the supporting gas transmission assembly is arranged between the polishing assembly and the transmission mechanism and is used for guiding air to drive the transmission mechanism in a manner of being matched with the polishing assembly so as to realize the movement and rotation of the workpiece;
the polishing assembly comprises:
the driving piece is connected with the supporting component, and the output end of the driving piece is connected with the driving rod;
the polishing wheel is connected with the driving rod and is used for polishing the surface of the workpiece by matching with the driving piece; and
the dust collection assembly is arranged between the polishing wheel and the driving piece, is fixedly connected with the lifting piece, and is used for realizing the absorption of dust by matching with the rotation of the driving rod;
the transmission mechanism includes:
the transmission case is fixedly connected and arranged on the inner side of the base and is connected with the supporting gas transmission assembly;
the transmission assembly is arranged on the inner side of the transmission box;
the transmission part is arranged on the outer side of the transmission component, is rotatably connected with the transmission box, is connected with the fixing mechanism, and is used for matching with the transmission component to drive the transmission part to rotate so as to realize the movement of the fixing mechanism; and
the exhaust pipe is fixedly connected with the transmission case, and a valve is arranged on the inner side of the exhaust pipe;
the transmission assembly includes:
the piston seat is fixedly connected with the transmission case, and a piston groove is formed in the inner side of the piston seat;
the moving piece is connected with the piston groove in a sliding mode and is used for matching with the polishing mechanism to drive the transmission piece to rotate so as to realize the movement of the fixing mechanism; and
the elastic piece is arranged between the moving piece and the piston seat.
2. The polishing machine of claim 1, wherein the support assembly comprises:
the lifting piece is connected with the supporting column in a sliding manner;
the baffle is arranged on the outer side of the lifting piece and is fixedly connected with the supporting column; and
and the first telescopic piece is used for connecting the baffle plate and the lifting piece.
3. The polishing machine of claim 2, wherein the dust suction assembly comprises:
the dust collection box is fixedly connected with the lifting piece;
the fan is arranged on the inner side of the dust collection box, is fixedly connected with the driving rod and is used for matching with the driving piece to absorb outside air so as to realize the absorption of dust; and
and the dust suction ports are arranged on the wall of the bottom end of the dust suction box.
4. A polishing machine as claimed in claim 3, wherein said supporting gas delivery assembly comprises:
the filter piece is fixedly connected with the lifting piece, the input end of the filter piece is connected with the dust collection assembly, and the output end of the filter piece is connected with the air duct;
the fixed pipe is fixedly connected with the base and is connected with the transmission mechanism; and
and one end of the movable pipe is fixedly connected with the air guide pipe, and the other end of the movable pipe is connected with the fixed pipe in a sliding manner and is used for matching with the lifting of the supporting assembly to realize the driving of the airflow to the transmission mechanism.
5. The polishing machine of claim 1, wherein the fixing mechanism comprises:
the supporting piece is connected with the base in a sliding mode;
the clamping assembly is rotatably connected with the supporting piece, is connected with the supporting column and is used for matching with the transmission mechanism to realize the rotation of the workpiece;
the adjusting block is fixedly connected with the supporting piece; and
the adjusting rod is arranged between the adjusting block and the transmission mechanism, is rotatably connected with the base and is used for matching with the transmission mechanism to drive the supporting piece to move along the wall of the base shell.
6. The polishing machine of claim 5, wherein the clamping assembly comprises:
the rotating rod is rotatably connected with the supporting column;
one end of the clamping piece is connected with the rotating rod in a sliding mode, and the other end of the clamping piece is connected with the supporting piece in a rotating mode and is connected with the rotating rod through a second telescopic piece;
an air guide channel disposed inside the support column, an
