The bearing 11 is fixedly arranged in the rotating hole 701, the rotating rod 702 is fixedly arranged in the bearing 11, and the rotating friction force of the rotating rod 702 in the rotating hole 701 is favorably weakened through the rotating lubrication effect of the bearing 11, so that the rotating rod 702 can rotate more smoothly.
The protective pads 12 are fixedly arranged in the finished product box 1007 and the waste box 1008, and the protective pads 12 are rubber pads, so that the microwave power amplifier can be prevented from being collided and damaged when falling onto the box body.
The guide plate 13 is fixedly installed at the bottom of the first cavity 6, the microwave power amplifier is conveniently discharged from the discharge hole 1001 through the guide plate 13, the guide plate 13 and the baffle 1003 are rotatably provided with the ball 14, and the friction force generated when the microwave power amplifier moves on the guide plate 13 and the baffle 1003 can be weakened through the rolling action of the ball 14, so that the microwave power amplifier can move more smoothly.
One side fixed mounting of baffle 1003 has connecting rod 15, and telescopic link 1006's flexible is served and has been seted up connecting hole 16, and connecting rod 15 runs through connecting hole 16 and be normal running fit, because connecting rod 15 is normal running fit with connecting hole 16, can avoid telescopic link 1006 to drive baffle 1003 when rotating interlocking phenomenon takes place.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: firstly, after the microwave power amplifier is adsorbed by the magnet block 708 on the fixed plate 706, the driving motor 704 is started, the output end of the driving motor 704 can drive the rotating rod 702 to rotate in the rotating hole 701, so as to drive the sphere 703 to rotate in the first cavity 6 of the box body 3, and the connecting pipe 705 can drive the fixed plate 706 to rotate clockwise, because the driving motor 704 is controlled by a program to be discontinuously started, the rotating rod 702 can be driven to rotate 45 degrees each time, so that the sphere 703 is switched to the next station, which is convenient for the detection of the detector 5.
Then, the feeding assembly 9 is used for facilitating the microwave power amplifier to be fixedly connected with the fixing plate 706, when the upper abutting plate 911 of the fixing plate 706 presses the fixing ring 903 upwards, the fixing ring 903 moves upwards on the fixing rod 904, the microwave power amplifier can press the fixture block 910 in the sleeve 902, the fixture block 910 compresses the third spring 909, the fixture block 910 is completely retracted into the accommodating groove 908, the microwave power amplifier is adsorbed by the magnet block 708 on the fixing plate 706, and after falling from the fixing plate 706, the microwave power amplifier can slide from the discharge port 1001 through the guide plate 13, meanwhile, the detection data transmitted before passing through the detector 5 by the controller 1005 is detected, if the detection data is a finished product, the telescopic rod 1006 is controlled to operate, the included angle between the baffle 1003 and the discharge port 1001 is adjusted by the telescopic rod 1006, the microwave power amplifier slides from the baffle 1003 into the finished product box 1007, and if the microwave power amplifier is a waste product, the detection data directly falls into the waste box 1008 through the discharge port 1001, and classification is facilitated according to the detection results of the microwave power amplifier.
