Abstract
The invention provides a resource recovery method of waste gypsum boards in decoration garbage, which comprises the following steps: A. feeding; B. crushing; C. magnetic separation: the gypsum board is combined with the board by iron nails in the decoration process, the mixed crushed aggregates are separated by an iron remover in the magnetic separation process, the iron nails in the mixed crushed aggregates are adsorbed out, and the iron nails and the gypsum fragments are separated; D. stripping: paper fibers and gypsum in the gypsum chips are peeled off by a superfine double-roller press, in the peeling process, gypsum materials on the gypsum chips are pressed into regenerated gypsum powder, and the diameter of the gypsum powder is less than 1 mm; E. separation: separating paper fiber from gypsum powder by a composite relaxation sieve; F. conveying; G. collecting dust: in the three steps of crushing, stripping and separating, dust collector is arranged to prevent dust from overflowing and causing pollution. The gypsum material of the waste gypsum board is effectively recycled, and the regenerated gypsum powder can be reused for production, so that the comprehensive utilization value of the gypsum board is improved.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of plastic packaging bottles, and relates to a plastic hose assembly with a high-tip nozzle and a round-corner cover.
Background
The decoration garbage contains a large amount of gypsum boards, the gypsum boards cannot be incinerated, landfill generates virulent gas hydrogen sulfide under an anaerobic state, and landfill sites reject, so that a large amount of waste gypsum boards in the decoration garbage are generally treated as industrial waste at present, and the treatment process as the industrial waste is complicated and separation treatment is required, so that the cost is high, and the waste gypsum boards need to be recycled.

B. crushing: crushing the large flaky waste gypsum board into mixed crushed materials with the size of less than 50mm by a double-shaft roller press for one time;
C. magnetic separation: the gypsum board is combined with the board by iron nails in the decoration process, the mixed crushed aggregates are separated by an iron remover in the magnetic separation process, the iron nails in the mixed crushed aggregates are adsorbed out, and the iron nails and the gypsum fragments are separated;
D. stripping: paper fibers and gypsum in the gypsum chips are peeled off by a superfine double-roller press, in the peeling process, gypsum materials on the gypsum chips are pressed into regenerated gypsum powder, and the diameter of the gypsum powder is less than 1 mm;
E. separation: separating paper fiber from gypsum powder by a composite relaxation sieve;
F. conveying: conveying the regenerated gypsum powder into a powder tank through a conveyor;
G. collecting dust: in the three steps of crushing, stripping and separating, dust collector is arranged to prevent dust from overflowing and causing pollution.
In the step B, the double rollers of the double-shaft rolling machine are in a blade type, and the distance between the double rollers is 60 mm.
In the step D, the double rollers of the superfine double-roller press are in a smooth roller type, and the distance between the double rollers is 1.5 mm.
In the step C, the iron remover is a cross-belt type iron remover, and the magnetic field intensity is 900 GS.
In the step F, the regenerated gypsum powder conveyor is a screw conveyor, and gypsum powder is conveyed in the closed conveying cylinder, so that dust can be prevented from being generated in the conveying process.
In the step F, the finally produced resource product is regenerated gypsum powder, and the powder tank is covered and sealed after being filled.
In the step G, the dust collector is a filter cartridge type dust collector, and the number of the filter elements is 32.
Compared with the prior art, the method for recycling the waste gypsum boards in the decoration garbage has the following advantages:
1. the gypsum material of the waste gypsum board is effectively recycled, and the produced resource product is regenerated gypsum powder which can be reused for production, so that the comprehensive utilization value of the gypsum board is improved.
2. By arranging the dust collectors in the dust raising steps, dust overflow can be effectively controlled, and environmental pollution caused in the recovery process is avoided.
3. The paper fiber is stripped through the magnetic separation iron nail and the composite relaxation sieve, so that the impurity content in the final product, namely the regenerated gypsum powder is low.
