a manual rolling door is fixed on the inner side of the right top plate 11 and is parallel to the farthest end of the right rotating shaft 7, the left curtain piece contraction device 16 and the right curtain piece contraction device 17 comprise a scroll, a bearing, a spring, a curtain piece 18 and a housing similar to the manual rolling door, the installation direction of the scroll is parallel to the left rotating shaft 7 or the right rotating shaft 7, the curtain piece 18 is bridged on the two scrolls of the left curtain piece contraction device 16 and the right curtain piece contraction device 17, and the curtain piece 18 connects the left curtain piece contraction device and the right curtain piece contraction device 17 into a whole. Fig. 6 mainly shows the roof attachment, from another perspective the structure of the roof is clear. The left top plate 10 and the right top plate 11 are in the horizontal direction covering the roof, the front top plate 8 and the rear top plate 9 are in the vertical direction, and the left top plate 10 and the right top plate 11 are formed by three planes with two low ends and a high middle. When the front roof panel 8 and the rear roof panel 9 are also in the horizontal direction covering the roof, the four upward surfaces of the front roof panel 8, the rear roof panel 9, the left roof panel 10, and the right roof panel 11 constitute the outer surface of the roof in exactly one plane with the upward convex areas of the left roof panel 10 and the right roof panel 11. Two straight pins 19 are respectively arranged on the front top plate 8 and the rear top plate 9 towards the vehicle inner side, straight holes are arranged at the positions of the left top plate 8 and the right top plate 9 of the straight pins 19, the car body 3 is provided with two round rods 20, one end of each round rod 20 is fixed at a proper position of the floor in the car body 3, the other end of each round rod 20 extends to the inner side of the roof and is horizontally fixed with a square metal plate 21, the two round rods 20 are provided with two square metal plates 21, each square metal plate 21 is provided with two metal plate holes 22, two straight pins 19 of the front top plate 8 penetrate through the metal plate holes 22 on the square metal plates 21, the two straight pins 19 of the front top plate 9 penetrate through the metal plate holes 22 on the square metal plates 21, the number of the straight pins 19 is four, the tail end of each straight pin 19 is provided with a transverse small hole 23, and a lock pin capable of being plugged is arranged in the small hole 23, the straight pin 19 is inserted into the latch pin after passing through the square metal plate 21, and is pulled out before the roof lifting operation. Fig. 7 shows a schematic sealing diagram of the front top plate 8, the rear top plate 9 and the curtain sheet. The upper right corner of figure 7 is a manual rolling door curtain sheet, which is formed by rolling metal plates into separate curtain sheet shafts, in order to preserve heat, heat preservation materials 28 such as foam are added in grooves of the separate curtain sheets, and heat preservation cloth is stuck at the joints of the curtain sheets. The state of fig. 8 is a state of the roof panel, the curtain panel, and the attachment during traveling, and the state of fig. 9 is a state of the roof panel, the curtain panel, and the attachment during parking and sleeping.
