When the medical instrument cleaning device is used specifically, a medical instrument is placed between the instrument placing partition plates 20, the lower hemisphere 18 and the upper hemisphere 19 are clamped and fixed, the cleaning containing ball 8 is thrown into the conveying channel 24, the cleaning containing ball 8 rolls along the shape of the conveying channel 24 and is stored in the conveying channel 24, the pushing motor 25 is started, the pushing motor 25 drives the rotary table 26 to rotate, the rotary table 26 drives the pushing connecting rod 27 to move, the pushing connecting rod 27 drives the pushing sliding block 28 to slide between the pushing backing plate 21 and the bottom of the conveying channel 24, when the pushing sliding block 28 moves to block the lower end opening of the conveying channel 24, the cleaning containing ball 8 slides from the conveying channel 24, the pushing sliding block 28 pushes the cleaning containing ball 8 out to the conveying support plate 33, the conveying motor 29 is started, the conveying motor 29 rotates to drive the conveying screw 31 to rotate, the conveying screw 31 rotates to drive the conveying screw block 32 to move so as to drive the conveying support plate 33 and the cleaning containing ball 8 to ascend, starting a stepping motor 52, driving a movable screw 54 to rotate by the stepping motor 52, driving a movable thread block 55 to move by the movable screw 54, starting a movable electric cylinder 56 when the movable electric cylinder is moved to the position of a transfer window 34, enabling the free end of the movable electric cylinder 56 to penetrate into a to-be-transferred cavity 14 through the transfer window 34, grabbing a cleaning storage ball 8 by an electromagnet 57, transferring the cleaning storage ball into a cleaning placing frame 37 in a cleaning cavity 15, opening a high-temperature cleaning spray head 38, starting a cleaning motor 35, driving a cleaning supporting table 36 and the cleaning placing frame 37 to rotate by the rotation of the cleaning motor 35, further driving the cleaning storage ball 8 to rotate to realize omnibearing cleaning, opening a cleaning and disinfecting spray head 39 after high-temperature cleaning is completed, continuing to disinfect and clean the cleaning storage ball 8, and sterilizing the cleaning storage ball 8 by an ultraviolet sterilizing lamp 41; after cleaning, disinfection and sterilization are completed, the cleaning storage balls 8 are taken out by the moving structure 7 and are transported into the storage cavity 16 for storage, and after all cleaning and disinfection work is completed, the cleaning storage balls 8 are transported out of the equipment by the belt conveying mechanism 48.

A cleaning and disinfecting device for medical instruments is characterized in that: comprises a base, a disinfection device shell, a mobile device shell, a structure to be transported, a cleaning structure, a storage structure, a mobile structure and a cleaning storage ball, wherein the disinfection device shell is arranged on the base, the mobile device shell is arranged on the disinfection device shell, a base cavity is arranged in the base, a high-temperature cleaning device, a waste liquid recovery box and a cleaning and disinfection device are sequentially arranged in the base cavity, a partition plate is arranged in the disinfection device shell and is arranged between the top wall and the bottom wall in the disinfection device shell, the partition plate is provided with two groups, the two groups divide the inner part of the disinfection device shell into a cavity to be transported, a cleaning cavity and a storage cavity, the side wall of the cavity to be transported is provided with a medical appliance putting-in opening, the structure to be transported is arranged in the cavity to be transported, the cleaning structure is arranged in the cleaning cavity, the storage structure is arranged in the storage cavity, and the mobile structure is arranged in the mobile device shell, the cleaning and containing ball is a hollow shell structure, a magnet block is arranged on the cleaning and containing ball, the cleaning and containing ball comprises a lower hemisphere, an upper hemisphere and an appliance placing partition plate, the lower hemisphere and the upper hemisphere are hinged and clamped, the appliance placing partition plate is arranged in the lower hemisphere, the structure to be transported comprises a push-out base plate, a push-out assembly, a transporting assembly and a transporting channel, the push-out base plate is arranged on the bottom wall of the cavity to be transported, a push-out sliding groove is arranged on the push-out base plate, the push-out assembly is arranged on the push-out base plate and is connected with the lateral wall of the cavity to be transported, the transporting channel is a cavity structure with two open ends, the transporting channel is arranged on the upper wall of the cavity to be transported and is communicated with a throwing port of a medical appliance, the other end of the transporting channel is arranged above the push-out assembly, the transporting assembly is arranged on the bottom wall of the cavity to be transported and is connected with another side wall, the push-out component comprises a push-out motor, a rotary table, a push-out connecting rod and a push-out sliding block, the push-out motor is arranged on a push-out base plate, the rotary table is arranged on a power output shaft of the push-out motor, the push-out sliding block is arranged between the bottom of the push-out base plate and the bottom of a conveying channel in a sliding mode, two ends of the push-out connecting rod are respectively hinged to a rotary table and a side wall of the push-out sliding block, the conveying component comprises a conveying motor, a conveying shell, a conveying screw rod, a conveying thread block and a conveying supporting plate, the conveying shell is arranged on the bottom wall of a cavity to be transferred and is connected with the side wall, the side wall of the conveying shell is provided with a conveying sliding groove, two ends of the conveying screw rod are respectively rotatably arranged between the top wall and the bottom wall of the conveying shell, the conveying motor is arranged on the top wall of the base cavity, the power output shaft of the conveying motor penetrates through the bottom wall of the cavity to be transferred and is connected with the conveying screw rod through threads, the conveying supporting plate is arranged on the conveying threaded block and slides in the conveying sliding groove, a conveying window is arranged on the top wall of the cavity to be conveyed, and the conveying window and the conveying assembly are correspondingly arranged.
